Guys, I would also like to say na iba iba tayo ng rate ng pag lose weight so don't think that because someone lost x amount of weight
e ganun din ang mangyayari sainyo kapag nagstart kayo ng IF or any other diet plan.

As one gets thinner, it gets harder to lose weight...e.g. hindi pareho ang rate ng paglose mo from 195 lbs. -170 lbs. sa 170lbs to 150 lbs. (which is my predicament right now)

you also have to consider water weight and other factors, kaya best way to judge is to look at yourself sa mirror and if nagkakasya na ang damit na smaller size sa'yo

black coffee and tea is allowed, but not Milo
Not sure about the mature part but I do know that women age faster than men

1st week lang naman medyo mahirap pero pag sanay na ay pramis kahit di ka na magbilang oras di mo ma feel na gutom ka....

I've started my 8 Hour Diet (Intermittent Fasting) already last Nov.1. Then followed the GM Diet hehe... lost weight already!
Will give the exact weight lost pag natapos ko yung GM Diet, tomorrow last day ko.
Madali naman pala i-follow, ang sched ko is 9am - 5pm ang eating kaya baon ko sa office Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner ko hehe

I found this very effective. I was not losing weight in two months after I lost 40 pounds because of no rice (low carb diet) and regular exercise. I am on my last 20 pounds and I just started doing this 2 weeks na. I feel I'm losing weight again. Mahirap daw talaga when you are on your last phase of weight loss kaya I am trying to do fasted cardio. wow 9am to 5pm, d ko yata kaya 'yan. when I'm doing IF 3pm to 11pm ginagawa ko...mas trip ko kumain ng marami sa gabi :D

My personal No Dinner Program (yes, just made that up) which I started in 2008 kept my weight at 120 lbs max kahit ano pang kainin ko for brekkie and lunch. Coffee lang for dinner. Pag nagdiet pa ako, 110 to 113 lbs ako. I'm 5'6.

But then, I started having dinner again last May 2013 and grabe, I gained 13lbs. So now, gradually ko tinatanggal ulit ang dinner. I have protein shake lang or one scrambled egg or a small serving of veggies.

doesn't matter if you skip breakfast or dinner, as long as you are in a calorie deficit...you will lose weight

skipping breakfast is easier especially if you don't want to miss out on social events and eating out with friends and family

and it's a myth that breakfast is the most important meal of the day

ako adjust adjust lang e...napansin ko lang na di ako masyado gutumin ever since i started IF...kaya im happy with this....

since medyo nag pla plateau na ako...im doing the 30 min hip hop abs hehe para ma boost iyong metabolism ko....

I did this before. I lost 10 pounds in a month. 24 hours talaga ako hinde kumakain though. Tas twice a week yun. So usually 12noon-12noon yung ginagawa ko then Mondays and Thursdays. Sayang nga natigil ako, eh.

I unintentionally do this pala when I am on nightshift. I would wake up around 1-2PM, eat a meal, next meal around 7-8PM and don't eat na til 1-2PM the next day. I prioritized sleep over eating so would crash into bed as soon as I got home at 7AM.

I lost most of my pregnancy weight despite eating starbucks and other fastfood.

 I will this diet tomorrow. I'll update your guys hahaha kaya ko 7am-3pm eating time, wala naman akong work so tiisin na. starting weight is 160 lbs 5'0 ft short hahaha
