i have tried met with algatrium..
bought it by two's and used it for 5 days but stopped

actually after just taking 2 capsules, nagkaroon ako ng sobrang malalang bacne
something I didnt have before. grabe talaga kasi overnight lang yun.

I thought it was because of tationil IV, but after testing it seperately, this one
is the main culprit

Hindi kaya purging lang yun sis?ako kasi lahat ng take ko gluta,my 2 weeks purging.katamad na kasi bumili thru online.i will try met today,since hindi pa din reply seller ko ng relumins

I'm currently using MET- first bottle pa lang, may good for 10 days pang capsules left.

^sis I've been on IV Gluta for months and also took belo nutraceuticals before
and only had small zits, sa face..nothing on the back, nothing like this.

pero ngayon after trying MET, kadiri na tignan yung back ko because of bacne
I don't think it's purging, kung allegic reaction, baka pwede pa.

And I had cystic acne sa back, this is something alarming for me
I don't think I would ever continue using it kahit sabihin pang "purging"
stage kasi honestly I don't think I can recover from it.
baka magbutas butas na back ko, good thing sa face small zits
lang.

Baka nga sis.pero ako nun s start ng relumins even my ua my malalaki pimples.back at shoulder.after 2-3 weeks nawala din.1x a day muna me met ngaun while inuubos ko relumins ko.hayy..expect  purging again

Ask ko lang mga sis. If taking kayo ng gluta ano ang ka partner? Vit c or gse? Salamat. I'm using ishi advance and 1000mg vit c twice a day for 15 days na din ata. I don't know if pumuti ako. Salamat.

Hi mga sis, I've been using relumins way back. Pero di consistent kasi tamad ako minsan uminom. [textspeak!] until 2 bottles [textspeak!] ako. May improvement naman sa skin ko. Nag start nanaman ako ulit ng relumins, this time 4 bottles na yung inorder ko,para tuloy2 morning & night time yung pag take ko. Well see how it works. Update ako ulit pag na ubos kona.

Nakiaalam ako gumamit ng MET, I'm on my 10th day and so far waley akong nakikitang zits or allergic reaction. What I noticed is the regular effect ng gluta ( ang mag pee from time to time). I'll keep using this for a month then let's see kung pagtigil ko eh may magadang result siya. =)

If not, then I think I'll go back to my regular gluta which is FANCL.

Any users ng belo? or mga nagswitch from MET to Belo.. Belo kasi may collagen, seems mas mura. Yun fish oil ingredient ng MET pareho lang ba yun ng function ng collagen? thanks.

Nagka pimple ako when I took ishi ultra and pure white altogether, 2pimples - sa may kilay Banda and sa nose. And big zits talaga ha, but after a week, Nawala din.

Natry ko na yung sa Belo. Hindi naman ako pumuti after 120 capsules (3 bottles). Lumambot lang skin ko

Yung cosmo skin naging blooming lang ako. Hindi ako pumuti after 1,200 capsules(4 bottles)

Yung sa healthy options na L-glutathione 500mg natry niyo na ba mga sis?effective ba?bumili kasi ako ng isang bottle

I'm taking KB,naka 22 capsules na ako. so far okay naman.nung una nahihilo ako tas nagka pimple ako pero nawala rin naman sya. minsan feeling ko pumuputi na ako pero minsan parang hindi naman,lolz

Sis, tried benefique, pure white and whisis. Lahat sila nakaka kinks NG skin pero Di talaga ako pumuti. Sa pure white nag ka pimples ako, same with whisis and benefique. Mas mabilis nakaka lighten NG pimple scars ang benefique. This is just what I observed from my skin. Taking 3tabs 3x/day.
