^glad to hear the husband's point of view, si hubby ko kasi di mahilig mag share ng feelings niya sakin, lagi siya tahimik or lagi niya ko sasabihan "ok lang yan" parang positive effect lagi pero minsan gusto ko malaman yung totoong feelings nya

thank you for sharing

Hi Sis! I can imagine how hard your situation is. Wala ako sa parehong sitwasyon but I've known of a lot of couples going through the same situation. Mahirap yan but you got to be strong. God's perfect timing lang talaga. Whenever you feel like giving up already, just keep in mind that God has a plan.

I have an aunt who is childless for 10 yrs. Nafrustrate din sila. Nagloko din yung asawa nya bec of the situation until one day, they have decided to adopt a child. Don't give up.

God Bless you Sis.

I'm tired. Married for more than 7 years and no luck of having a baby so far. I can say I have done all that I could, pero wala pa rin. I felt like tinigil ko buong buhay ko because of trying to have a baby. I want to give up na, I want to go on with my life and just enjoy it like this. I'm not saying na ayoko na ng baby. I will forever dream of becoming a mother pero nakakapagod na din. Lagi kang sasabihan ng "you can always adopt" like living child-free is never an option.

They don't have any idea what it feels like to be in my place. No one understands except those who are in the same situation.

Hayyy, God bless us childless women. God bless us! :)

Pray harder Sis.

sana lahat ng tao na katulad mo. sometimes I don't really need advice, when people found out that I still don't have children and they just smile and tell me everything will be okay, I really appreciate it at hindi yung kung ano ano pa ang sasabihin

I think culture din yung ganon, na dami pa sinasabi; or yung mga unsolicited advice (na karamihan nagawa nyo na din naman). Sensitive topic, and a lot of us are insensitive. I have a brother na trying pa din sila ni SIL; married for 4 years. I once sent him a link ng isa sa mga topic dito GT, ~ acupuncture na naka help magka baby sa mga couples; ang sagot lang ng brother ko busy sya.. so hindi ko na ulit bnring  up yun. I don't know if he got offended or what not -- maybe insensitive ako sa part na yun. Pero I always pray na i-bless sila.

Everything happens for a reason nga naman, should you decide to try again TS sana nga bless din kayo agad. ♥

Mga sisses, how are you na po? I'm just new here and I've just finished reading the thread, all from the start. I can relate to all who are still trying, waiting, hoping and praying to have a child. Also, the success stories made me more hopeful and stories of strength and patience from those still trying to conceive inspire me to appreciate life with my family and friends especially my husband.

Last post here was last July pa. Hope to hear stories from you again. Having a support group who understands each other's situation is really a big help during this stage in life. Let's all keep on trying and praying. I believe God's wonderful plan for us is about to unfold before our very eyes. Maybe not what we expect or when we expect it but nothing is impossible if we put our faith in Him. As commonly mentioned in the thread by most of you, let go and let God.

Hello sisses. I'm new here and I've been reading threads regarding waiting for a child. I admire the strength and patience of everyone here. I can relate to your experiences, the pressure coming from the people around us, the emotional stress, the time to time depression.

My husband doesn't want me to think about it a lot since it's not even a year that we are married, the anxiety might be a factor why it's taking a long time to conceive. Maybe he's got a point but I just can't help but think about it specially whenever I get my monthly period.

Right now, I found comfort reading threads here in GT knowing that I am not alone and that though it may seem that some people are somehow annoying and insensitive, there are still others who understand this kind of situation. May God bless us all sisses, His plan for us is wonderful. I think we just have to trust Him and make the most of our time waiting for the blessing that He's about to give us.

We talked about it, and I'm so happy that my husband has broader perspective now. Dati sya talaga ang depressed about not having a child, pero now sobrang open-minded na sya. Sabi nya kung hindi talaga kami magkakaroon ng anak, let it be. Life is so short and we will just enjoy it to the best way we know how.  :)

I kissed the idea of having a baby goodbye --- for now.

Hubby and I are divorced. Nambabae ang loko at nalaman ko lang na nagpa-vasectomy na pala siya when he was 35. saklap diba?

I leave everything to God. Siya na bahala sakin and sating lahat. Someday I will start my journey to motherhood again, hopefully with someone na talagang para sakin.

^^Aww.

Pinaka nakakairita yung "ay naunahan pa kayo nila ano.." as if may karera. Pero after nun, natutunan kong iwasan sila. :)

Going on 2 years trying to conceive, still nothing. She learned she was pregnant a month after her wedding. Sobrang sakit yun sa amin ni hubby coz we received word na buntis siya around the same time na our OB told us na hindi ako buntis kahit na meh symptoms ako. Just today, nanganak siya.

I've just about thrown the towel about getting pregnant. Am starting another 3 month treatment with metformin and hormone pills. Nakakapagod kasi it's wreaking havoc sa system ko. Kakapagod na to be honest. Basta if we hit 5 years na wala pa anak, mag aadopt na kami.

Ewan ko, para sa akin kasi, it is none of my business.

Ganyan din kami before, it took us more than a year kasi para mabuntis, kabikabila agad ang tanong. I don't mind though, kasi I always say, nagpakasal kami because we love each other, hindi lang dahil gusto magka anak.
