Yakult is readily available in groceries nationwide (P8-10 per bottle)

I've also seen whey proteins such as Myofusion that has a variant with Probiotics

Try Cash & Carry, you're bound to find one there

Not sure about the mature part but I do know that women age faster than men

Women who are interested won't confuse you

What women say they want and what they actually want are often 2 different things

found probiotic brand like Nature's Blend and upon checking
on the label, it only have 1billion of beneficial bacteria..

Hi! Ako nag pro-probiotic for about a month now and I got it from this company called Biotrust sa US, yung Pro-X10. So far so good, na regulate ang bowel movements ko at nasa type 4 na yung itsura ng poopoo ko.. hehe google mo na lang.. may iba iba pa lang classification ang poopoo.. :D

Pero after the 3rd month mag stop ako, kasi tingin ko, for my current weightloss goal, I will benefit more from their BCAA matrix capsules..  Ive been buying from them online  (LowCarb protein powder, Leptiburn and IC5), and honestly very very happy ako sa kanilang products and customer service.. as in reply agad.. and dumadating ang shipments on time..

visit mo yung website nila www.biotrust.com, kung type mo to learn about their products..

Sis you could check Protexin Balance i think yung name.  You can buy it in boxes at Mercury.  That's what my son's pedia prescribed for him. Seems ok naman. :)

I just recently started making water kefir and milk kefir, which are fermented probiotic drinks. Has anyone here tried making water and milk kefir din?

^beachgirl, I haven't tried kefir, although I make my own yogurt and that's how I get my beneficial bacteria. I'll go give kefir a try.

@wittyjen, what is the recommended number of bacteria for a pro-biotic product to be good?

^^ sis MaitaOfMakeupOnDemand from the research i'd done before making kefir, sabi you can get a lot more good bacteria from kefir than from yogurt. yung water kefir tastes wine-y and milk kefir naman tastes more like yogurt.

I take probiotic capsules every night, and it's helped me a lot. I used to have hyperacidity and UTI's every so often, and they've pretty much disappeared since I've been regularly drinking probiotics. I buy Puritan's Pride lang, which is one of the cheaper brands, but I take 3 caps a day. :)

^^ sis snowpea try mo gumawa ng water kefir, madali lang pero they multiply so fast so be ready with lots of bottles kung hindi naman kayo malakas uminom.

^ i'm not sure but i think fermented foods are usually good for you. :)

sis beachgirl try ko bumili ng 2-3 tbsp muna since nanganganak naman sila. ang cute. :3

lacto-fermented foods (NOT using vinegar/pickled) like sauerkraut and kimchi all have probiotics. tyagaan lang gumawa talaga...
