Grabe sobrang daming suppliers sa fair kanina, nalula ako sa dami ng photo and video suppliers, mga 4pm na kami nakarating sa SMX, we already booked Flipbooks today, babalik na lang kami on Sunday to book a band, strings and bridal car . Also eyeing for Kiss the Girl Events since may booth pala sila dun.

Hello Mga Sissies!

Just a newbie here I'm 2015 bride and gusto rin sana namin mag attend sa mga bridal fairs because I've read sa mga previous posts that suppliers give big discounts. I'm just not sure how to start though. Free po ba ang entrance sa mga bridal fairs? or Do I really need to register to get an event pass?

I've registered for 24th Wedding Expo Philippines through the "Themes and Motifs" site and I was told to sign in and print out the even pass which I did but I can't find the page na pwede iprint. Did anyone of you experience the same?

^Sis, may entrance fee talaga sa bridal fairs pero if you pre-register (or register) online free na yung event pass mo. Mas okay ng mag register kasi sayang din yung 50-100php na entrance fee

yes, free pag nag online register ka , meron pa isa mga sis, if may kilala ka na exhibitors photo/video.hmua./mua may ticket sila for free entrance :-)

Super saya kami when we attended the bridal fair last Saturday. Pagod na pagod si h2b sa tagal ng pag-iikot but then it was a wise decision kasi we were able to talk about budgetting on clearer terms na kasi may prices na siyang nakita.   

Wala lang masyadong events venue na exhibitor, yun pa naman yung main concern namin as of now. 2015 pa naman wedding naman but since we're both busy people we thought the preparation should be longer para di mastress. 

By the way, I received email from the organizers of a next fair that the CCG wedding expo on April is cancelled, FYI mga girls.

Yan ang kagandahan ng long engagement. You can research a lot before deciding who to book

Next fair na alam ko ay Weddings & Debuts February 21-23 (pasabi na lang kung cancelled or what).

As one of the businesses that expressed intent to join or have inquired about our bridal fairs, we are sorry to inform that CCG Expo and Fairs Co. is cancelling We’re Engaged! Bridal Fair 2014 which was due to be held on April 5-6, 2014 and October 18-19, 2014 at the Philippine International Convention Center.

The company have decided to pause on bridal fairs next year(2014) in order to focus more time and resources on its other businesses and investments.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you.  We are sending this advance notice to minimize any effect to our exhibitors/partners.

Question: Do some or all caterers have an on-the-spot food tasting in bridal fairs?

already booked Baicapture, Infinite Soul acoustic, Rabbithole for our prenup and Don Roberts during the Getting Married Bridal Fair.
I just pencil booked Kiss the Girl events and Philharmonic Orchestra. Konti na lang kulang ko.

We're going to the Weddings and Debuts fair din sa Feb at Mega Mall. May prizes dun when you book suppliers which is already a big help in terms of budget and stuff. Kaya sana may masettle na kaming reception venue. Until now wala pa rin. Haha.

angelzero, some do so better check the list of suppliers in the fair tapos inquire with them individually kung meron o walang tasting tapos ano ang limitations. Sa ibang caterer kasi, binabawas nila sa complimentary no. of FT yung sa fair.

May Tagaytay fair ba ulit na nakaschedule this year? Sabi kasi sakin ok daw dun kasi panay Tagaytay based suppliers daw karamihan ang nagparticipate.

Hi sis maldita_sweetme, siguro mas ok kung check mo muna yung list of suppliers kung saan sa tingin mo mas marami kang gustong suppliers, dun ka pumunta. both fairs na yan kasi maraming suppliers so depende sayo yun

Hi girls!! Speaking of bridal fair... its my first time to attend this feb.. excited much at the same time kinakabahan... ask ko lang ok lang bang magpabook kahit dipa alam exact date?? Pati ok lang bang mag ask sa mga suppliers kung may freebies ba sila and discount kahit di ko pa sila iboo2k?? Bka kasi mairita sila sa akin... super amateur ang peg ko... hehe.. thanks

^Most suppliers don't accept bookings ng walang tentative date kasi baka magkaproblema kung may ibang client na sila. Important na alam niyo or at least meron kayong Plan A/B na dates.

They will tell you ano yung freebies/discounts na inooffer nila pero usually given if you book them during the fair period lang. Ok lang magtanong sa kanila

But I would suggest you check the list of suppliers sa fair and narrow down what you want kasi walang refund ang downpayment pag nag change of heart hehe.
