Yung nag-kickstart ng pagliit ng tyan ko is drinking ACV with water. Kahit no diet and exercise, lumiit talaga sya. Nung sinabayan ko na ng eting properly and exercise, mas lumiit pa sya. Goodluck, sissies!

Agree sis.  It helped me na paliitin ang tyan ko.  Nawala yong bloatedness.  I take 2 tbsp with plain water before breakfast in the morning.  Napansin din ni hubby at ng mga friends namin.  Since I take it plain, swak siya sa IF ko din.

Hi mga sis :)

Share ko lang yung ways ko sa paglose ng weight, My initial weight is 54kg at 4'11", my waistline is 33" so talagang chuby ako :)

January this year when I decided to start my journey on losing weight :)
1. Green tea, kahit anong brand yan. Pero sakin lipton or twinings gamit ko
     Everyday atleast 2 tea bags ako. 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. I swear to the magic
     of green tea feeling ko ito yung big contribution sa nakapagpaliit ng tummy ko.

2. Calorie counting (bawas ng rice)
     I limit may calorie intake sa 1200kcal (this depends sa height nyo ha), rice and viand pa rin,
     controlled na lang yung amount.  Like kung dati nakaka 2 cups of rice ako or more, ni limit ko
     sya sa half cup (every lunch and dinner pwede din naman sa breakfast basta make sure di kyo
     lalagpas sa prescribe calorie nyo). Merong app na makakatulong sa inyo for counting the
     calorie, estimate nyo na lang yung amount pagnilalog nyo sa apps.

3. No sweets, soda/softdrinks, junk food/fast food, foods high in carb
    Iniwasan ko talaga ang mga pagkain na ito. Kelangan lang talaga ng discipline saka motivation
    para magkaroon ng result yung pagpapapayat nyo.

Most likely yan lang naman ang ginawa ko wala pa akong exercise na ginagawa pero lumiit talaga yung tummy ko including may arms pero mas significant yung pagliit ng tummy ko, mga month ng April talagang visible  na yung effect ng efforts ko :) lahat ng makakita sa akin nagtatanong anong ginawa ko kasi pumayat daw ako :)

Now my weight ranges from 46-46.5kg and my waistline ranges from 27-28" big improvement na and I am so happy sa outcome though di pa ito ang ideal weight ko. So still trying to reach 44-45kg :) pero sabi naman ng mga kakilala ko ok na raw ito wag na raw ako magpa payat pa.

I still follow the ways I listed above mas linient na nga lang now and also I alternate the drinking of matcha green tea and green tea na nasa tea bag.
