Ganito sa'kin sis. Regular naman period ko pero meron ako hormonal imbalance. Basta before and during period nagbebreak out ako ng bongga. OB ko nagprescribed ng pills, ayun nagstop na pimples ko. Kaso maintenance talaga. Pag tumigil ako kahit isang buwan lang magkakaroon ako ng at least one cystic pimple na ilang weeks pa bago mawala, minsan a couple of them.

Somebody mentioned here about nixoderm. Googled about it and mukhang maganda ang reviews. Kaso not sure if binebenta pa rin dito sa pinas.

problema ko din ang hormonal imbalance. I used to take athena pills as prescribed by my derma kaso nag bloat ang tiyan ko. [textspeak!] pa kaya alternative solution?

Nakakalaki kasi ng tiyan pero may blooming effect talaga. Im using athena. Natatakot rin ako sa effects in the long run

Ako din hormonal imbalance, super dami ng pimples ko nun sa jaw at chin area. I'm taking Evening Primrose Oil as suggested din by one of the girls here, just can't remember if in this thread din. Madaming good reviews ang EPO for those suffering from hormonal imbalance. As for my personal expeience, after taking EPO for about 2 weeks kumonti na yung pagsulpot ng pimples ko

Wala naman akong purging na na-experience. Dati, 1-2 new pimples ako everyday. Ngayon, about 2 or 3 per week na lang. Meron din nag-suggest sakin ng Tetralysal na definitely more effective than EPO kasi medicine na sya. Pero not sure if this can be bought without prescription. Anyone here tried tetralysal?

tried EPO and nag purging ako super so I stop. one lang take ko pero the next day cystic pimples sa chin too bad di ako hiyang. (yung tipong need ipa-inject na pimple hehe)

Wala na akong pimples!

In two months eto ginawa ko:

I use Eskinol with Dalacin C - morning and night
I drink Conzace - every other night before bed time
I drink Royale Vit C 500mg - every other day din pang alternate sa Conzace
I drink lots of water and green tea

Effective din sakin EPO wala na akong pimples na malalaki and regular pati period ko kahit stressed

Hi girls!! naku problema ko rin yang pimples dati.. biruin mo ang kinis legs ko tapos pagtingin sa mukha ko waley dami ko pimples.   Nakaka wala talaga ng self confidence. Not until a friend of mine binentahan ako ng rejuvenating set ng pscf  nawala talaga pimples at scars ko dito at my glow 1 month lang pwede gamitin kaya lang tinuloy tuloy ko paggamit hanggang naka apat na set ako Wala na ko pimples ngaun although may paisa isa tumutubo pag may period . Ngayon kojic soap at myra e moisturizer at night at kojie san face sunblock sa morning  na lang gamit ko.

yes sis nakaka cleance din sha, nag fofoam/lather din may microbeads lang na kasama. sana may magpa-pre-order na sis natin para makapagpabili

thanks sa info sis!  will give it a try kahit pang once-in-awhile alternative dun sa facial wash. para lang din maka-exfoliate yung microbeads.

ouch sis! ganyan din ako mag pimple... cystic and kailangan ipa inject para madali mag subside. ayaw ko na mag try ng EPO haha

sis yung sa akin kasi, i only use yung variant (1)(Mild). na-try ko na yung type 2 (Moderate) medyo nangangati yung face ko, tapos mas nagkaka-breakout ako. yung sa Mild, every night ko sya ina-apply (after washing my face). notice ko, mas madali mag-dry yung pimples ko, even yung cystic ones mas mabilis umimpis. tsaka nali-lessen yung pagiging oily ng face ko.

oo nga no? I reviewed it nagcomment na nga ako dito before I'm trying out the one from Healthy Options naman meron sila super rami na nasa big bottle like 300 plus capsules. Naghati kami ng mom ko kasi diabetic and magmenopause na din sya and malaking relief din EPO for the symptoms of Menopause and Diabetes. Ang dami talaga benefits kakatuwa!
