^Good to hear Sis, keep it up, sarap sa pakiramdam ng gumagaan. Saving grace ko ngayon ang IF and 2MAD dahil puro cheat meals nakaraan.

Is it ok to vary the time of IF? Like for today my eating period is 10am-6pm then tomorrow 7am-3pm? Or not? Tuesdays are always challenging for me since I start the day very early :(

I'm trying the 16/8 and it's my second day, it feels lutang throughout the morning haha.   I drink brewed coffee with stevia to lessen the feeling. I hope this wont break the fast.

^At first I guess, since sanay ka na may food intake, ako noon sumasakit ulo and kumakalam talaga tiyan, so dinamihan ko water, pero after a week or so, normal na pakiramdam.

Na-try mo na ba 14:10? Ako kasi max ko na 15:9. But now 2MAD ako (2 meals a day) + IF, pero yung coffee ko after fasting with cream and sugar. So kinakaya ko naman, walang hunger actually, normal lang.

Last meal ko is 6PM - fasting - coffee lang at 9AM onwards - lunch (1st  meal) ng 12

^I can say na di naman religious na 2-3 mos ko na ginagawa IF,  may mga rest lalo na kung may late night drinks and grubs pag cheat days, in terms of losing weight, depende pa din sa type of meals na kinakain ko maghapon and sa work out ko, or sa duration ng cheat meals and drinks, pero mas magaan pakiramdam ko ngayon, I can safely say na I lost 2 kgs with minimal effort (I eat what I want - limited exercise) sa ganitong regimen, and most importantly di nako gutumin lagi, once or twice a day nalang yung real hunger, no in betweens, parang may biological clock na din sa gutom. So as a result, di ako sobra bloated maski cheat days lalo sa 2MAD, ilang calories din nabawas sa eradication ng breakfast sa meals ko. Di ko naman intention di kumain sa umaga, pero since I started it, nasanay na ko. 11AM na ako ginugutom.

I am not looking back on my previous habits before, I' ll stick to this lifestyle, very simple, cheap, no special meals or counting calories, just counting the hours. And it also improved my concentration and meditation.

I agree on this, super simple talaga ng IF diet. Kaya love na love ko ito.

16:8 ako, kasabay ko mag lunch ang anak ko at 1:00 PM then until 9:00 ang open window ko para kumain. So kapag dinner sabay sabay kaming kumakain mag-anak. It helps din na hindi ako breakfast person ever since. Kaya walang hilo. Pero kapag gising ko sa umaga tubig ang iniinom ko mga 2 glasses, kapag nagugutom ako lang din.

^mommyxthree

We almost have the same timing sis! :) I workout at 6AM along w bulletproof coffee only; then check, respond and get back to my emails, text, calls, etc (light errands), until mag12PM(dito mag start ang 8-hr eating window ko; along w/ the rest of my work for the day) until 8PM yan work & eat..

8PM onwards STOP EATING na; I usually sleep early, nakakagutom kasi magpuyat. (lakas ko sa chips haha) first day, I lost 4lbs. unbelievable, but thats what my scale showed me! :D

joining po mga sis, I am in IF and ketogenic diet (lite) now.

start meal 11:00 am last meal 8:00 pm, with snacks around 5 pm, kaya ko naman hindi na ako nagugutom ng husto pero once na nagbreakfast ako or may kinain ako sa umaga talagang nagccrave ako, tinatry ko talaga iwasan kahit anung food sa umaga, black coffee with sweetener and spreadable butter lang ang laman ng tyan ko twing umaga, pag nakaramdam ng gutom black coffee pa ulit.

I'm also doing Keto and IF for 2 weeks now.  First week, keto lang, the following week, combined with IF na.  Dito ko lang nalaman sa GT yung IF then only to found na most of nagkketo diet goes IF too.  I'm not sure which one helps me loose inches (yes inches in my waist not the weight coz it's not that significant) or it's the combination but I'm loving the result so far.  In two weeks, I'm back to my pre pregnancy weight.  I started with around 28 inches, now it's 26 with no exercise.

I'm looking forward to achieve 25 to 24 -inch if that's possible. This will be my thinnest if ever. lol.

^Oh ok, may baby ka na? Ako kasi wala pa, but we're planning to have one next year, kaya another good reason to go back to my goal weight (45 kgs) para mag gain man while pregnant and after giving birth mga 50-52 pa din, crossing my fingers!  ;D

Mabagal din sakin paglose, since wala ako diet na finofollow, but I am on IF+2MAD, I pretty much eat what I want pa sa ngayon, but planning to cut back on carbs, if not totally eradicate to extinction soon. LOL

I started at 51-52 kgs, btw, ngayon depende pa din, if napapasobra kain, umaabot pa din 49.
