ask ko lang mga sis if sino dito naka try na mag take ng glutawhite 100mg then combi with KB? is it ok lang kaya na i take yung glutawhite morning then KB sa gabi?

Naka 1 bottle na ko ng ishi advance saka 2 box ng kb glutanac wala paring pagbabago. May iv pa un ha. Ewan ko ba bat ang bagal ng gluta sakin. Payat naman ako.

Nagbago ba formulation ng ishi advanced?dati kasi wala purging pero now nagpurge me. 3rd bottle ko na ng relumins,at 1st bottle ng ishi advanced.parang tan pa din me.

While looking at my photos before,sa whitelight gluta spray me pumuti talaga pero aftr 6 o 7 mos pa.gusto ko tuloy try thiocell.parang candy dn cya and let it melt under the tongue.sabi nga derma ko next to i.v na siya effective.does anyone tried thiocell?

mga sis, first time to take dr. james this morning, twice a day nakalagay, if you're taking 1000mg pure gluta, dapat intake ba 1000mg rin ang vit c? di pa pwedeng 500mg lang? tia

Sis saan ka nakabili nyan? Pure 1000mg gluta ba yan. If 1000mg ang gluta dapat 1000mg or higher dose ang vit c.

@ sassy_day: nabasa ko lang dito sa gt, 48yrs akong nagbasa, plan ko sana bumili ng ishi kaya lang out of stock ang cheska store, nagtry ako sa magic potion, wala rin sila ishi kaya i bought dr. james, i have fair skin na rin, gusto ko lang mag even out ang skin tone kasi minsan tamad or nakakalimutan mag sunblock, hoping rin na mawala dark spots sa face, bad trip kasi, last december, nagkaroon me pimples, di ako sanay, hormonal imbalance daw.

30 capsules ng gluta and 30 capsules ng Vit C
10 days pa lang ako nagte take,wala pa akong changes na nakikita.
Medyo maputi na kasi ako,gusto ko lang mapantay [textspeak!] kulay ko

I started taking oral gluta noong Nov2- w/c is KB. Regular intake pa ko with my first box - 1 (gluta and vit c) sa morning, and 1 sa gabi. Lasted mga 15 days, pero sabi ng kapatid ko wala naman daw effect, naggluta pa ako. Pero napansin ko lang, pag sa may arawan, may pagkatranslucent binti ko.  I purchased another 2 boxes, pero hindi na talaga regular intake. Yung 2 boxes na yun, naubos ko nito lang, di na kasi regular pag-inom ko.
Nito lang, I started using MET, mga 10 caps (vit c and gluta) pa ng KB kinombo ko with that. I take MET 2x a day.

I'm using Glutawhite yung 100mg. I take it before breakfast and before ako matulog so twice a day lang. Important lang naman saken may gluta akong natetake kahit di yung max 500mg.

Still on the hunt for gluta that won't increase my appetite/give me extra pounds. Otherwise, todo diet muna before taking again.

KB-not so much for whitening, but gave me a noticeable glow

Met-lightened my skin after one bottle. Mamula mula ang cheeks, pero bilog na bilog din. I had to stop because I was gaining weight.

i am using ishi and pure white, may nakapagsabing nag lighten skin ko, but i don't know where to attribute, sa ishi ba, sa pure white or sa tls soap. sa ishi, im on my first month pa, also in pure white, sa tls 2nd soap ko na ito.
