When I heard that Atty. Fortun will handle the case, I was like 'what?!' Well  from the start, reading his FB posts about the case, against na siya kay Vhong. But him handling  the case when there  are substantial evidences against CL, DC and cohorts, nawala paghanga ko kay Atty. Fortun.

For me naman walang nabawas sa pagkatao ni Fortun o ng kahit na sinong abogado kahit pa pinakamasamang tao ang pinagtanggol nila, as long as he's doing it within the ethical bounds of his profession. Lawyers are experts on the law not morality, sa korte ebidensya at batas ang pinag-uusapan. It's another story kung he's telling the client bribe the judge, tampering evidences or coaching the client to lie. Besides, kung lahat ng lawyer ay magpapakaself-righteous in that way, sino pa magtatanggol sa mga notorious suspects and thus denying them of their right to counsel.

Channel 2 has beefed up the lawyers of Vhong Navarro. Atty Alma Mallonga will remain, Atty Ayo Bautista, the lawyers of the Star Witness Clarisse Ocampo in Erap's Impeachment trial will come in; Atty Poblador the lawyer in the impeachement trail of CJ Corona will also join, plus the three (3) man lady panel after probable cause is established in the preliminary investigation. Atty's Valdez, Herrera and Tordesilla's.

Lawyer Dennis Manalo of course will still be around. He has resigned from the Siguion Reina Law Office to concentrate on Vhong's cas and that of the newly arrived Star Witness in the PDAF scam, Ruby Tuazon. So all in all there will be seven battery of lawyers to face Atty Raymond Fortun and Atty Howard Calleja.

so magiging lawyer na rin niya yung 3 asst. state prosecutors? pwede pala yon? sorry, la ako alam. akala ko sabi sa interview ni atty. manalo di na niya hahawakan yung case ni vhong kasi di niya ata kaya pagsabayin ang 2 high-profile cases.

Na-curious ulit ako with this case since Atty. Fortun is involved na. Nagustuhan ko sya as a lawyer since Erap days pa lang, sya yung reason why I thought I wanted to become a lawyer in high school pero di natuloy. Hehe.

I'd like to see how he'll handle the case.

Totally agree. Everyone has a right to competent counsel.

If the rumors within the industry are true -- that there is a powerful group forcing stars/showbiz people into prostitution due to blackmail;  then theses mismo are used for further blackmail or forced to pander to politicos --  this is a rare chance for a network to stop this vicious  group preying on showbiz people.

PERO all other reports, i believe vhong. mali lang talaga ang pagkakaexplain ni dra. psychologist, lumabas tuloy di siya scientific nor professional in her assessments...

wasn't the psychologist analysing based on scientific findings? i remember her reiterating that again and again while assessing the body language and manner of communicating of all parties concerned. lagi sinasabi nun psychologist na "based on studies" etc. actually i found some of her observations interesting cos some did make sense to me. i don't think may control din ang interviewer sa sasabihin ng kahit sinong medical expert. kung ano makita yun lang din naman sasabihin ng doctor, pyschiatrist, psychologist...these are all trained professionals. nagkataon lang na hindi pabor ang observations ng psychologist kaya ang dating parang he/she was "demonizing" the person being assessed, when in fact he/she could just be stating facts based on studies or scientific findings.

of all people di ba dapat lawyers ang impartial? bakit simula pa lang may prejudice na si fortun kay vhong? prejudging a person before knowing the relevant facts of a case, or trying to circumvent the truth despite being presented with pieces of hard evidence, anong klaseng lawyer naman ang ganyan? ano bang meron kay vhong na parang gigil sya sa kaso, insecure ba sya kay vhong na binibigyan ng ganyang attention or may crush sya kay cedric?

i've watched papadoms youtube about cedric and deniece and mukhang may sense siya parang similar observation din sila ng body language expert. And I agree with him na parang nagrerecite si deniece sa classroom kasi may pattern

siguro kasi marami ng interview ulit si Vhong after niya lumabas ng hospital tsaka nga laging si DC ang subject ng jokes ni Vice kaya gusto nila ng gag order. nakakatawa naman kasi talaga siya! nagkaroon na tuloy ng "One Minute Dance Craze" pero yung protection order, OA masyado!

napanood ko yung interview ni Ted Failon kay Vhong, so live-in na sila nung gf niya? kasi tinanong siya ni Ted, umalis si Vhong ng bahay naiwan yung gf tapos pag-uwi niya bugbog sarado na siya, pano daw niya inexplain yung nangyari. tapos hindi naman daw totoo na pinitpit at pinaso yung private part niya.

nabasa ko rin yung article ni Ricky Lo, ngayon lang daw siya tinawag na "kuya" ni DC.

Ako naman ang iniisip ko eh sobrang publicized na kasi ng media yung issue when the psychologist came in. Which for me, makes this interview with the psychologist less credible.  Kung sana naghanap sila ng psychologist na hindi alam ang issue (say a foreigner) and asked them to interpret it. 

Pero alam ko na talagang may science sa body language ng isang tao when the narrator is telling the truth or not.

Im wondering would CL and DC's camp would react the same if another network release a similar interview? Vhong is an ABS talent so naturally may perceived bias na yung interview with the psychologist kesehodang may scientific basis. Personally hindi na sana naglabas ng Buzz ng ganong interview. Even if they want to be impartial , they're too much involved in the case. Maybe a psychologist's analysis will have more credibility if it was shown in GMA or TV5.

Ano ito Joke?

sila pa talaga nag ask for police protection? haller, halos patayin nila si VN sa bugbog, at sila pa talaga natakot? abnormal lang?

and why stop the media? ayaw kasi nila malaman ng tao ang totoo? even social sites ayaw nila idiscuss sila? ano sila Diyos?
