Yes maganda ang location and very accessible lalo na sa Makati area. No need makipagsabayan sa traffic sa umaga

Well lagi namang traffic lalo na pag rush hour given the fact na sa Makati pa pero nababawasan ang travel time dahil mas malapit. No not really near Mckinley mas malapit sya sa Rockwell, if you're referring to Brio

Anong pinag kaiba ng Royal Palm sa Rosewood Pointe?
Mukha kasi silang magkamukha, bilog lang yung pool sa Rosewood.

Sorrel, kahit ano sa Acacia okay kasi prime ang location jan. Try mo kung makakuha ka pa sa Flair RFO na siya, may lumilipat na pero di pa sya tapos na tapos

just visited the Brio construction site. I like the location, napapalibutan ng disenteng subdivision and ng seminaryo! I love the fact that it is not directly in front of EDSA either, but walkable and accessible enough to commute.

Ang ganda po ng location. Hands down to Brio Tower. Kumuha po ba kayo ng unit dito? Ang ganda kasi unobstructed ang view ng Makati at kapalit na cities kapag nasa higher floor ang unit mo.

May nakita ako but I'm not sure kung bago sya ng DMCI. Yung Tivoli Garden. Ang ganda ng observatory! Parang nasa movie and super picturesque nung place

Matagal na po itong Tivoli Garden. Ito po yung sa may Mandaluyong.
