I must say, hindi porket mahina ang evidence ng case ni Deniece against Vhong ee hindi naman ibig sabihin nun malayong nanrape na itong si Vhong before. Lalo pa proven na may kamanyakan sya. But he's still innocent until proven guilty. So hangga't walang lumalabas at nagpatunay jan sa mga dating nabiktima na DAW ni Vhong, lahat yan will remain sabi-sabi lang kahit gaano pa ka-reputable ang source.

But parang there is a theory that seems to be emerging among some of the posters on that FB thread. Indeed, parang lumalabas na REVENGE and ginawa nila Cedric & friends. Maybe nga, there were previous women who were raped or molested by Vhong and MAYBE these women chose to be quiet. And MAYBE something happened between Vhong and this Deniece (I laugh everytime I type her name, it's so jeje!!). So siguro combine all these "stories" & experiences of different women baka nga Cedric & his gang decided to teach Vhong a lesson.

Again this is just a theory, anyone can disagree...

If ever totoo 'tong theory nila, I say anong karapatan ni CL? Ee sya nga rin itong puro kabit.

@sis solepurplelife, true yan! what he did BEFORE we cannot speculate on, dahil malay ba natin doon. so is it possible that he raped girls before? there is always a possibility! kasi nga usually, if there's smoke, there's fire. but in this particular case, Deniece Cornejo's, hindi pa sapat ang statements nya to convince people, and in this case the NBI too, to at least shed light on the possibility of a rape case.

Na-curious ako though, why did she not go to NBI when she was summoned, pero she went to a Taguig police station to file a case today? Meron bang NBI vs local police thing? Did she think hindi sya papakinggan or hindi magiging fair ang NBI kaya hindi sya pumunta? Or is it a technicality thing again? Hehe.

sa tingin ko lang hindi true na marami na siya narape before dahil kung ako si vhong i'll be quiet nalang about the whole situation and pay nalang dahil kung dadalin sa husgado yan imposible hindi maungkat ang mga past activities niya on raping. kung baga sa ano nabugbog na nga makukulong pa.. mas better ang magbayad nalang kahit bugbog sarado

Kasi kung naagrabyado ka talaga, hindi mo kailangan gumawa ng kwento.. Sayo papanig ang story kasi totoo sinasabi mo.

Ang sinasabi nilang nirape siya ni Vhong ay Jan 22, not Jan 17 so di pasok yung OS escapade nila that day. I wonder how CL's  and DC's camp will prove the rape thing.

At kung sakali man merong ibang naabuso si Vhong, file a separate case na lang. Lumilihis na kasi tayo sa case at hand. Sis RichV are you talking about Kat Alanos' Facebook posts at nagcomment dun ang isang 'M' saying Vhong raped one of his friends, tapos nagcomment din si Ping Medina?

Sis, the OS happened the first night they met. Yung night na white wine ang dala ni Vhong. Tapos  pag-uwi ni Vhong, tinext siya ni girl na "bad boy ka."

Have seen a report with few excerpts of DC's affidavit. In fairness pinanindigan talaga nila yung rape case Si girl makatawag talaga ng kuya kay Vhong aa? Manyak nga si Vhong, (can I just say?) malandi ka rin naman. Three days ka pa lang sa condo mo nag invite ka na ng lalaki na kayong dalawa lang? Oh well, just my POV.

What if Vhong did rape somebody years ago and Cedric's group found out about it and decided to blackmail him?

Napanood ko yung cctv na priness released ng nbi. From that, parang ang dami ng di tugma sa mga naunang statements nina cedric and deniece.

At 10:38 pm, makikita na sa looby ng condo si vhong na may dalang food. And at 10:40 pm just a matter of two minutes, makikita si deniece na palabas na ng lobby ng condo. And i got a glimpse na parang may sumalubong sa kanya sa labas ng pintuan. At 10:41 pm, makikita sa video sa lobby na si cedric. And so on so on. And take note, it was only after thirty minutes when deniece went up to her room.

From this video, i observed the following:
1. From the two minutes difference that vhong went up, and deniece was seen down in the lobby, ( minus pa yung time ni vhong sa pag akyat sa 2nd floor using the elevator), ang masasabi ko lang, imposibleng may rape na maganap with a span of less than 2 minutes! Kahit anong compute ko ng time, malabo talaga.

2. From Cedric statements before, sinabi niya na kasama niyang umakyat ang ate niya and they heard the scream of deniece while they were aporoaching her condo. But from the cctv, clear na mag isa lang ni cedric na umakyat.

3. Naabutan daw ni cedric si vhong na nakapatong kay deniece. But from the cctv, deniece, for almost more than 30 minutes, wala siya sa condo niya at nasa labas.

4. May video din sa cctv ng elevator. The camera caught deniece smiling and checking herself in the mirrored like elevator. Ganyan ba ang muntikan ng marape??? I dont know but when i saw her expression and face in the elevator, wala akong makitang bahid ng trauma na narape ito. She even walks down in the lobby so casually.

5. If you watched cedric's expression in the lobby and in the elevator the first time he went up, you will see that yung mukha niya eh parang ready to ramble na talaga. Parang bubugbog na ito. As if he is expecting na. Watch the cctv para makita niyo sinasabi ko.

I don't know. But the evidence are pointing against deniece and cedric's gang. After all, it's a matter of evidence in court.
