Hi, sis! Kung mahina ang breastmilk mo I suggest that you invest on a high quality breast pump. Mas okay kung electric. I used Medela before. Avent and Medela are brands that are tried and tested by most moms. Pero kung malakas naman sis kahit manual okay na

Any idea how much yung electric pump?

Hi sis popi share ko lang experience ko looking for electric breastpump, most reco here iis medela freestyle which is 19k and medela maxi swing is 13.5k sa medela house which is located at new manila. Better to buy sa medela house para with warranty. Based on reviews here medela yung best electric that can get most milk, freestyle if working and on the go mom ka but maxi swing is ok also. Disclaimer though I have not tried it pero dami moms that rave about it. Sadly the price was too high for me, late na kasi ako nagstart magbuy ng baby stuff so I had to look for less expensive na may good reviews also. Check babymama.ph tapos for moms on the go best ive read was cimilre m1 which was on sale at 6.9k double. They also have spectra3 which ive read na loved by other moms also..check out reviews also from breastfeeding pinays, but for both medela house and babymama.ph you can schedule appointment and try out the pumps =) ayun I have cimilre m1 now pero cant give personal feedback since hindi pa naman ako nanganganak, sa nov 5 pa scheduled cs ko eh..

hi! i have been using my ameda dual electric pump (which i bought from babymama) for almost 13 months now. its very sulit for its price. one thing i love about it is that it can run on several power sources: a/c adapter, 6 aaa batteries and 220v plug and best of all, it boosted my milk supply. i gave birth 2 months before my edd via emergency cs pa kaya for 2 days i didn't have milk. my milk started flowing only after i used this pump.

I have used medela swing during my first pregnancy, super sulit sya, we've been together for a year kasi EBF ako for one year, kaya lang narealize ko later on na mas maganda kung dalawa ang pump buti nalang nakahiram ako sa officemate ko noon na nag give up sa breastfeeding. 

Now on my second baby, I was initially planning to buy freestyle dual electric pump, kaya lang I have read great reviews no the Camilre M1 dual pump so I've decided to try it.  I ordered it from babymama.ph.  tuwa lang ako sa service nila, I ordered the pump in the morning dumating yung pump sa bahay in the afternoon, bought the unit for Php7800.  I haven't tried it yet dahil on only on my 33rd week.  But hopefully it will live up to the good reviews, otherwise, kung talagang hindi ko sya gusto, I'll push through with buying medela freestyle, I'll use the camilre for back up nalang.  We'll see.  BTW, how much na ba ang medela freestyle sa manila?

Both Avent and Medela are good. Preference nalang [textspeak!]. For me, ang binili ko is un Avent since un din gamit ng sister ko na nauna ng nanganak sa akin. Maganda feedback is it mimics a sucking pattern ng baby and madali ang let down ng milk.

Aside from Medela, Avent and Almeda, I'm hearing/seeing good reviews for Cimilre/Spectra. It's a South Korean brand which started in 2012. It's available locally through babymama.ph.

My friend recommended it to me, saying it's a more cost-effective alternative to Medela. What she likes about it is that it uses a rechargeable battery unlike other brands that runs on AC power only. I've also read reviews in Australian forums that it's just as good if not better than Medela. It also looks more aesthetically pleasing than the Medela unit. For the price tag (about 6000-8000), it's definitely worth checking out.

6yrs ago when i breastfed my daughter. My friend lent me her medela single electric kaso nabagsak ko. So i bought a pigeon electric. Nabagsak ko din. I bought an avent manual - ok sya for manual kaso nakakapagod. Until dumating yung pinabili ko sa brother ko na medela pump-in-style. Super sulit. exclusive pumping ako kasi bumalik ako sa work. Nagawa ko sya for 11 months.  I pump every 4-6hrs -gumigising pa ako madaling araw to pump.

aside sa medela and avent na manual pump, ano pa po ba yung ok na breast pump na di sobrang pricey? mostly kasi yon lang nababasa ko na brand sa mga reviews. may iba pa ba?

ayoko pa kasi bumili ng electric since di pa ko nanganganak. gusto ko muna magtry ng manual and also magiging back up pump ko din sya if ever may electric na ko.

Hi mommies, I'm giving birth this March and naghahanap na rin ako ng breastpump, kagabi sa SM nasales talk kami ng saleslady sa Dr. Browns, sabi ko sa 8th month ko pa ako buy ng medela para mapapalitan ko un cup if ever di kasya tapos sabi nya isa lang daw ang manufacturer ng medela and dr brown galing ng salestalk at muntik na kami mapabili at the price of 2500 compared sa avent na 5k. Anyone na nakagamit na po ng Dr. Brown? Tia!
