Thank you sis switan9el... sa dami talaga ng suppliers lalo na HMUA pati P/V. kya laking tulong ng GT sa review... un nga lang sa dami parang 10% lang yung nagagawan ng review... parang di rin fair sa baguhan na supplier pero capable naman...

anyone here knows who will be joining the Wedding Suppliers Bridal Fair sa May 10-11 at SM Megamall? Worth it kayang puntahan? OFW kasi ako and isisingit ko lang sana sa pag uwi ko yung bridal fair.

^sis, Megatrade Hall 1 & 2 lang ang covered, so for me hindi ganun karami ang suppliers. siguro worth it siya puntahan if you have specific supplier na ibbook para makaavail ng discount. ako personally, i would prefer going to Wedding & Debut 2014 Expo at World Trade Center on May 3-4 kesa dun sa Mega.

Acer_M, check mo yung list of suppliers kung meron dun na interested kayo. Kami lagi pumupunta sa mga bridal fairs hehe kahit na walang target para lang makatingin ano meron baka may magustuhan. Before or after non eh magdate na lang kami ni Fiance

Pero kung super duper busy sched niyo, go only if you're interested in a supplier that will be in the fair.

sayang at hindi ako makakaabot dun sa May 3-4 kasi May 7 pa uwi ko. wala din akong makita na list of suppliers online. nag try ako mag email dun sa events coordinator, wala pa silang reply. probably, i will just take the chance na lang na dumaan sa bridal fair sa mega just to kill the curiosity. hehe.

^hehe sis ok lang yan. masaya naman pumunta bridal fairs. kami naman sa daming fairs na napuntahan namin, 2 beses palang kami nakapagbook on the spot.. marami ka rin kasing makukuhang ideas dun kaya hindi rin masasayang yung pagpunta mo kht wala kang mabook

We're planning to go to BEFORE I DO Bridal Fair.
Madami kasing suppliers to choose from.
Ang ayaw ko lang minsan sa bridal fair may mga supplier na masyadong pushy. 
Madali pa naman akong mainis kapag sobrang dami agad tanong nagiinquire pa lang ako ng basic services nila. Tapos parang ayaw ka agad paalisin when you said na you have to check on other suppliers pa.
May quota din ba sila ng kailangang mabook na clients?

^Probably sis.. Kasi they have to make up for the fee they paid to be in the bridal fair.

Ang ayaw ko naman eh yung dinudumog ka para bigyan ng flyers Gets ko naman pero nakakahilo madalas.

^Agree sis nakakahilo saka haggard dalhin... pero iniisip ko na lang sayang din for scratch paper in the future! LOL. pero it helps din na nasakin pa lahat ng flyers kasi minsan binabalikan ko.. tas marerealize ko na may na-miss akong cheap pero good deal na supplier, or yung mga di ko kino-consider nung una eh ayos naman pala.. hindi ko lang napansin yung flyer nila

Saang bridal fair kayo pupunta next? Baka magkabanggaan na pala tayo without us knowing. 
Tapos masaktuhan pa na mainit na ulo ko sa confusion, then magkainisan tayo. LOL. Sobrang funny lang 'yung possibility na 'yun.

Hi mga Sisses,

New here.. sorry if i am wrong in posting here. just want to say in relation sa post/topic. My husband and I now.. got alot of our suppliers from different Bridal Fairs - themes and mortifs, wedddings and debuts  etc etc, I remember we canvassed each and everyone, we went to 3 or 4 fairs actually last year (2013) and the last we booked a majority; lights & sounds, flowers, OTD coordinator, bridal car, hair & make up. I never did but i am thankful now for a hubby who was with me after the long day.

Anyhow tips I can give from my experience. be careful in choosing your suppliers, I actually regret choosing our OTD coordinator ( who was a nightmare ) - if your ever see DFT Events & promotions, please, save your self disappointment and money. they were hopeless. With that being said, the other suppliers that we got were good. so lesson learned, be careful with who you choose as a supplier from any Bridal Fairs. yes there are some good ones, but do your research, and be cautious.. good luck sisses

Hi sis! What I know sa mga fairs, wala naman quota. It's just that expenses din ang pagsali sa mga fairs kaya they become pushy when offering products and services. Another thing sis, tight ang competition now sa wedding industry.

totoo ito, i agree, mahirap makipagsapalaran ngayon lalo na magagaling mga katabi mo, at mahhusay magsalita, minsan hindi sa ganda ng exhibit booth ang labanan,
nasa galing ng mga tao para magdiscuss ng materials, minsan madadala ka sa nakita mo, yun pala in the end sablay pala sila sa works. :-)

sis, alam mo na ba kung sino sinong suppliers ang aattend sa may10-11 bridal fair sa megamall.  i emailed din kase the organizer, walang reply.  i'm an overseas bride and sa may10 ang uwi ko kaya itong bridal fair na to lang ang mapupuntahan ko.
