Sis yna_alex nakakainspire ang story mo. 10years of trying na rin kami ni hubby, Fertility story like yours gives a lot of hope for those women who's been trying so hard to have BFP result isa nako dun. thank you for sharing and giving us hope. I can't wait to share mine

So i came up with this list according narin sa mga lumang threads.

I should take:

Metformin (im pco and prescribed na ni OB)
Folic Acid
Vit C
Vit E
Iron

Tama po ba? Okay lang ba yan na sabay sabay inumin? Hindi ba makakasira ng atay yung maraming gamot?

Hi Sis ludacris_2198 Acronym ng AF - Aunt Flo — menstruation/period, CD-cycle day, Tama sis wag ka lang mawalan ng pag-asa meron akong friend na tinanggalan ng isang ovary, isang ovary nalang ang meron siya and yet na dalawa pa siya sunod sunod pa. nagpatali pa sila kasi nung nagkaron sila ng isa sumunod kagad. usually sis sa men ang nirerecommend for Sperm Vit.E and Vit. C and Zinc, depende sa case ng status ng sperm ng hubby mo. while sa women Folic Acid and vit e. Vit. B's could also help sa mga pcos women din..

Yung folic acid talaga ang pinaka na dapat tinatake ng TTC. OB prescribes both me and hubby to take folic acid, para daw maimprove ang production and quality ng eggs and spermies.

Mga sisses, nalilito ako, Im planning to buy pro creation ng healthy options both para sa amin ni hubby, may nakapagtry napo ba nito?

^ na-try ko na yan sis pero hindi ako nakaubos nung 1 bottle. Parang hindi ko kasi hiyang unlilke Fertility Blend before. Siguro masyado din kasing strong yung scent nung gamot kaya hindi ko feel. Ayun, nasira lang.

ako rin sis hi_landprincess nag Fertility blend din ako..di ako hiyang. sama ng pakiramdam ko and then parang nagkaskin rushes ako. ayun tinigil ko sayang lang ang dami ko pang natira. mukhang matapang to ang fertility blend but infairness na correct dito ang pagkairreg ko nung nakaubos ako ng isang bottle pero sa pangalawang bottle parang nagkaskin rushes ako kaya tinigil ko bigla natakot ako.

I switch to  folic acid, Lecit-e, fern c, maca.

hi sis rheagirl! kaka buy ko lang ng bee pollen from healthy options 500mg. the brand is Solgar's.

if you have endometriosis it is alaso recommended to take bee propolis. sa ibang health stores meron sa isang bottle magkasama na ang bee pollen at bee propolis.

I am now on CD2 and will TTC again naturally with full support of the following vitamins:

Centrum Materna
Fish Oil from GNC
Folic Acid (extra)
CoQ10 200mg (planning to take 2-3x a day)

We just had a BFN from ICSI last week, but I do not want to lose hopes.

I reviewed again my CD2 blood test last month (Oct 2013) and all are within normal range (FSH, LH, Prolactin, Progesteron, Estradiol)

I'm new here. After reading your posts, i decided to take fertilaid as advised also ni Ms. Karen, mas madami daw success story ang fertilaid sa filipino women.

Ano pa ba ang pwede ko itake this is my first time talaga to use supplements eh never pa ako nagpunta sa OB kaya try muna ng vitamins. What is best na isabay sa fertilaid?

I am taking CoQ10 now and currrently researching about Royal Jelly and just found as follows:

Royal Jelly may be beneficial for the following:
To increase libido
Support egg and sperm health
Diminish and reduce the signs of aging
To reduce inflammation caused by illness or injury
To naturally boost the body’s immune system

sis denzon, interested ako sa centrum materna, kaya check ko yung composition nya meron sya Vit A, parang nabasa ko dito sa GT na hindi yata good for TTC ang vit A, not so sure, kaya other sisses here e separate yung mga iniinom kasi nga yung mga multi vitamins, e meron mga vitamins and minerals na di pwede sa TTC. not so sure sis.

Sis redgirln, too much of Vitamin ang hindi maganda sa TTC or preggy kasi too much of Vit A may cause birth defects.  So, as long as within RDA, sa palagay ko ay ok lang.

However, I don't see something special sa Centrum Materna, aside sa 1mg na folic, with selenium at zinc na important sa ating mga TTC. Sa palagay, ok ang Centrum Materna sa mga ladies na hindi na need ng "extra" to get BFP.

I am just finishing my Centrum Materna and after maubos nito, kino-consider ko na mag try ng Pregnacare or something better na ma-research ko pa.

sis sorry nawala ko na kasi yun receipt ko eh, i forgot how much ang bee pollen pero nabili ko sya sa healthy options 500mg 100 tablets na yon, if i'm not mistaken siguro nasa more than 500 pesos buy ko 1 bottle.

Hello. Pano tinatake yung Vitex? Once a day lang and everyday yun right? And where can we buy Maca na syrup? My husband has been taking Maca but in capsule form. Most of our supplements we buy from Healthy Options. As in weekly nandun kame.

I am PCOS been TTC since May 2012. Ang tagal na and 2 failed IUIs na din kame. That's when we switched doctors.

My meds now:
Inositol (required daw for PCOS is 4mg a day. I bought from GNC sa states, in powdered form.) -- I might stop this na after i finish the bottle. I checked with GNC here and wala silang powdered form.
Vit. E once a day
Vit. D3 once a day
Malunggay capsules 2x/day
Metformin 850mg 2x/day
Omega 3 once a day
Folic acid 800mcg 2x/day
Fish Oil once a day

And currently on pills (Diane 35) as per dr's reco - until Dec lang

Husband is taking these 2x a day:
CoQ10
L-carnitine
Maca
Zinc
Vit B12
Folic acid

I read sa thread 2 about Ovutel ba yun. I will buy that and might try to take EPO and Vitex din as what I have been reading here.



I have also tried the ProCreation from healthy options. Naka 1 bottle din ako and on the 2nd bottle, I stopped taking it and just bought th vits. individually. Masama talaga amoy and lasa nun grabe.


We also bought Preseed. If gusto nyo mas mura, our Dr advised naman MITRA.
