Gusto ko sana dun kasi ang ganda ng ambiance and they're very clean. Small lang naman but very painful and annoying kasi first time ever ko nagkaroon don. AT BAKIT DON PA. Nagkaron sya only after 2-3 days after ng waxing session. I'm very hygienic so I'm sure it's not my fault.

I researched online and found na nangyayari to sa maraming girls and it's the fault of the waxing. Kasi daw after the hairs are removed, the skin is left with tons of microscopic wounds. The bacteria from sweat may go in and cause the boil daw :(

Trim trim nalang.

Also, I remember, pinagpawisan ako ng sobra during the waxing session kasi mainit doon sa cubicles nila (and also syempre kasi masakit at na-stress ako lol) and the woman who waxed me took A REALLY long time. Parang nasa 40 mins or so just for that area. So maybe yun yung cause? Hay stress. :P

Hahaha!

First time ko mag DIY sa legs last week. I used epilin. Ang dami kong maling nagawa.. kaya ang result, red spots, super itchy! As in days after lumabas yung kati kati, all over my legs. Reheating too many times, Heating too much, Applying while still too hot, Waxing took a VERY long time (mga lagpas 1 hour) or bathing with warm water? :/ Or all of the above? :/

Had my nth DIY brazilian wax with hubby's help. I also learned several tricks:

a) cough when the strip or wax is about to be pulled;
b) schedule waxing on the second week after you had your period;
c) pain tolerance is higher between 3:00 and 5:00 in the afternoon.

Kaya mo yan sis swtgrl_bee.

I just tried Glam Works facial waxing kit today, kaninang mga 9. Ilang hours ang down time nito? First time ko facial waxing, DIY pa. Pwede na rin ba mag toner or maglagay ng creams after downtime? Thanks! 😊

I bought a super effective yet affordable wax kit. It's from nanny rose. Sa watsons ko nabili, around P150 lang. It's made of sugar, honey, and calamansi. The downside lang is you have to heat it (unlike from lay bare) para mas madali i-apply. Pag as is kasi ang hirap i-spread out ng wax. So far ok naman. Very sticky lang pagkatapos. I just use tissues to remove the stickiness kasi di ba bawal basain yung area.

been a loyal customer of laybare for several years na. i've only tried their bikini waxing. i'm curious about getting a brazilian pero kinakabahan ako baka super sakit. my wax technician told me na may client daw sya na nagsabi na mas masakit pa daw magpa-brazilian kesa magpa-tattoo.. i am inked and i didn't went through much pain during my tatt session, so kinakabahan na ako lalo sa brazilian. hahah! i'm planning to get a brazilian within this month or next month... any tips mga sis para naman maging bearable yung sinasabing pain sa brazilian? TIA!

^Don't go to lay bare for brazilian sis. Splurge a little bit more and go to other waxing salons like wink and strip. Mas mabilis yung process and less painful. Pag sa lay bare kasi, super tagal because konti hair lang yung nakukuha ng wax nila, so many times kailangan i-pull per area. Whereas pag hard wax, one to two pulls lang ok na.

They will blow on it and test it on your bare skin first kasi depende naman yun sa threshold mo kung ano ba yung bearable. Actually, mas comforting nga yung heat. Parang naaalis yung mind mo sa pain caused by the pull.

I'm not sure sis. I've never tried brazilian wax. conscious ako eh. Basta yung eplin wax na ginagamit ko it needs to be heated also.

And I'm sure di v niyo ang una nilang nakita haha. Let's not let our insecurities and shyness keep us from being beautiful! Chos. ;D
