« on: October 30, 2013, 11:35:52 pm »
I've had dry hair all my life. I am now trying my best to take care of my hair a bit better. I used anti dandruff shampoos already... still i have these flakes when i scratch my scalp. they are not big or super many but they are there. Anyone can suugest a REALLY GOOD way to eliminate this all in all and get my hair not dry anymore?

Try organic shampoos sis. I used Zenutrients Moringa shampoo before and I was able to get rid of my dandruff. Now I'm still using Moringa but from another brand, and I don't like it coz hindi mabula. I will go back to Zenutrients once naubos na 'to.

I also spray ACV mixed with water on my scalp and let it stay for 5-10 minutes, then wash it up na. Effective naman sa akin sis. Grabe kasi ako magdandruff before, as in flaky talaga and naamoy ko pa minsan yung sweat na nagdry. Ewww.

Try nature's gate shampoo with tea tree oil. Effective sya for me.

with tea tree oil.

Hi Sis joycefler, problem ko din dandruff, unti last week.

Grabe yong dandruff ko lalo pag stressed, shampoo na gamit ko is heads and shoulder na green. Okay, it doesn't remove dandruff but it helps with itchy scalp kaya din di ko siya mabitawan and pag gumamit ako iba shampoo mas malala dandruff ko.

Mga 3 weeks ago, I started using Nizoral kaso I noticed nag dull yong buhok ko eh wala pa one month yong rebond ko. So after my 4th sachet tinigil ko yong nizoral, btw mahal siya 40 pesos per sachet.

Then last week nakachikahan ko friend ko and I told her about my problem with my dandruff. Tapos sabi niya baka daw dahil sa dry scalp. Try ko daw gamit niya na organic and shampoo and conditioner. Then she suggested conditioner daw muna so I could try kasi it stays longer on the hair. So the next time nagkita kami uli dala na niya conditioner which she bought from Landmark.  After 3 days na amaze talaga ako kasi no flakes na when I scratch may head! Eh dati pag tinitingnan ko sa salamin may nakikita talaga ako. Gross talaga! Ngayon, my scalp is almost clear.  I guess H&S was making my scalp even drier.

If you want to try, it's Body Herbs Gugo and Olive Oil Conditioner, 130 for 100ml. I just don't like the smell but it's effective for me.

Yung Neutrogena T Gel Shampoo effective for my dandruff. Amoy gamot siya at medyo drying sa buhok but I only have to use it twice a week. Kita ko difference after about 2 weeks.

This is exactly what is happening to my hair... nalalagas na. as in kita na anit ko sa nipis ngayon. I may have other problems kaya ganito pero I also think its dandruff. I already tried NOVU hair. I may have other problems kaya ganito na hair ko. I might try taking folic acid kase nung buntis ako when i was taking folic acid ang ganda tlaga ng hair ko.

I will try to buy those products mentioned din. Thank you guys!

When I was in high school, I had dandruff, as in ang lalaki to the point na na-conscious ako every time nasa labas ako kasi nga nakikita sila. So what I did was I just used anti-dandruff shampoo that starts with H and S  ;) at first ok siya, nawala yung malalaki. It was due to my dry scalp kaya ngayon nag-hair spa ako every week, not sa salon a, yung sa house Lang ako nag hair spa sa sarili ko. May nabibili Naman nun sa malls.

I don't know Kung may gumagawa din ng ginagawa ko or effective Talaga Siya or psychological Lang. Sakin kasi it helped me na mawala ang dandruff ko at shiny pa hair ko (feeling ko shiny haha!)

Share ko Lang yung experience and remedy ko. I hope nakatulong ako kahit Papano. Best of luck sis!  :)

Hi sis joyce

Too bad same tayo ng naeexperience. Nakakatense at stress kaya lalong tumitindi dandruff at fallimg hair ko. Hindi ko na alam gagawin ko if ttreat ba muna dandruff o hairfall or magpapatubo ng hair. Let me know sis if ok yung pagtatake ng folic ha.

Yung human nature na conditioner im mandarin scent did not help in my dandruff neither on my hairfall mas naghairfall pa. Been using it na since binili lo sya and may dandruff pa rin.

Just undergoing some treatment here as well to treat my dandruff. I also experience falling hair and it feels bad to see a lot of strands off my hair. I tried organic shampoo and conditioner but it didn't worked well. I'm using NIZORAL twice a week then conditioner on the hair (not on the scalp) and then once a week, i use Ionic Keratin Treatment from Mondes (got it from Watsons) kasi super dry na hair ko then rinse well na lang after that keratin treatment. For a month, my dandruff reduced and my hair is slowly reviving.

I found out na allergic pala ako sa parabens, sls and other chemicals sa shampoo.
Even the expensive kerastase nagkaka-dandruff pa rin ako.

Until I try aloe strengthening shampoo of human heart nature.

I never tried any other shampoo since then. More than a year ko ng gamit human heart.

Try nyo din talagang maganda.

just an ordinary conditioner like creamsilk. i use the nizoral mixed with water to evenly distribute the shampoo in my scalp. my worry kasi is that sa hair mapupunta eh treatment nga siya for the skin sa head. medyo nakakadry siya pero ok lang. i use keratin treatment naman.
