this will be our 2nd fair na pupuntahan since nagstart kami ng wedding preps..
Nung una, we went there @1pm, andaming tao at nakakadrain ng energy, we went there unprepared, no idea kung sino yung mga suppliers na andun at wala pa kaming lunch.. hehe
On sat, aagahan na namin ang punta(10am na) and alam na namin kung anong supplier lang ang pupuntahan namin, at sempre heavy breakfast

Mga 10am or 11am din kami pupunta ng mga friends ko, bibisitahin lang namin mga dati naming suppliers ng wedding namin

Kami naman we'll pick up our newly engraved wedding rings sa booth ng Imelda's Jewelry, then look for the ClintCarl stall to inform them ofsome  additions to our package, then we'll shop around for a good P/V package and OTD package

Who among you went to the bridal fair today? Can you share here any promo or  deals that is being offered by the exhibitors there and/or what services did you avail from them? I am an overseas bride so I am excited and really eager to know some updates from you girls.

ay ako din makiki chika  H2B and I were at the fair at around the time it opened mildly surprised na may booth pala si Jason Magbanua sa fair   Not sure lang if he offered any discounts or if he has bridal fair rates Meron bang nakapag tanong sa inyo mga sis?

Kami naman ni h2b meron na kaming mga targeted suppliers na ibu-book so we didn't go around that much na.  pero here are a few notable ones"

pangalawang T&M fair namin 'to. the first was to get a feel of the set-up and to gather brochures lang and for this one we were planning to get suppliers na. our major suppliers are booked na naman like P/V,HMUA,OTD, venue & caterer and I was looking forward to booking a florist & invitation supplier.
too bad yung florist na target ko eh wala sa fair. last time kase andun sila pero nag-inquire ako lay clintcarl and ok yung binigay nilang quote saken. kaso hesitant ako magbook dahil gusto ko sana makausap muna si ate inah of fullblooms bago ako mag-go kay CC. may before i do fair pa naman sa nov. so last chance na yun. hehe
we booked print divas for our invites. sila kase yung may pinakamababang rates for loose-leaf types and may freebies na ty & std cards.

>na-meet ko si bryan venancio & it was so sweet na yung nanay nya yung namimigay ng flyers. ang supportive lang. nabanggit nya na may ongoing promo sya sa upgraded albums nya before sya mag-price increase for q4. he was really nice kaso may PV na kame and out of budget sya. hehe
>akala ko tatao si dino lara sa booth nya pero wala sya. gusto ko pa naman sana sya makita kase i've been a fan since the mid-2000's.
>the owner of villa del conte was a very enthusiastic & jolly man! he kept telling me, "we will work on your budget! give something that your guests will remember at di lalaitin!"
>nagpaschedule ako ng hmu trial with lian capili. sabi nung guy sa booth nya magtetext daw pag ako na but he never did so whatever. baka pangit lang ako sumulat..? haha
>ok din kausap yung team ng OSS photobooth.
ang haba na nito. ma-copy+paste nga sa blog.
anyways, nakaka-overwhelm ang bridal fairs pero masaya kase you get a lot of ideas and great deals. kaya b2b's should really take advantage of these events kase libre lang naman. basta register online.

Hi mga sis!!! first time ko umattend ng bridal fair.. ang saya pala! at first i thought 2-3 hours is enough... di pala kahit half day.. totoo lang i want to go back today kaso taga QC kasi ako ayaw na ng driver ko(brother) bumalik ahhaha ang layo daw..and now i just woke up ang sakit ng legs ko hahaha... but I saw sa post nis sis f878 meron pa sa November sana makapunta ako

Anyway may mga nabook naman ako...

Florist I booked DangwaFlorist.. nagulat lang ako kasi i wanted yung more expensive for entourage package yung tulips but then nung sinabi ko kay Ate arleen na hapon wedding ko she declined sabi nya okay na daw ako pinakamurang package yung local roses gagandahan daw nya and depende sa color ng roses gusto ko which is blush pink/peach/white since. Blush and gold copper motif ko..lalagyan pa daw nya ng brooch etc.. which is okay with me di naman ako super particular sa flowers... oh yun pala kaya niya tinurn down yung tulips kasi di daw kakayanin ng flowers na yun kapag hapon lupaypay na daw...
then instead na basket lang for the flowergirls inupgrade na nya to pail with teddy bear cute.. then nagpa dagdag na lang ako ng arc for sa church

Sa reception naman she gave it to me for 15,000 with the type ng centerpiece na gusto ko super sulit na...

then I initially wanted to get flipbooks kasi parang fun.. but then when i saw na the final product parang nawala excitement ko lol... parang hmm okay lang and then may narinig pa ako na groom saying na baka madali masira kasi nga u have to flip it everytime diba so nakuha ng attemtion ko yung pose and print na booth...

I really was considering getting photoman before but nung nakita ko yung quality ng paper parang di ako nasatisfied.. pero yung Paparazzi Project ng Pose and Print maganda yung quality ng photo paper then pwede pa sya pa landscape or portrait with photo standee

Package Rate nila is 8000 with free 30 minutes...so okay na sken... then kukuha na lang ako ng photobooth talaga.. na medyo mas mura na or depende sa budget.. since mahilig naman sa pictures mga pinoy i hope super mahappy na mga guests ko :)eto na din souvenir namin

Next i went sa mga cakes coz ayaw ko yung standard na 3 layer 14x5 inches na cake naliliitan ako.. im 80% na to book yung 14x7 inches na cake ng top cakes ba yun  for 10k .. 12k dapat kaso 10%off daw but yung brother ko keeps on telling me ate tinignan ko lahat ng booth dito pinakmaganda mga design hes pertaining to Hearts and Bells.. hesitant ako pumunta dun kasi naginquire na ko online then they quoted me 17000 so i thought thats too much if bottom layer lang kakainin... but when i asked them if meron ba silang 14x7 na cake sabi ng girl pwede mag add lang 1k so okay then nagulat ako na 7500 lang yung ganun cake not bad but mas nagulat ako na di pa pala discounted yun so 15% discount so 6375 na lang... perfect!!!!! sarap pa nung vanilla na cake


Then went to Lian Capili for make up kay Jo Chan sana kaso di daw sya nag tatrial makeuo sa event sa studio na lang daw nya and she requires 50% dep so kulang na cash ko and hassle na lalabas and mag withdraw so napadpad ako kay Lian capili madami nagpapatrial sa kanya good thing naisingit pa ko... while minimakeupan ako parang okay sa akin.. the hair was perfect ganda... and magaling sya... kaso when i was trying to take selfies na..parang i didnt feel pretty hehe... so simula kagabi til this mornin ive been asking my friends/cousins/sis ng fiance ko/tita ko for opinion about sa hmua and 1 lang yung talgang okay actually di pa masyado super nagandahan kaso nagdown ako ng 2k kasi may package sila 18000 unlimited retouch plus 2 adults kaso u have to settle 8k within the week so i really need to think about it if kukunin ko sya keri na yung 2k if ever cancel ko kaysa naman nagwoworry ako sa magiging look ko sa wedding....


i was with my mom(free)my brother ( dapat sya papalit sa fiance ko bawal pala proxy)and gf nya nasulit naman yung entrance fee kasi andami daw free taste haha.. i want to go today !!!!!!! kaso ang layo and umuulan ulan pa...


Happy Prep mga sis... add ulit ako andami ko brouchure dito..haba na kasi eh next time ulit

Tanong ko lang sis, yung Rachebeli wines & chocolates, P5,5k for each each set tama ba?  Wala parin kase kaming souvenirs pero iniisip ko kung okay ba yung wine dahil common na daw masyado.. Jason Magbanua for real?? Wow bongga pala ng mga suppliers na nandon din! We are eyeing on MPO too.. Binigay samin yung rates, i am not sure if may additional promo if nasa fair?

Actually super inggit ako sa inyo na nakapunta sa fair kase alam kong madaming freebies at promos dun.. May mga prizes na dino-drawn pa every hour right? Hinayang ako to the max kase may mga kulang pa ko na suppliers. Yung villa de conte, reception venue yon? San located sis? Tapos yung OSS photobooth how much offer nila? Yung coordinator ko will go there today to book KbyC for me naman.. Actually sis, may bridal expo dito last August and pumunta din talaga ko to get some ideas and freebies. Tumingin narin if may photographer na pwede for engagement shoot dito. May nakuha ako mga free magazines, diary, free make up loot, at mga chocolates, walang humpay na brochure.. Pinaka nagustuhan ko is yung free HMU trial na ginamit ko pa sa selfies ko at ginawang profile pic hahaha! Other items nila super simple like invites and souvenirs.. At bridal gowns, overrated pero di hamak na mas maganda dyan sa Pinas. O siguro mag kaiba lang talaga ng taste. Ang pinakabongga dito ay yung Photography services around 5000 Aud (Php 200,000 converted in peso) pero wala ko ma-say sa style nila.. Yun nga lang, hanggang tingin lang ako coz overseas at di ko maaavail ang services nila.

So yun, kaya ko inistart yung thread kase fan din talaga ako ng bridal fairs.. Inggit ako sa inyo sis!

I was there yesterday with H2B. This is our 3rd wedding expo. Before we just get flyers and compare prizes of suppliers, pero ngayon nakapag pa-book na kami ng suppliers.

We were able to book for our Photography and Videography, rings and invitations. We were unable to book caterer and other suppliers kasi we don't have a reception venue yet. We shortlisted some caterers and these caterer's were kind enough to extend the bridal promo rates for 1 month.

Overall, worth it naman yung pagpunta namin. We went there around 1pm and nakauwi kami ng 7pm.

hi sis vitug.annie oo sis 5,5k for each set -- bottles of wine plus the 1 dozen chocolates -- yung wine bottles and chocolates personalized na yung label Magaling yung nag assist samin, as in tinuro nya how you can appreciate the wine more... favorite ni h2b yung Plum na wine.  After drinking the wine, pina kain pa samin yung coffee chocolate bits which complements the wine saraaap.  For the set, may choice ka kung gusto mo ng 24bottles ng 360mL or 12bottles ng 750ml.

We're seriously considering getting them for the guest toasting sa reception hehe kase we also like the idea na locally made yung wine great gifts din for our guests na foreigners

sorry pala sis di ko nabanggit sa una kong post.. villa de conte is a chocolate goods supplier.
yung OSS naman nagrerange sa 30-60k ata ang packaged nila pero they're offering mga 10 or 15% disc yata for onsite booking.
actually, ang habol ko talaga sa fairs is yung experience at ideas. majority ng suppliers namin is nakita namin through online research talaga. mejo iba kase yung feeling pag nasa fair ka dahil nakaka-overwhelm yung dami ng freebies at promos at medyo pressure makapagbook lalo na't may limited time. gusto ko yung mga ibobook namen as much as possible ay makakausap namin ng masinsinan sa office nila para malinaw at masinsinan ang usapan. madami din naman kaseng major suppliers na nagpo-promo online, abangers nga lang talaga. hehe

it was also my first time to attend a bridal fair.  puro kuha lang kami ng mga brochures and konting chika.  somehow nakakuha kami ng mga ideas.  ang daming promos.  sayang lang wala kaming in-avail kasi wala pa talaga kaming kahit ano na nasisimulan.  pero buti yung iba sinasabi na extended daw promo nila as long as we sign up sa guest list nila or pag nag inquire daw kami ulit sabihin lang namin na nakita namin sila sa bridal fair.  because of the fair, nalaman ko kung ano pa mga kulang ko na items na dapat included sa budget list ko.  natuwa rin ako sa mga venues na nakita namin, dun tuloy kami nakakuha ni h2b ng ideas for our theme.  nakakatuwa pumunta sa fair!  i'm looking forward to the next fair para makapag book ng discounted price sa mga suppliers

We also attended the fair last saturday.  natawag yung name namin sa hourly prize.  :-)  we won a free prenup photoshoot location at mahogany place. :-)

Went there too and got discounts from MPO, Ghe Consolacion and Don Robert's.  Everyone was giving out flyers and was almost tempted to book a coordinator cause of the discount, but fiance, Dave Sandoval who was there and Ghe held me back. The good ones they worked with don't usually present at fairs daw.

There's another one coming up sa Megamall this November. Anyone planning on going?
