im taking ph338 3x a day, 1 fern-c every morning and avon life glow GSE at night for almost two weeks now. may glow effect naman na pero nababagalan ako (atat mode lang).

will it be oa na if ill take KB gluta pa?

Sis, tried benefique, pure white and whisis. Lahat sila nakaka kinks NG skin pero Di talaga ako pumuti. Sa pure white nag ka pimples ako, same with whisis and benefique. Mas mabilis nakaka lighten NG pimple scars ang benefique. This is just what I observed from my skin. Taking 3tabs 3x/day.

I see. Natakot naman ako waaa. Plan ko kasi stop ng IV pahinga lang, then take Benefique in fact may supplies na ako hahaha. Ayaw ko mag ka pimps! Eh sis salamat. Ano natry mo na hindi ka nag pimples? Thanks!

Actually sis, lahat NG shiseido nagka pimples ako, pero one week lang. After that, kuminis na skin ko, but Di lang talaga ako pumuti. And the pimples naman is very minimal lang, I remember mga 6 lang ata.hehe. Maganda benefique sis. Pero kasi sis, sa skin ko yan ha, ibaiba naman kasi ang reaction NG skin natin sa tinetake natin eh.

hi guys, walang evidence based research at anecdotal record ang lahat ng gumagawa ng oral glutathione as well as health professionals na may effect ang oral glutathione. Reason is:

1. Glutathione when taken orally is easily destroyed by hydrochloric acid of the stomach. Only 1 to 3% of glutathione remains viable and eventually get destroyed again at the duodenum and from the biobacterial and chemical reaction at the intenstines.
2. Glutathione will NEVER cross the blood brain barrier
3. Evidence points out that the effect of oral glutathione is mere placebo

if anyone can provide me a reputable research link that says may decent absorption at half life ang oral glutathione please update me.

Hello sisses! Pa help naman.

I bought ph338 just last week fron cheska's. I took it 3x a day for 2 days (friday and sunday). Immediately after taking a tablet, nagkaroon ako ng maraming butlig butlig sa face. Ang dami. T-T Eto ba [textspeak!] "purging"? O talagang nagbreak out lang ako at di ako hiyang sa ph? Tia.

Nabasa ko nga din somewhere na wala [textspeak!] maabsorb sa gluta if taken orally.
Pero i also read na dapat kase sabayan ng inom ng NAC at alpha lipoic acid (bukod pa sa vitC) para hindi masayang [textspeak!] gluta.

Meron ako tinetake ngayun Luxxe White, wala pa ko nakikita significant effect, pero madami na ko friends na nkakapansin na pumuputi daw ako. Pag tinignan mu likod ng luxxe white, bukod sa gluta, meron na sya kahalong vitC, NAC, alpha lipoic acid at grapeseed. Tutuloy tuloy ko pa to kasi so far i'm happy [textspeak!] with the effect.

Anyone had tried oral gluta yung galing thailand? Grabe so far sa nakita ko 400Kmg ang highest gluta content nakita ko. Hmmm i was planning to buy sana pero gusto ko muna eresearch mga review para di naman masayang pera hehe. Please share your experience naman kung may mga bakatry na dito. Thanks

after 3 weeks of taking ph338, nag karoon ako ng isang pirasong tigyawat. hindi ako tigyawating tao kay medyo na off ako sa ph338. will try tathion pag naubos ko na yung stash ko ng ph338

So many years ago, I took ph338 in combination with vitamin c and whisis for one year. di ako pumuti. hehe. di siguro hiyang sakin. pero makinis skin ko nun. nagtry ako ng purewhite pero di ako hiyang, nagbutlig butlig face ko. may whisis pa ba ngayon? dati kasi kaya ako napilitan magstop dahil parang naphase out yung whisis tapos nagtry ako ng purewhite na hindi ako nahiyang. tapos ang hirap din humanap ng stock ng ph338 nun.

ang ishigaki ba ok? tagal na rin sa market nyan e pero never tried pa.

Siguro safe naman ang gluta from thailand, siguro they're just pointing out na kaya ginawa nilang  20000mg or higher than that kasi hindi naman lahat ng intake gluta ay naaabsorb ng katawan kasi yung iba diyan nabrebreak down pa. Just sharing my thought.

saka mga sis iwas kayo sa araw, wear your sunscreen, kasi according to my ivt mas mabilis umitim yung mga taong nagglugluta either iv or oral kaysa sa mga hindi nagglugluta kaya siguro may mga instances na mas umiitim kayo eh samantalang nagglugluta kayo.

I saw gluta over white sa sulit and IG, around 650 something, I think its made in thailand. I am just doubtful about the claim that it contains 10,000 mg of glutathione. Is that possible? Sa mga IG kasi nauuso yung screenshots ng testimonials and before and after pics, di ko alam if genuine mga reviews. Has anyone tried this?

i'll be stating my gluta routine next month pagdating ng mga meds ko  bumili ako sa ebay ng ALA 100mg and Vit C with rosehips 1gm, and bibili din ako ng Glutax 1gm IV. On non-IV days, pano ba ang tamang pagtake ng oral meds? kelangan ba all at once or dapat may interval?
