Hi, I am new here. I just feel like sharing my experience and to have some clarifications.

Ever since I was in highschool, my spirituality was awakening but I was shrugging of the thought kasi nga "masama" daw un according to my catholic school teachers. Until I reached my age now and remembered the thought I had back then. Actually pabalik balik naman yun thought kahit nun college and when I started working. Mas lalo  naging strong yun feeling na kelangan ko ito gawin ngayon I'm in my mid-20s. Then, this january I met a clairvoyant who told me that I should open my intuition. Then, I started reading books about intuition and spiritual enlightenment.

I also started meditation but since I'm an IT professional, my left  brain is too loud. Ang kulit lang niya kasi in the middle of meditation maiisip ko un work or other things. So instead, I listen to guided meditation. Then, while I was recording my own meditation based on the book of Diane Brandon (BTW, the meditation I was recording is about meeting your spiritual guides.), I was imagining every scene in the recording. Then, when I was about to meet my guides. The first one that came out of the door was a very dark figure. I believe it is a man. He was very creepy and he really scared me. He greeted me with a grin. That makes me more afraid of him. I stopped recording.

Then few weeks after, I meditated and I talked to him. I asked him who he is. He told me, 'You.'

Sometimes, i think I was just imagining things. But I feel the man I saw is different from an imagination.

The clairvoyant friend told me he is a dweller and that there is nothing to be afraid of the dweller. I just want to know who already encountered their dweller here. I don't really know much about them.

you see sis,

there are many reasons why it is important to find a living master.

why? because the living master updates and adapts the ancient wisdom (teachings) to the present world.

classical meditation generally involves being silent --being in a state of prolonged awareness WITH prolonged concentration.

the problem is, right now the material aspect of life is at a greater scale.

noon if you're a yogi, you can just sit down in some area, and the people from the nearest village will feed you, bring you gifts etc.

ngayon iba na. we all need to work. even those in the monastery or in the seminary are working.

so modern masters try to adapt and the old teachings at the same time maintain or even enhance the left brain. --via guided meditation. it is already quite common. in higher stages of meditation training, the left and right brain should be balanced first before the meditation proper.

sila sa abstract side of things.

now the dweller in the threshold is YOU - he represents your soul. the goal of every person is to achieve oneness with the Divine Self, but you have to achieve it first via union with your soul - dadaan ka muna sa 'Ama'.  (the trinity of the Personality, Soul and the Spark....the I Am that I am)

so converse with your soul. tingnan mo kung ano gustong sabihin. but always pray for divine guidance and protection muna.

to achieve oneness with the soul is no easy task. the virtues na pinipreach ng bawat religion, ay qualities of the Soul. the more virtuous you are, the more you are at-one with the Soul. ( balancing and applying the virtues properly is another topic.)

if you want to achieve oneness with your soul, imho, you should start using a complete yoga system. hindi necessary na galing India. it can be any, as long as it is a complete one.

hindi naiiba sa formal education yan. lahat tayo nag schooling. a person can't consider himself well educated kung pabasa basa ng kung ano anong librong makita at matipuhan niya.

another good thing with having a master, is that he is able to distill the teachings and is able to give you the TRUE MEANING of the teachings. kadalasan napaka simple lang. one word, phrase or sentence. matatawa ka na lang why so many write books and stuff over such simple things.  westerners are so focused on the mental plane of existence. sometimes Indians call what these westerners write as "Book Yoga".

and malalaman mo kung tunay yung word, phrase or teachings, kasi maliliwanagan ka, lalaki ang charkas and auras - your consciousness will expand.  pero karamihan sa mga books and internet articles, trivial lang.  you won't feel any expansion of consciousness...

so talk to you Soul. and as much as possible keep your inner experiences private. maraming selosa diyan. kahit mga pinagkakatiwalaan mo friends or psychic readers....tao lang din sila. naiinggit din sila.  I've been there.

good luck. God speed.

Thanks akthung!

Yes, you are right. I really need a teacher. I know who to contact pero medyo mahal pero kaya naman every sahod ko na lang siya pupuntahan for the classes. :) But you said hindi necessarily na isa lang ang maging teacher natin diba? Can you please PM me for any teachers I can learn from? I know I have lot of things to learn. I can't just based on books.

I was into yoga before. Nagstop lang kasi medyo namamahalan ako. Thanks for making me realize I need to go back.

Hi bro, curious lang. I can't wrap my head around kung bakit naiinggit o nagseselos yung iba? I notice you emphasize on these.

I wasn't aware na may mga teachers o masters pala. Could you recommend one? I'm really interested kasi.

I can't wrap my head around kung bakit naiinggit o nagseselos yung iba? I notice you emphasize on these.

maski ako eto ang nakuha kong payo when i started.

you see the ego is very slippery and naughty so to speak. minsan feeling mo wala ka na nun, meron pa din.

another reason is it gives other people false expectations. let's say someone out there is meditating for quite some at hindi pa nakikita yung soul. then nabasa etong thread. mag iimagine na yan. at sa sobrang imagine, na create niya internally yung image na binigay sa previous posts. hindi geniune ang image.

real third eye opening is when you're already an advanced "student" (or if you're an incarnated advanced soul). a lot of the "normal" clairvoyant people get their "inner vision" from the lower chakras. ie Solar Plexus Chakra. kaya yung mga clairvoyants na ganun, emotional based, and emotionally unstable at minsan may pagka self-centered. lalo na pag butas butas na yung protective veil ng lower chakras - pag butas butas ang chakras, maraming nakakapasok na entities at nakaka peek into the astral plane yung tao.

having an open "third eye" is beautiful and is nothing to be scared about.

bigyan lang kita ng example. i've said it here before and i will repeat it again. my teacher had a folder with him. he called for a clairvoyant. he asked her, "what do you see in this folder?"

the clairvoyant said something like this: "oh i see a bright light, with this color, that color, this feeling that feeling."

and my master was just smiling while she was describing her vision.

when she finished my master opened the folder and showed us a few pieces of paper.

so sinabi niya sa amin, the paper was about the entity behind the sun.

yung point niya was, ang dami daming sinabi, pero yun lang pala. she failed mention that it was a being. she failed to see that the paper was about the Solar Logos.

so kung yun ang pinaniwalaan mo, eh di at a loss ka pa din. yun ang importance ng training.

as for teachers, i will PM you my reply

^ Wow... So it's either true enlightenment or mere ego. :O

Haaay, in this materialistic world enlightenment sure is elusive. Maybe that's the reason why I am unable to see nor feel ghosts or spirits. Hmm, maybe I should give that school a try.

Thanks bro! :)

Please elaborate, bro. If I dwell so much on my experiences dun ba lumalaki un ego? Also, is it okay to ask the teachers about your personal experiences? May mga experiences kasi ako minsan na confuse talaga ko if intuition ba or imagination lang.

I want to focus more on developing my intuition, knowing my spirit guides, and being one with my soul. Mahal pala kay jaime licauco. But a friend told me mura na daw un compare sa inattendan niya before.

better to send time feeling oneness with your divine self than with spirits. (though sharing your oneness with them is another)

been there. spent some time sa ghost hunting during my early stages.

spirituality pa din ang tamang daan. not lower forms of psychism.... pero hindi dapat isang tabi, may lugar din sila.

well, one can jump from one teacher to another, before eventually finding the "one"

as for fees, sometimes, these teachers charge a fee to weed out the ones who are not serious.

if one is serious, alam niya ang value. and will strive to attend the courses. napansin ko din, once they finish the courses, hindi nila chinichika sa hindi naka attend. why? pinaghirapan nila eh. so the value is preserved. hindi nababastardize ang turo.

of course the fees go to charitable activites. yun naman ang gawain ng teacher - service. in traditional religions, maaaring hindi ka nagbabayad, pero hingi sila ng hingi ng donation. ganun din.
spiritual investment naman yun. of course kelangan balanced with other aspects of life. if you've reached your limit, stay within your means. budget for next month or next next month.

but you now, sometimes, to start out, one can just begin with the basic textbook and the basic meditation CDs. and attend the weekly, monthly meditation, aside from self practice.

as i've mentioned in my earlier posts, may systema, so different CDs, different meditations ala "different workouts"

think of it na parang may days for cardio, days for weights (may heavy weights, may lights, may strength, may endurance phase), may days for power development...flexibility, etc.

so parang gym lang yan. do something consistent in the gym for 5 years, then may "spiritual abs" ka na. LOL. pun intended.

then unti unti lalabas yung mga tinatawag na Siddhis...yung spiritual gifts. by that time may good grasp na ang student on how to handle them. kadalasan yung student pa ang aayaw pa kahit nandyan na. lol.

nettai, yelle and aranes, i'll send info via pm in a day or two. busy lang ng konti. full moon. i just got off from leading a group meditation. at kailangan pa din mag meditate and fulfill physical obligations.

salamat.

God Bless.

Editing first page in case of religious/anti-theist hijackers. LOL.

Back to topic, thanks a lot bro. Kesyo I have to do this, I have to do that -- I shell out a lot of effort (and sometimes money) and nothing happens. Ugh.

yes I will be sending you guys an email address to contact the school. i will pm you guys very soon

***

Master Del Pe is a Himalayan trained Filipino Master based in Texas USA.

I met him around 2003 or 2004. I think it was 2003 because I remember there was a big space between my first meet and the second. Then i would order everything thing via the net and relied on the Philippine's snail paced postal system.

In 2005 when he visited the Philippines to meet his family, I was personally asked by him to organize activities. One thing led to another and the momentum grew so strong that a permanent following was established. I left late 2006 when i moved to Australia to be with my family. My friends continued the mission and have wonderfully brought things to where they are today.

***

Chichi, dumaan na ako diyan. marami talagang manloloko. of course minsan kaya hindi gumagana ang energy work is because hindi karmically entitled yung tao. you have to work on your karma. increase your karmic bank account so one can withdraw, of course with God's guidance and blessings. there's so much to teach.

Master Del Pe, or MDP as we commonly refer to him, is very much available over his internet school.

so email the person ( i gave you the email) so she can refer you to the proper person in charge of the Philippines.

Akthung pwede ka ba mag recommend nang books, CDs etc. that could help us in our spiritual journey.

I know maganda talaga na may mag guide na living teacher kaya lang mahirap talaga kasi sa schedule ko and most of the time wala ako sa manila. Thanks

Thanks bro akthung for answering my question. I'll wait for your pm. I was in bad health back then. Noong gabi na pinaka peak ng condition ko which scared the wits out of me.. Ito hindi ko mawari kung near death experience ba yun, nag out of body ba ako o astral project o guni-guni(which I really doubt).

Sobrang physically drained ako that time. It's hard to explain pero parang fairytale I feel very calm and peaceful.

Ano kaya yun? Until now hindi ko alam. Hindi siya panaginip kasi I was really fully aware during the experience. May ganitong nangyari din nung 4 or 5 yrs. old ako pero the whole room was dark and full of stars and clouds at sa gitna may holy family.

I feel that I'm ready to embrace and connect to my higher self.

sis yelle, parang sa insidious talaga yan ah. but i dont know what that is all about. maybe akthung knows

recently, after i read AranesBelegeth post about the dweller that she saw i stopped meditating na muna. baka kasi may magawa ako unknowingly that would scare the hell out of me and would make me stay away with this.

i already have a plan... i will buy the books and be a part of a group that i can lean on to for knowledge and enlightenment.

chichi. continue meditating lang. just don't think of any negativity. don't let something small or trivial ruin your progress.

yelle, after posting this i will PM you the details.

lumalabas ka lang sa body mo. ganyan na ganyan ako noon. that was before i started meditating seriously. naka near death experience na din ako. i had experienced the withdrawal of the soul from the body. kumbaga sa kotse, kala mo ikaw yung kotse. then narealize mo na ikaw pala yung driver. hindi mo na ma start ang kotse. turn ka ng turn ng key pero walang redondo. i felt my organs stop functioning. kulang na lang talaga lumabas na lang ako ng kotse so to speak. of course i saw the light.

nag aastral ka lang sis. one is supposed to leave the body via crown, but most people leave through the lower chakras kasi nandoon ang consciousness nila. hehe

i highly suggest meditating talaga. not only will those meditations i've mentioned will make you grow spiritually, but they will also heal your bodies.

why astral travel during sleep when you can leave the body properly every time you meditate. minsan naghahanap lang ng nourishment ang lower soul so to speak.

***

once you're all brought up to speed you can join the global meditations, where the group can join other groups from other parts of the globe and meditate together. you'll be doing esoteric service and will be generating lots of good karma. those meditations will generate some level of harmony on earth, of course, since you've given harmony, healing etc., you'll be karmically entitled to such in your lives. that's the law naman.

***
as for the system,

well there are many books and CDs,

the books will give you an idea on how to schedule your practices and do the different meditations. may suggested practice schedule din sila. every day you'll do an activity. meron pa yang internal martial arts to circulate energy. stagnant energy will cause problems kasi. so may sitted meditation and may active meditation. yung internal martial arts is of his original design. hindi sya mala tai chi or chi gong.

MDP is a teacher and mentor to many executives. He has a lot of clients nga from Fortune 500 companies. so the meditations are very good and at the same time short. executives kasi di ba, sa kanila time is money. kahit short yan, sobrang effective naman.

Pretty 68.

all you need is a good internet connection. once you have the basic books and cds, you can even practice sa inyo. malay natin ikaw pa mag hold ng group meditation doon sa inyo. haha

***

once you've received the basics, nasa inyo na yan kung gaano kalalim ang gusto niyong puntahan.
