sabi nga sa report sa tv5, magsasampa daw ng reklamo yung camp ni vhong sa kung sino man ang magpapakalat ng video ng PAGPAPAHIRAP sa private part niya. from the word na ginamit nila, maaaring totoo nga na ganon ang ginawa sa kanya. buti nakalakad pa ng maayos si vhong nung pababa sila ng condo.

It will be interesting kung pano nila lulusutan 'to na lumabas na yung cctv.

The way I see it, yung mga nagtatanggol sa women's rights eh dapat magalit sa kanya, kasi ginamit niya yung rape angle na very sensitive kasi madami talagang pinagdaanan 'to na takot magsumbong at magkwento, tapos siya ginawa niya yan for money? fame? Ang daming kumampi nung una like Kat Alano etc, because this might have happened to her or someone she knows, kung ako sila kay Deniece ko ilalabas yung galit ko, she didn't make it easier for victims na nagtatago at nahihiya pa rin ngayon.

Meanwhile, broadcast journalist Karen Davila on her DZMM radio program "Pasada Sais Trenta," said that Deniece Millet Cornejo and Cedric Lee were spotted last Saturday at The Gramercy Residences in Makati City, showing off a video of Vhong Navarro while being tortured.

"Ang liit ng Maynila. Noong Sabado lumabas daw si Denise at Cedric Lee sa isang party. Kinukwento ng mga kaibigan ko, pinagyayabang pa raw kung ano ‘yung ginawa niya kay Vhong Navarro."

"Sinabi ng mga kaibigan ko na kilala rin siya (Lee)," said Davila.

I agree sis swiTsuplada! I am watching the interview of the Atty. Calleja sa GMA News, and the way he answers questions, parang more on avoiding it, and giving indirect answers na dinadagdagan pa para malihis yung focus ng nakikinig. But if this guy is Zaldy Ampatuan's lawyer, he has experience in defending crooks, hmmmm.... (sorry, ina-assume ko nang guilty si Ampatuan ha. I cannot bring myself to assume otherwise)... in this case, even if the evidences against his clients are strong, he just might have tricks under his sleeves. Well, kailangan matapatan sya ng lawyer ni Vhong if they want to win their case. 

And napansin ko nga din his comment about the set-up allegations, baka di pa sya aware sa buong laman ng CCTV - pero weh? So ano, mas updated tayo? I think lawyers have assistants naman or researchers, or I hope, he does his research kahit papaano.

I wonder how he would explain the two other guys who weren't caught on the 'after-Vhong' footage, but were seen exiting with them in the elevator. Baka sabihin, ay hindi po sila kilala ng mga kliyente ko, nakisabay lang sa elevator, or dito din po sila sa condo nakatira, kaya nacontact sila agad para tumulong.

I saw sa TV5 updates na Deniece is at Taguig City Hall of Justice na to file the rape case. So we'll see soon how this all plays out - and hopefully, who is telling the truth.

according to Karen Davila (in her dzmm program),Bernadette Sembrano saw the controversial video of Vhong's private part. I hate to repeat what she said but Davila said  it looks like a burnt cauliflower daw. talagang binaboy.

Basing it’s findings on the CCTV footage, the NBI said the evidence showed that Navarro was indeed “set up,” as he claimed, in a bizarre incident that left him seriously injured.

"I think it's not possible na sinanabi nilang attempted rape kay Miss Cornejo," De Guzman said after he was asked by reporters whether the alleged crime could have been possibly committed by Navarro based on the CCTV footage.

Guzman added: Kasi po very glaring sa ating footage that there was no incident, na si Deniece was inside that room." [Because it's very glaring in our footage that there was no incident, that Deniece was inside that room].

Earlier, Lee claimed that he and his companion saw Navarro and Cornejo inside the latter's bedroom where the comedian-TV host was allegedly attempting to rape the 22-year-old De La Salle student and part-time model.

Hmmm....just heard Atty. Calleja address Vhong's lawyers with this 'cryptic message', na sila din daw (Vhong's lawyers) ang nag-defend kay Cedric Lee sa kaso nya vs David Bunevacz before, and ngayon sila naman daw ang nagdedemanda sa kanya/throwing 'false' allegations daw to him... and I say cryptic because I cannot seem to find the connection to this rape case, aside from Cedric Lee. What's his point? Baka may namimiss yung fried brain cells ko.

you're right sis kahit dito sa GT daming nagagalit na kay Vhong kumakampi ang mga tao dapat daw as women dapat si Deniece ang kampihan, pero ayan kitang kita naman sa cctv na impossible na nagkaron ng rape. Sana hinay hinay din yung mga women's right advocate sa pinagtatanggol nila

iba naman yun, nanggugulo lang yang lawyer na yan. vhong's case can stand on its own even without reference to the case of david bunevacz. sa evidence pa lang tatayo na ang kaso kahit hindi na gamitin yung past offenses or yung behavioral pattern ni cedric lee. kita naman sa ebidensya that the group committed the crimes charged against them...

Paano ba mag file ng case? Nag file na si Deniece ng complaint. Automatically ba a case will be filed against Vhong for rape or may review pa if may kaso nga ba or wala namang enough na proof for a case?
