Halata naman talaga guilty sila DC and CL.  Talagang may intention sila mangkikil. 

Si Vhong naman, malamang talagang nilandi nya itong si DC, na mukhang may plano talaga sya na may mangyayari that night.  Puedeng nahaplos talaga ang buhok ni DC, puedeng may pag seduce or whatever.  In fact, puedeng may factor din nga na idinikit nya sarili nya kay DC (clothed naman siguro).  Pero one thing clear sa CCTV footage naman - hindi mukhang distressed si DC at lumabas ng condo na parang NORMAL lang ang lahat.  Whatever happened sa condo before umalis si DC, eh hindi something DC does not like or hindi something upsetting kay DC.  Nasa pocket lang nga ang mga kamay nya naglalakad ng normal. 

Yung suot ni Deniece eh hindi mukhang pupunta sa gimikan, lalo pa ang mga suot nila Cedric at Bernice.  Hindi mukhang gigimik.  Kita mo naman mga pics nila kapag nasa labas. Mas maganda pa nga mga suot nila during their interviews with the media.  Iyon ba ang suot ng mga gigimik?

Here’s what I gathered from an NBI source:
 
Deniece invited Vhong to her unit at Forbeswood Heights in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, since they have been friends for two years.
 
Although Navarro claimed that no sexual intercourse happened between him and Cornejo on his first visit, there was heavy petting, the likes of the “Bill Clinton-Monica Lewinski” affair, according to my NBI source.
 
Deniece’s text message to Vhong after that visit was very telling: “Bad boy ka! Bad boy ka! (You’re a bad boy!)”
 
And here’s Vhong’s reply to Deniece, according to the NBI source: “I will make it up to you next time.”
 
What Deniece and—of course, Vhong— did not know is that the woman’s unit was full of hidden cameras and so everything was caught on closed circuit television (CCTV).
 
Lee, who owns the high-class condominium unit, had installed all the hidden cameras.
 
Lee is a multimillionaire Filipino-Chinese businessman who has connections in high places.
 
He is a business partner of Tyrone Ong, now in detention on a charge of plunder for the alleged “ghost” repairs of B-150 armored vehicles of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
 
Ong is an adopted member of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Class 1976 whose members include former PNP chief Jesus Versoza and retired police generals Magtanggol Gatdula and Jefferson Soriano.
 
Deniece, according to my NBI source, is Lee’s girlfriend.
 
Cedric apparently confronted his girlfriend Deniece about the video and told her to invite the actor-TV host to the unit again.
 
NBI investigators theorize that Cedric threatened to drive Deniece out of the unit and withdraw financial support if she didn’t do what he ordered her.
 
“That’s why, Mon, Vhong brought with him a bottle of white wine and some food because he wanted to make ‘amends’ with Deniece for his ‘shortcomings’ the first time,” said the NBI insider.
 
No wonder Deniece didn’t sound so eager to have lover boy Vhong visit her, if we are to believe the actor’s account.
 
The woman apparently knew Cedric and his bodyguards were waiting for him.
 
The rest is history.

Puede din nga itong love angle. Kasi nagkita daw si DC at VN a few days before the assault di ba? Tapos aside from bugbog, may ginawa din nga sila sa private parts ni VN. Sino ba naman ang sira ulo na gaganti nang ganun?  Eh di yung may galit sa isang tao because of a relationship. Parang "nakaisa" si VN kay DC. 

Mukhang high class mistress/prosti nga itong si DC ni CL.  Baka nagdudududa nanga si CL kay DC kaya nag install sya ng camera sa unit ni DC para mahuli itong si DC sa akto. Nung nahuli nga, kawawang VN.

Regarding the bottle of wine - wala namang ganun dala si VN sa CCTV. Supot lang na na-s-sway. So another lie.

UPDATE ON VHONG'S CASE: Tomorrow, Chito Rono (Vhong's Manager) and Atty Dennis Manalo requested me to set up a meeting with DILG Secretary Mar Roxas. We will ask the Secretary to cancel and confiscate all the licenses and registered under Cedric Lee and all those concerned in this case.Being the SILG Mar has direct control over the Philippine National Police. We will also find out if a Permit to Carry Firearms Outside Residence had been issued on the accused and the others. This privilege can be revoked if the firearms was used in the perpetration of a crime. If they have guns registered under their names, since the licenses had been revoked, it could then be confiscated. The meeting is set even if it's a holiday. Thank you Sec. Mar. there are a lot of girls na ganito roaming around clubs here in Manila, but of different scam. kaya guys should take extra care dating and hooking up with girls in the club. these innocent young social climbers nagpapagamit sa syndicates. if you go to popular clubs, siguro half of the ladies in the crowd are either into prostitution or scam.

as for vhong (and other guys like him), he should settle for girls of his own league (much like his GF) and leave those highclass (looking) girls alone. minsan kasi may pagka feeling gwapo.

Sabi ni Atty. Calleja, meron daw silang believable witness. At sinooo naman kaya ito? Saang aspeto kaya sila makakakuha ng witness na makakatulong sa kaso, to prove the rape case? Either a kapit-unit, or someone inside the unit, or maybe a CCTV footage sa LOOB ng unit?

At yes, talagang iniiwasan nila ang medical exam - dahil maprove mo naman daw ang rape without a medical exam. Why not get one to strengthen your rape claim? Well unless....it's useless - kasi nothing to prove. Tsk tsk. They're banking on oral statements, perhaps dahil wala sila mapakitang tangible evidence?

AHA! Napanood ko yung report sa Ch.7, Kapunan said na hindi naman daw kailangan mapakita na you were forced, hindi mo daw kailangan manlaban physically para masabing may attempt to rape. Basta daw nag-no ka at tinuloy, puede na yung attempted rape. I think ito yung ginagamit na point of argument ni Atty Calleja. Pero sa attempted rape yun eh. Saka sinabi na ni Madam DC na nanlaban sya. Soooo.... hmmm....

No wonder the gangsters returned after the police blotter business "para mag linis" -- they had to get all the cameras/CCTV.

Now, Vhong can still be accused of rape -- if such is shown in Cedric's cameras.
But if, as per R Tulfo, petting petting lang -- eh, 2 consenting adults.

Gabriela will fight for women's rights; not for a woman's kalokohan.  So there, wait & see  then assess muna the case facts. 

Sa mga cuento coming out -- parang nakakaawa these actresses/showbiz/promo girls pag mga tao like Cedric eh na type-an sila. Parang wala na silang choice, nadadaan sa dahas or force.

As for the text messages Cedric & gangsters erased --  Puede  yan ma retrieve ng NBI/PNP/DOJ. 

Deniece should be afraid --  pag lumamig na this case -- sya naman upakan ni Cedric. "L1ntek lang walang ganti."   IMO, he is just keeping her close to control her.   Baka pag na tapos si Cedric sa kanya eh walang plastic surgeon  kumaya to repair her.  Lesson to women looking for the easy life, peddling their wares:  there is no free lunch anywhere, ever.  There is always a price to pay.

Suerte pa rin ni Greta, Tonyboy just chopped off her long hair after her kissing-kissing John Estrada.  Lol, na challenge si Chiyo how to give her a good cut after.
