sis, Odesk only provide certificate of earnings - sa REPORTS tab of your Odesk.
With regards to certificate of employment, if matagal ka na sa client mo, try to ask for a certificate of employment.

I guess it's easier if you're paying taxes and sss and philhealth and pag-ibig, because you can provide them of your payments and forms as proof and occupation as Online freelancer.

Thanks sis, I already have a copy of my certificate of earnings. Matagal na ko sa employer ko but the problem is that they have been clear with us that they are NOT our employer daw and that we are under oDesk and not them kaya no hope to ask for COE from them.

Voluntary paying member naman ako ng SSS and philhealth.

Got a notification that my client's account was suspended.  He's my client for 3 years pa naman. Nagchange daw sya ng billing account kasi expired na ang cc pero masyadong mabagal daw si Odesk magprocess.  Sana maayos na para balik work na ulet.. More work=more money=more hapiness.

first time ko ulit mag-apply sa job post after 2-3years na inactive ang application ko. ang hirap pala!  di tulad noon na sumasagot ang clients agad. anyway, 1 time pa lang naman ako nag-aapply, may 24 slots remaining pa ako.  hope may makuha ulit.

Hi sisses! I am new to odesk. I just sign up last Saturday with them. I already completed my profile and sent several job applications as well. I received 1 active candidacy this morning for data entry work and the client is asking me to send scanned copy of my passport or ID for proof of my identity. I am not comfortable sending my ID though and thinking maybe it's just a scam. I know that I can just verify myself only to Odesk right? Okay lang ba iwithdraw ko nalang yung application ko sakanya?

Depende naman sa client yan. I work as a data entry contributor and they asked me for a scanned copy of my ID din nung nag apply ako for HR purposes. They are one of the biggest clients in oDesk. So before you withdraw your application, check mo muna if verified ba sila, ilan na ang hires nila at yung payments made nila.

hi mga sis. I need an advice. I just started working in odesk last month and so far ok naman. Part time lang muna. Then I applied another job invited na rin ako for interview the job is an appointment setter. I was asked to call a landline and read the script para lang to gauge my ability if I am fit for the job. Ask ko lang if it is possible to do a long distance call for free sa pc? I've checked a lot of VoIP softwares but wala akong nakitang that offers free landline call. Baka may alam kayo or do I really need to pay pag landline ang tatawagan?

help naman po. i had an odesk account for so long though seasonal worker lang po ako. i finally decided na karirin siya extra income sana. buti n lang pala di pa ko nagpapakabit ng matinong internet sa bahay kasi when i accessed my account it was suspended and need to contact customer support daw. so i did. i asked them the reason why my account was suspended kasi i remember last time more than a year din ako inactive pero nung inopen ko sya okay pa din naman so feel ko inde sya yung reason. they replied naman ang sabi is because they are doing a random review and they decided that my account has a lot of negative feedbacks from the clients daw and a lot of other reasons.they just provided a link for me to further check all the possible reasons why an account is being suspended. whoa! i can't even believe it myself kasi with all 5 jobs that i did, not a single instance i got a bad feedback. so i replied back asking for proofs. they replied naman kaso ganun din, canned script pa din. so i decided to open a new ticket asking if they can re-asses my account for reinstatement. they replied with the same canned script plus a recommendation to just create a new account kasi di n daw pwede magreinstate once it's closed. fine! magopen n lang ulit ako kahit masakit sa loob ko ang hirap kaya magbuild ng portfolio at higit s lahat kumuha ng positive feedbacks. i jst opened yesterday - pending approval from them. naloka ako pagbukas ng email ko today, got an odesk notif that it was closed kasi associated sya dun sa old account. 2 hours ko kaya binuild yung portfolio. kaloka! natulog na lang sana ako.

ask ko lang kasi until now di pa rin ako nagssetup ng payment options sa odesk ko.. naipon na din sweldo ko eversince. ask ko lang kung anong setup ang pinakamatipid sa fees?  is it direct bank transfer? or paypal to an EON or an RCBC My Wallet card?  help please!

Also how long ang normal lead time nitong transferring?  thanks a lot!

So far sila pa lang yung nabasa ko na successfully paying their taxes as online freelancers.
Plan ko din ito but nacoconfuse pa ako, so nagtatanong tanong pa ako and balak pumunta sa BIR this January.

Hi mga sis! may tanong lang sana ako about dollar account. May nakapag try na ba dito mag withdraw from Odesk to BPI dollar account? gusto ko sana magkaroon ng dollar account aside sa BPI savings account ko. Hindi ko lang alam ang advantage and disadvantage nito. For example po ba kapag nag transfer ako $100, $100 din po yung mattransfer sa dollar account? Para sa inyo po okay ba magbukas ng dollar account or magstay lang ako sa peso savings? TIA!

^sis ang alam ko kinoconvert ng odesk to local denomination if magwiwithdraw ka.
so peso pa rin ang matatanggap mo. same with BDO kabayan. kahit from paypal to BDO dollar, automatically converted sa local denomination.
