Wagi ako sa 18hrs fasting kanina, pero iaalternate ko muna, so ngayon 14hrs until tom then 18hrs ulit kinabukasan and so on... Pag nasanay na ako saka ako magdaily 18-hr fast 😊
I will do this for 2weeks so i can post my latest weight sa weightloss diary 😊

Hello sissies!

I am currently doing IF, 16:8. My first meal of the is at 12nn for lunch na. Then, my last meal of the day is at 5:30 - 6PM before going home. Nagbabaon ako ng dinner ko.  Pag sa bahay kasi ako kakain lagpas na ko sa time ng window for eating. Ang next meal ko is the next day na ulit, lunch time. Question, if I drink apple cider vinegar (1 glass of water with 2 table spoon of apple cider) before bedtime so that is during fasting time, does it break my IF?

^There are some articles that say anything below 50kcal should be okay. I take acv with water too but I take it in the morning before I drink water or coffee/tea (w/o sugar). It speeds up metabolism daw pag morning.
Whatever I want, I get. If I can't, I don't stop TRYING.

Good morning! So nagweigh in na ako kanina after a week of IF.. 49.5kg! Not bad mga sisses! 😊
Medyo struggle lang na wag kumain sa gabi dahil nakasanayan ko na din nun nagbakasyon. Pero pag inaatake na ako ng gutom @6pm nagkakape muna ako while waiting for my hunger pangs to subside. It works naman for me. Sinasabi ko na lang lagi sa sarili ko na "bukas ka na lang kumain" atsaka eating oatmeal instead of rice helps to compensate the carb cravings.. Minsan boiled bananas or boiled corns.. ☺

mula nung nagstart akong mag intermittent fasting nakaka 3.8kilos na akong nalolose. hopefully magtuloy tuloy. di pa ako nagcacalorie count atsaka kinakain ko pa ngayon lahat ng gusto ko. sunod kong gagawin with calorie count na at bantayan na din kinakain ko. nagchichips pa kasi ako ngayon. sana mapigilan ko na kailangan ding pumayat at sasali ako sa marathon next year.

Share ko lang mga kapatid sa fasting. Kasi naka-19hrs fasting ako kanina then 3 hours lang feeding window ko. Wala na masyadong hunger pangs unlike nun mga nakaraang araw na 6pm na eh biglang napapakain pa ko.
Nanibago ako sa sarili ko, isip ako ng isip kumbakit nakatagal ako until 12noon kanina na walang kain. Then 3pm start na ulit ako fasting. Nakakapagtaka.. Mantalang usually 9am pa lang di ko na makayanan ang gutom..so naisip ko na lang na baka naka-adjust na katawan ko at ready na ulit to lose weight. Then nun magtoothbrush na dun ko naalala na nagbrush nga pala ako kagabi ng colgate toothpaste with sugar ACID neutralizer. So dun ko narealized na pedeng yun ang main reason bakit di ako nagutom masyado kanina..may appetite suppressing effect ata yun toothpaste. Check ko nga bukas kung same result lang. 😉

Update ko lang my experience using that toothpaste with sugar acid neutralizer. Humina ako sa carbs at ang total calorie intake ko today.Baka dahil din sa pagod sa dami ng activities kaya tinatamad na ako kumain. 🙂

I've been doing this IF thing since college kaya siguro ang payat ko nun, but I did not know back then .. now, I've tripled my weight , I have been drinking green tea again and water with ACV and my friends said I lost some weight, pero I will really go back to IF na and be more disciplined with the hours interval. Hopefully I won't forget na I'm on IF specially on stressful days lol

Hi! I'm new to the forum po :)

Question lang sa mga nag intermittent fasting, paano ang figure ng body niyo after trying this out? Kasi from what I heard, papayat ka pero body fat is still there so you would still need to work out or go to the gym to turn those into muscles and para magkaron ka ng figure.

Also, sa mga gumawa po neto, what did you do when you stopped doing it? What happened when you went back to the regular eating times?

I was on Low carb and IF for a few weeks, and then i found out i'm pregnant. Hindi ko masustain because of cravings and all day sickness, plus syempre I cant go hungry hehe..will it be safe of i do it again by my 2nd tri? hehe i was told bawal sa pregnant, pero nagbabakasakali ako here na baka may ibang opinion hehe

^kung overweight ka sis at as per advice ng ob mo need mo magbawas ng timbang, you do IF pero hindi yung long fast na umaabot ng 14hrs. Maybe 12-13hrs will do, since mtakaw sa tulog (at kain) ang buntis yung 12hrs itulog mo lang..  When i was prgo with my 2nd chid pinagdiet ako ng ob ko dahil may history ako with my 1st child na muntik na mag-GD. So ayun naparanoid si ob binantayan ang weight ko hehe.  kaya ako di masyado nagkakain. Pero 6.6 lbs pa rin si baby, malaking babae din naman kasi. Nainis lang husband ko kasi ampayay ng legs ni baby para daw chicken wings.. Ganun kasi pag mahaba ang bata.. Pero after few months bochogna bochog na si baby.. Anyways, congrats pala sis, have a safe pregnancy! 😊

Will try this. Mahihirapan lang ako sobra kasi iba iba schedule ko. Ang mangyayari siguro sa akin, longer periods of fasting tapos 8-10 hours ang feasting.

Kasabay ba dapat ng IF yung pag-inom ng maraming tubig? Sorry if you find my question stup**. It's just that I have been doing this for weeks now but no significant improvement, maybe kase hinde aku malakas uminom ng water?!

^not necessarily sis. But drinking lots of water helps flush out retained water due to high sugar and salt intake.. Try mo lang magdetox sis. At saka be patient kasi baka nag-aadjust pa ang body mo. Minsan it takes 1month or longer to lose the fat weight... 😊

^^Check your calorie intake too. Some people think kase na porke naka IF pwedeng kumain ng sobrang dami within the eating window. Quality calories pa din dapat ;)

Day 3 of IF. Ang hirap magtiis kasi sa trabaho puro pagkain, kapag bored kami food ang katapat. Libre kasi kaya mas tempting. Pero surprisingly when i was preparing for work kahapon, nitry ko kainin yung cheesestick bread ng sbarro as my 1st meal. Di ko kinaya feeling masusuka ako kaya mga 3 bites lang. Kinain ko na lang 2 brown rice cakes with almond butter. Tapos sa work kumain ako ng cheese sandwich,2 pastry at some croutons. Omg super bloated ako. Kaya nag apple na lang ako, di na ako kumain ng main meal. Last food ko yesterday was small bag of potato chips. Then that's it.  17 hours fast ko ngayon. Nag weigh ako 57.2kg weh totoo ba yun?!?! Kapag pumalo ako ng 56 naku magcecelebrate ako hahahaha  :D in fairness di ako nagugutom. Sanay na rin siguro malipasan ng gutom

Ever since nag live-in kami ng BF ko, I started to gain weight and super dami na ang nakakapansin so my friend told me nga to try IF kaya lang sa lifestyle namin ng BF ko, feel ko di ko magagawa. Sa totoo lang si BF lang pumayat nung nagsama kami.

I might try the 14hrs na IF muna,paunti until until mareach ko yung 18hrs. Sana maging effective. Ayoko rin kase i-give up sa pagkain ng mga meals na gusto ko e.

How long have you've been drinking acv? Ano na po yung mga nararamdaman niyong effects sa diet and body niyo? As i have heard, you'll feel less hungry when you do this.
