It's my first day to try intermittent fasting after a year. so hopefully makayanan ko ulit. Last year kasi hindi naman puro intermittent fasting ginawa ko. nagcrash diet ako sa first month ko. then after palang nun ako nagintermittent fasting. hindi pa araw araw yun. pero nung time din na yun, everyday ako tumatakbo ng at least 30 mins. anlaki ng pinayat ko. I lost 30 lbs in just few months. Kaso  nagwinter kaya tinamad ako lumabas to run or go to the gym then kain pa ang bonding namin ni bf. kaya ayun, natigil. Pero in fairness, ilang months din bago ako nagstart maggain ng weight. Yun nga lang once I started gaining weight, ambilis din ako lumaki. So hopefully this time ma-maintain ko na.

First day today....kind of. I was unknowingly doing this pala before but I never tracked the time I eat my first meal of the day. I like the benefits so di go!

joining mga sis.. on my 5th day of IF. 16-8 muna ako. then try ko next week longer fasting period. ;)

for me it's easier kung nagwoworkout ako, or pag di ako idle. mas naiisip kong di ako nagdinner when bored.  ;D

been doing  IF for 6months na siguro - 1. to reduce my reflux and 2. para good  condition before magworkout. kaya ok ang IF sakin.

16:8 ako, weekdays only. 8am-4pm ang eating period ko. first food is saging na saba and oatmeal. last food is saba and peanut butter. saba is life  ;D

^I?m so addicted to saba. Everytime nakakakita ko ng piling ng mga saba, nae excite ako and gusto ko mag pull over para bumili hahaha.

I?ve restarted my IF since last week and have begun cutting down on carbs na ulit because I noticed that im gaining weight. I blame it on all the carbs and ice cream that I ate in June. In fairness, 1.5 weeks pa lang plus may relapses pero naramdaman ko na ulit drop ng weight. I attribute that to religious daily work outs too.

Im starting again my 18-20hr fasting today, kasi 2weeks na ako nastuck sa 14-hr fast after my long vacation.. i didnt feel motivated lately but after learning that one of my friends had breast cancer and underwent surgery to survive, i did some research and found out that IF can help women reduce the risk of getting [textspeak!] especially if you will do the IF at night or skip dinner..

So now, i have a better reason to do it, not just to look good and slim, so everytime na matetempt akong kumain sa gabi, ill just think na im doing it for my family, my kids. I want to live healthier and longer.. Sabi ko nga sa isa ko friend, id rather not eat for that long period of time than to go to a hospital, get cbcs, scans ,get a surgery/chemo or have my breasts removed. Mas madali pa nga para sakin ang wag kumain kesa magworkout hehe 😃

50ish kilos ang weight ko as of this moment, with or without retained sodium/water. Though lagi akong sinasabihan ng nakakakita sakin na mukha daw akong adik sa payat. OA kayo ha. Yun eyebags ko lang yon. Matutulog na nga ako nang maaga. Hehe. 😄
