We're planning to have our 2-BR unit in Acacia Estates renovated and OMG, napakamahal ng construction bond ni DMCI! Hindi namin na-forecast ito sa budget so my husband and I are really scrambling to save. Although refundable naman yung bond, ipit pa rin yung cash flow mo because you don't just pick up Php 100k on the streets...

Other than that, we're excited to move in by Q2 of this year. I'm just hoping na OK din yung maintenance and upkeep ng mga common facilities as well as the security.

Rasee16, this is Verawood at Acacia Estates. Major construction papagawa namin kasi we want to tear down the wall sa 2-BR and install a sliding door instead (para suite)

Looking at dmci taguig units. Would you know which projects in taguig area have the lowest per sqm cost?

no idea about the lowest sqm but i guess you can always be safe on buying on pre-selling condo units like Maple however, turnover is on 2020

We are thinking of selling or renting out our tandem unit at palm grove in paranaque but we dont know what the current value is. It's our first time to explore these options. May service ba ang dmci to help with these or dapat kuha na lang kami ng broker?

I am not sure with BPI. but as for the interest, di naman. kasi yung rate depends every year. pwedeng tumaas or bumaba yung monthly amort mo

my husband and I just purchased a 2-bedroom RFO unit from DMCI, we're planning to move by Q4 this year.
na-trauma kami ng husband ko sa previous developer namin where we bought a preselling lot so this time careful talaga kami sa pagpili ng bagong developer. fortunately OK naman kausap ang DMCI and all costs are presented to the customer on paper, with receipts.

^from levina here. We moved in last Aug. So far, we are very happy naman living here. We have a nice corner unit w/ a nice view from the balcony lol and the size of the unit is just right for us. No regrets.
