I know someone who has done that in the past.  I used to work for an international airline and has flown Air Asia many times.  Possible gawin yan but madami hassle na pwede mangyari in case mahuli.  Hindi naman mahuli swerte pero in case may maging issue like may accident, delay etc hindi ka pwede mag claim sa insurance saka sa airline because the ticket is not under your name.  So yeah, I personally discourage having someone use someone else's ticket.

first time namin mag fly sa AirAsia. Normally PAL kasi kami. Nagulat kami na di pala sila super strict, hindi chineck yung ID ko or anything. Pati sa luggage, di rin masyado mahigpit. What if mag overbaggage lahat ng pasahero? Medyo scary. Nag web check in na kami so deretso2 na lang.

sayang they removed Clark na sa list of destinations nila.  mas kampante kasi pag sa DMIA kesa NAIA, hehe

I read in one of the sissies here of availing a Piso Fare Sale from this Airline last year. Right now they are having their P202 Seat Sale, will they bring back the Piso Fare? Torn if will wait with the Piso Sale or will book now.

Natawa ako sa news na yung isang Air Asia flight nakarating ng Australia instead of Malaysia. Di ko pa nasusubukan ang Air Asia but this is one of the airlines I'm considering for a trip next year. Let's see hehe.

^they were in Australia already. Flight was from Sydney to KUL but captain inputted the wrong flight path coordinates and they ended up in Melbourne. It's kinda funny but scary really especially after their recent fatal accident.

They're currently having a sale but I'm hesitating if I should book with them.

i was able to book for cebu at 1,300/person no baggage allowance and insurance hehe. is that okay?  first time to book a flight den first time din sasakay sa kanila.

^sis depende if may check-in baggage ka pa. If hand carry lang dire diretso na sa waiting area. Then upon entering the plane mangyayari yung checking of IDs ninyo.

Hit and miss sa akin ang air asia. Flew with them 2 times this year. First one pa Bora grabe delayed both paalis and pauwi lalo na pauwi nakakaloka 5hours. Nagpamigay ng mcdo chicken meal nagwawala na kasi lahat. Feb yun.

Recent flight was just this month to Bohol naman. No hassle at all, walang delay and advance pa sa time nakakarating both papunta and pauwi. Katuwa. Sana laging ganon.

Pero definitely mas mura sila kesa ceb pac (sa 2 flights ko with them) na na compare ko price same destination.

^visa na credit card ba sis? if yes,  then yes, nakapag-booked na ko with airasia using visa credit card, may charge nga lang which i forgot na.

Gano kadalas mag cancel or mag move ng flights are Air Asia? Nag-aallow din ba sila ng full refund or rebook pag more than 1 hr ang change ng flight sched like Cebu Pac? May naibook kasi ako na MNL-CEB vv kaso conflict sa HK trip namin. I'm just wishing na ma-cancel. LOL

It's my bf and I's first time to travel to Hong Hong via Air Asia tomorrow. Sana walang hassle at on time ang flight. We bought the tickets last December for 10k all in.

As for my experience mas madalas pang magmove ng flight ang cebpac kesa airasia. Also mas madali macontact customer service nila. Cebpac kaloka 15 mins muna bago may sumagot sayo. I used Cebpac 4x this year na and both flights moved to a different time. Para sakin okay nga to mas makakapili ako ng flight na preferred ko na hindi ko nakuha earlier kasi mahal lol.

mga sis ask lang din po...may extra charge ba ang web check in? nag worry kasi ako bigla sa issue ng lack of immigration officers kaya bonggang bongga ang pila sa mga airports...domestic flight lang naman kami and first timer also, pag nag web check in ba pede makapili ng seat? pa advise naman po mga sis...thanks

^ sis walang bayad ang web check in. Pero may bayad yung pipili ka ng seat. Before ka mag web check in purchase ka na. Pero sa akin I would suggest as soon as mag open ang web check in, then web check in na. Most times magkakatabi naman kayo especially if one booking lang kayo. Several times ko na ito proven and always kami magkakatabi. Never ako bumibili ng selected seat unless magkahiwalay ng booking.
