I also read, drink 1 glass of green tea before bedtime will help. havn't tried it yet, pero I might soon.

I always drink tea every night. Sometimes even during the morning/afternoon too. Because it has a lot of health benefits and nakakaburn daw ng extra calories if you drink green tea. Pero sa pagpapaliit ng tiyan, di magiging effective if puro junk ang kinakain and walang exercise. I've been drinking green tea for more than a year already, pero pag puro pampataba kinakain ko and hindi active ang lifestyle, walang effect sa pagpapaliit ng tummy. Share ko lang. Heheh :)

For me, effective talaga situps. I've been doing the 30 day ab challenge. Lol. So far so good. ;D

Gold leaf green tea and Twinnings (mint) for daily intake; my laxative tea naman is Biguerlai  :D

Available ba sa mercury any gold leaf at twinnings? If not, saan siya mabibili? Thanks. How often do you drink pala young biguerlai? Sabi kasi nila hindi daw maganda for everyday intake kasi laxative.

yung biguerlai ko sis iniinum ko lang pag puro junk nakain ko and kung kumain man ako sa buffet na siguro once a month lang. yung gold leaf and twinnings available kahit saang groceries, wala mabibili na gold leaf and twinnings sa mercury, lipton and biguerlai lang sa mercury

Hindi ko ata hiyang ang green tea. Nagbreakout ako so I stopped. Wala na ulit ako pimple ngayon. Iinom ako ulit ng green tea then pag nagbreakout ulit, stop na talaga.

30 minutes dapat pinapawisan ka... everyday... as in pawis.. to the point na halos mapiga mo na yung hair mo sa pawis. That's when I start losing weight. Kasi bumilis na yung metabolism ko.

i always drink warm water with lemon after meals. Lemon/cucumber/mint detox is also a good drink every morning.

Hindi ako pwede ng tea sa gabi dahil pampagising sakin yun lol
may insomnia pa naman ako..

plus magagalit dentist ko dahil makikita na naman nya na puro stains ang teeth ko. pinapaiwas ako sa mga coffee, tea and soda kasi dahil nag dadark talaga ang teeth ko.

try ako ng Apple Cider drink (although sa lunch ko ito ginagawa at every other day lang..

I'm into low no-rice diet.. during weekdays, talagang no-rice ako from morning to evening, I make sure I take bread or pasta as substitute to my previous carb resource. pag wkends, especially pag Sunday, sa lunch ako nagra-rice, sarap!

and this week, kakaririn ko ang Zumba, tingnan ko kung papayat ako with these set of diet and exercise.

I use oolong tea. Fat burner daw eh. Okay naman so far.

I heard about this. Good for digestion daw kasi ang warm water. diba sa Chinese and Japanese (not sure about Korean) they drink green tea with their meal?kasi mas mabilis daw ma digest ang food sa ganun way.

Proper sleep and proper diet, and exercise regularly.

Avoid too much fat and sugar. Sa drinks as much as possible water na lang.

Sa exercises try burpees or plyometrics. Nabre break niya kasi ang muscle memory kaya mas effective. Youtube niyo lang, dami routines.
