I'm planning to get their Flexiprotect since purely insurance lang hanap ko. What's the downside of this policy aside from the continuous payment and it slightly increases every 5 years.

Thanks sa reply sis mindie. What do you mean dun sa risk? Malulugi sya? So di sure Yung 150k after 5yrs? Tsaka di talaga pwede galawin within the first 5 yrs no? Sana matapos ko, kakastart ko lang sis e

No worries sis, what I meant is since mas mataas yung growth nung mga yun, mabilis din galaw nya sa stock market but as long as hindi mo naman galawin OK sya.

Assure is until 100 yrs old.

^ hi sis, sister companies kasi ang Metrobank at AXA. Pero hindi din tama na walang profiling. May tinatawag tayo na market conduct guidelines for insurance companies and it specifically says that there should be a financial needs analysis first bago magoffer ng products ang mga agents.

Is it true na kapag personally kilala ka ng agent, pwede na overseas mo pirmahan ang insurance forms/application mo? Overseas kasi kami and my best friend works in AXA tapos sabi nya wala naman daw kaso yun kasi kilala naman daw nya kami personally. Not that I don't believe him pero gusto 'ko makasigurado talaga kasi syempre pera to, and I don't want to encouter any  issues later on at malamang wala narin si friend sa AXA by the time na i-withdraw ko na which is 15-20 years from now diba?

Not true, sis. Her license is valid only in Ph, kaya dito dapat sya nagpapa-sign ng contract. May Axa Insurance Online (Axa Ion) naman where you can buy, pero more on traditional mga products dun, walang regular pay na VUL.

^ This is what I know nga pero kasi mga 5x ko kinonfirm sa kanya and he said it wouldn't matter kasi tapos na yung contestability period and hindi na din daw aalamin later on kung saan pinirmahan yung papel? I have checked nga din AXA ION pero iba kasi mga offers doon kesa sa offer nya sa akin, though okay din naman, and kung talagang di uubra na dito ako pipirma, baka sa AXA ION na nga kami kukuha siguro.

what is the relationship of regular top-up, regular premium and account value?... is the account value your gain or is it the equivalent or actual value of your money from your investment...i am enrolled in the axelerator and i am wondering if my payments are withdraw-able like a from a bank saving or is it only the actual account value that is withdraw-able?.. hope you answer and quench my curiosity, thanks  ;)

Sis, account value is the actual value of your insurance policy, total premium payments plus gains (or less losses), less insurance charges. Regular premium is the amount you agreed to pay for your life insurance coverage. Regular top-up is the premium on top of your regular premium, this is optional, eto yung booster mo para tumaas agad ang account value mo because regular top-ups are subject to very minimal charges. It also increases your life insurance coverage.

Yes you can withdraw the account value but please be mindful of the surrender charges if withdrawn during the early years, and the charges that will continue to incur, kung ma-zero ang account value mo, you will no longer be insured. Hope this helps.

Yes sis. Nababawasan din coverage mo for each withdrawals ha, just the same na nadadagdagan for every top up. :)

^ Hi sis. Yes, I think there's an option na even though 5 years to pay lang ang policy you may opt to continue it. As for the term orphan, it means mga clients na inactive na yung agent na nagbenta sa kanila ng policy, puwede din na wala ng contact si client kay agent or lumipat na company si agent, or worst case may nangyari kay agent.

1st question, i registered my policy at myaxa but i can't view to check my account, payment info and remember due dates. does it need some access from axa?? thank you :)

sis nyen06, you can ask your agent about your MyAXA account. He/she should be able to guide you thru it.

sis Raxed0308, yes its possible for VUL policies. Axelerator is a VUL policy. I think minimum top Up is P5,000. Better ask your agent. For sure iaccomodate ka nila kasi may commission yang mga top ups.

sis, baka naka-down lang yung system, but definitely you will be able to able to view details of your account, due dates, and payments. you can also view which type of fund you invested your money, and its account value.

Hi sis ask ko lang po if its still possible to add top up. I am already paying it for more than 3 years without top up. Axelerator po ang kinuha ko 5 years to pay. Thanks.

sis, yes you can do top up, just specify if you want it (1) regular top up- one that you may want to include in your regular premium payments, or (2) lump-sum top up- which is a one time payment. Sis Scruff is right, your advisor must guide you through this. She can give you recommendations and updates, and assist you with the forms to fill up.
