After all the hard thinking and researching whether to get or not a unit from dmci Prisma, i think im done na. I found out that Prisma is just beside the west valley fault line according to PhiVolcs app. Sad. Im supposed to get one na talaga, but i guess this is my biggest deciding factor.

How much po kaya ang Monthly Dues, RPT yearly at RPT sa common areas? Meron ba bang ibang binabayaran? TIA

^meron pa bang 2br? Alam ko sold-out na eh. O re-sale yang tinitignan mo? Monthly dues ko around 4,500. 2br Unit + parking. RPT sa common areas depende kung kelan na-turnover yung unit last year, pro-rated pa eh. But around 9k nabayaran ko. RPT for unit, wala pa kasi hindi pa na-transfer yung papers sa akin so basically Dmci pa ang nag-shoulder.

Sis bump, lucky for u to get 3BR.. We were there 2 wks ago sa Mirea and nagustuhan namin.. Kaya lang 2BR nalang ang inoofer sa amin which is ayaw ni husband, maliit daw.. Hope you dont mind anong building kayo? And yung 3BR ba ninyo, is it front or back unit? Nakapila pa kami incase may mag re open.

I recently reserved a 3br unit at Kai Garden sa Mandaluyong. Medyo nagulat ako sa closing fees but may 5 yrs pa naman para mag-ipon so may time pa. Aside from closing fees, anong kasama sa turnover fees? Also, for residents ng Flair, how much ang association dues? May iba pa bang bayarin monthly sa PMO aside from assoc dues? Hi, I am planning to reserve a 1BR unit in DMCI early next month. May I just ask, talaga bang every 6 months lang ako makakakuha ng receipt for the monthly debit on my bank account? Just want to make sure ganun talaga process nila. Thanks!

Hi mga Sis, meron bang taga East Raya Pasig rito? Plano kasi namin mag buy sa East Raya na lang. Ask ko lang yun Yearly expenses, like Current Monthly Dues and RPT sa unit and common area? Magkano per sqm? 3br kasi plano namin, para maestimate namin ang yearly expenses. TIA sa sasagot.

One Castilla is near Greenhills shopping center, Ortigas Center and Robinsons galleria while Viera is near Eton Centris, SM North Edsa and Trinoma.
