Welcome Sis! Kaya nga sis ifile mo na until makuha mo na yung citizenship mo para upgrade na lang yung petition. Madami na kasi gumagawa nan and mas napapabilis ang processing ng petition. Okay lang naman ako sis. Waiting for NOA2. I wish na mapabilis ang process. at kapag na approved sana current narin yung priority date

Yung NOA1 mabilis lang yung sa amin kasi nareceive nila ng January 3, 2014 then nakareceive na kami ng text and email na "USCIS Acceptance Confirmation" last January 8, 2014 kasama na din yung Receipt Number nyo to follow na yung mail na Official Reciept Notice usually within 7 - 10 days upon they received your petition. But dun sa NOA2 w/c is Notice of Approval y di natin masabi if when maapproved usually it takes several month. pinakamablis 2mos sa mga nababasa ko.
Eto yung unang process na ginawa namin nag file muna sya form i-130 form, Petition of Alien Relative.

• Cover Letter
• Check for I – 130 filing fee ($420)
• Completed and signed form I-130 form (Petitioner)
• Completed and signed form G-325A (Petitioner and Beneficiary)
• 4 passport–type photos of the Petitioner and Beneficiary
• Copy of (Petitioner’s) front and back of permanent resident card
• Original Copy (Petitioner’s) Birth Certificate
• NSO Copy of your Marriage Certificate
• NSO Copy of Petitioner and Beneficiary’s Birth Certificate
• Evidence of a Bona Fide Marriage (Such as joint of affidavit, wedding pics, joint acct or any supporting documents na maproof nyo na kasal talaga kayo).
Sa amin kasi wala kami joint acct so yung pinasa namin yung wedding pics namin , Affidavit of Bona Fide Marriage by intimate friends of the beneficiary or Petioner's family, yung hotel voucher and Itinerary ng honeymoon namin pati mga photos. Then yung boarding pass ni hubby na umuuwi talaga sya dito sa pinas.
then yung Photocopies of receipts of money transfer that document our relationship and marriage.
Yung mga form free naman sya madownload mo sya sa USCIS na site.
