malaki na pala ang itinaas ni dmci. I am also looking at another condo (california garden square in mandaluyong) but it's not under dmci and resale na ito. Alam ko kase with dmci so far maganda ang patakbo and maintain nila sa mga condo. but the cuts are getting smaller and more expensive. with the other condo i'm looking at, the cut is bigger but i don't know anything about the maintenance/property management.

^maybe you can also consider mga re-sale ng lumang dmci condos para mas makamura ka.

Question for those who paid their units/parking slots. What the is the retention fee for? Separate ba yung for unit and parking?

Kase nagpa-recompute kame. Meron dun 50k retention fee for the parking slot. Sadly, our agent cannot be contacted anymore

I'm planning to buy my first condo na gawa ng DMCI ano ano yung mga extrang fees nyo pag nag move in na kayo like administration fees, etc., mga magkano inaabot nyo per month?

^deposit for meralco, water line plus advance payments for association dues. mga 30k more or less yung inabot nung upon moving in, since i'm in the south. pero it will depend kung gaano kalaki yung unit and saan located.

Hello! To those who have units sa Cypress Tower, so far so good pa rin ba? Planning to get a 2 BR unit here. Based sa nakita kong ad, bago ang unit. Pero diba matagal na yung Condo? So possible ba na mga units lang yun na hindi pa talaga nabili? Or resale na ba yun? Di pa kasi nagrereply yung nagpost ng ad sa Lamudi.

^Sis medyo matagal na yang cypress towers at babala lang medyo malapit sa fault line yan. Kaya medyo mura ang units dyan naging usap usapan yan dati. mero namang mga condo's inside acacia estates.

May mga Sheridan and Lumiere unit owners ba dito? Eto yun choices ko for location for DMCI. First time condo buyer here . Really doing my research first kung tama bang desisyon ang bumili ng condo for investment.

kami din nagulat, may RPT sa common areas. We also suggested if kung puwede bayaran ito in advance so we can have a discount pero wala pang reply from PMO. Anyway, I think dapat si Homeowners ang nagbabayad niyan pero wala ata tayo magagawa kundi sumunod sa kanila.

Hi, I have a "stupid" question.... So I finally wrote them a check for a reservation of a pre-selling unit. They gave me an Acknowledgement Receipt naman, but that's it. Yung contract to sell to follow daw. Mag-meet daw kame ulet before the first amortization of the DP. Ganun ba talaga yun? I don't even have a list of the requirements. Ganun ba talaga process ng DMCI?
