Ingat din sa byahe sis little_princess. Tuloy na din kami next week, kahit sa Camotes Island, tuloy na din kami. Was able to get intro rates sa South Palms Resort. Kakatawag ko lang, may generator daw sila at 24 hours na may electricity. Sana nga totoo, pati yung in-room wifi nila, sana okay din. Yun lang, may wedding on our first day Sana di masyadong magulo at maraming tao.

sis from 5pm-9am electricity nila. Then they turn off their generator. I think this is fine since most of the time nasa tour naman mga tao. What we did when we came from the tour babad na lang kami sa swimming pool and sa beach which we didn't mind at all.

Regarding wifi hindi aabot sa rooms wifi ng resort. It's only in their reception. But we used our phones Smart to connect to the internet and ang bilis. Not sure with other networks.

sabi sa news by Dec daw 100% na yun kuryente sana lang. Kasi me mga bata kami kasama and
me day na nasa resort lang sila and they really do nap in the afternoon sana nga lang talaga..
yun bang 5pm-9am naka aircon?

kamusta na mga sis, more than 2 weeks na lang, nasa bohol na din kami, excited na rin ako na maglimaliw.

finally back in Bohol after 5 years! Been here since yesterday and may electricity and wife na where we are staying. there were times na nawalan ng electricity but then may generator naman. it's a bit rainy but nawawala din naman.

we had our city tour today and would suggest skipping loboc river cruise kasi i never really liked the food. another option na slightly better food would be rio verde but their "show" is not as good as loboc and no waterfall in the end.

the churches are the pinaka kawawa based on what we saw - baclayon, dauis and loboc are really devastated. road wise, it is ok naman, there are some detours but all manageable. puro foreigners here in alone but maybe the locals would slowly come back. i think it's about time that we should visit kasi maayos and maganda naman.

we had lunch yesterday at tarsier paprika, just near bpi and super yummy! also ate at bohol bee farm, still good after all these years.

so far, no aftershocks.

^ thanks sa feedback sis. medyo nakakampante na ako re: electricity and wi-fi. makakapag-work pa din kahit nasa bakasyon.

any feedback sa pagbili ng ferry ticket for cebu to tagbilaran? on waitlist pa din kami sa 2go. Need ko i-advise yung resort kung anong oras kami makakarating para masundo nila kami sa seaport. Pwede na bang bumili kahit 4 days ahead lang?

for ferry.. advice kasi sakin ni Kathy to buy 2 weeks before. thru her ko nalang papabili yun ticket
sana lang we can get the morning ferry though wala naman kami lakad sa hapon pero plan
sana enjoy teh beach..

re ferry tickets, the ferry companies cut down their trips from cebu to bahol kasi they were re routing to tacloban. we came from kalibo then dapat we would fly to cebu then take the ferry to tagbilaran. pero the available slot for the ferry is 6pm na lang so we decided to let go of that ticket and we got a kalibo-manila then manila-tagbilaran flight.

i guess if wala pa din, try other options na.

thanks mga sis sa feedback. tumawag kami sa mga 2go branchces na nasa supercat websites na malapit samin, lahat sila offline ang supercat sabi naman sa customer service, wala pa daw silang biyahe.

yung cebu-tubigon route kaya, ganun din ba kahirap makabili ng ticket? yun na lang pag-asa namin, pag by plane kasi ang mahal ng ticket ng cebu-mla then mla-tag.

UPDATE: was able to book cebu-tag ferry tickets for Dec 7 via luzviminda travel and tours. send na lang daw nila yung eticket before Dec 3. mukha naman silang legit and accredited ng ocean jet.

when we were there hindi naman kami nahirapan bumili ng tickets sa ferry. We reserved kay ms kathy however yung time slot nagka-aberya because the ferry was used for relief goods to tacloban. Good thing there was another ferry leaving just a few minutes after our supposed to be schedule. We had ms kathy refund the tickets then purchased new tickets in the other ferry.

check the ferry schedules kasi minsan you have to wait for a long time and it might be worth it to consider flying.

we went firefly watching last night, it was surreal and magical! it's not a very common thing to do but for me, it really is a must! much much better than dolphin watching or going around the city. there is a certain mystery about it.

oh and oops bar along alona is closed we usually go here to hang out at night. though there are a lot of new nice and good restaurants. the cookies at tarsier paprika is to die for.

^parang madami naman schedule sa ocean jet, so kunin mo lang yung time na convenient sa inyo. we're able to get a 2pm sched, sakto lang kasi manggaling pa kami camotes island. sabi naman ng kausap ko, available pa daw halos lahat ng sched basta more than 1 week. pag 3-5 days na lang, dun na nagkaka-ubusan.

we were scheduled to arrive in cebu from kalibo 1250pm kasi and we won't get in time sa ferry if 2pm. the next schedule na available is 6pm na. so we decided to forgo that ticket and just fly to manila

binigay pa din sakin yung promo rate kahit 1 week before the trip na ako nagpabook. dapat kasi 2 weeks before trip, to avail the promo rate. if open-air 490 ata. pwedeng bank deposit or via Paypal, add ka lang ng 5%.

it's so convenient. add mo lang sila sa Skype, kahit gabi online sila, 9pm nga ako nung nagbook while chatting with their support. ang dali pa kausap.

i got our e-ticket 3 days after. nung una medyo kabado din ako pero it's legit kasi andito na kami sa bohol ngayon. hassle-free transaction ko sa kanila.

Guiseppe
Tarsier Exotica

Those are good places where we ate compared to the overpriced and not so good restaurants along Alona beach

I texted luzviminda travel its 890 na yun 2 way.. mahal.. we were able to inquire sa 2go (supercat) its 600 2 way dun na kami bibili and you can buy it to any 2go ticket office in manila
plus 25 pesos lang kasi via ticketing office e pag sa terminal daw here in manila plus 10 pesos..
