Sis you could check Protexin Balance i think yung name. You can buy it in boxes at Mercury. That's what my son's pedia prescribed for him. Seems ok naman.
^beachgirl, I haven't tried kefir, although I make my own yogurt and that's how I get my beneficial bacteria. I'll go give kefir a try.@wittyjen, what is the recommended number of bacteria for a pro-biotic product to be good?
I take probiotic capsules every night, and it's helped me a lot. I used to have hyperacidity and UTI's every so often, and they've pretty much disappeared since I've been regularly drinking probiotics. I buy Puritan's Pride lang, which is one of the cheaper brands, but I take 3 caps a day.
