Went to Tagbilaran via AirAsia last weekend and both flights were on time. We landed a little earlier pa nga.

Sis, matagal ba silang mag-refund? Paano ang mode of payment nila?

31 days daw. I filed it 09/01 tapos when I call from time to time, sabi nasa refunds department na daw.

^ Bank deposit 'yan, sis? Iniisip ko kung ipapa-refund ko rin ticket ko to and from Cebu on Feb. Thrice na siya na-cancel since binook ko, to think September pa lang ngayon. Nakakasira ng iti.

^no ibabalik nila sa credit card ko. nakakasira talaga ng IT. buti na lang hindi pa ko nagbook ng hotel.

^^follow up mo sis! yung sakin nirebook ng system nila tapos nirebook ko by phone aba umabot ng 2-3weeks bago dumating ang final itinerary! tawagan mo ng tawagan sis hanggat hindi mo nakukuha yung copy.

Aside from the current promos they have right now, Im seeing additional flights coming from Manila. Meron na Vietnam, Myanmar, Singapore, Indonesia even India direct from Manila?

Meron na palang mga international flights sa T4 ang Air Asia Zest. Akala ko puro domestic flights lang ang T4. Anybody here experienced leaving on an international flight at T4? Kamusta naman?

tried air asia zest going to malaysia.  ok naman, no delay.  kaso walang sineserve na food or drinks man lang.  feeling ko tuloy longest 3 hours of my life.  sana pala nag order kami ng food online while booking.  that was last year.

mga sis. sorry ha, is the airfare in air asia now inclusive of the airport tax and travel tax?  papupuntahin ko kasi dito sa malaysia sister ko at pamangkin this christmas.  i'm not sure if the one i booked e inclusive na mga yon kasi walang specifics kung which tax and fees kasama don.  salamat!

sis I booked airasia to seoul kumuha na din ako ng addon for travel tax. actually first time ko un kasi with other airlines sa airport talaga nagbabayad, kinuha ko lang for convenience. may airport tax pa ba?

tama ba pagkakaintindi ko that the allowed luggage weight is upto 32kg for international flight? di kasi po ako kumuha ng extra baggage. just making sure

nag change na naman yung time ng flight ng mla-ceb and ceb-mla ko. buti na lang it worked to my advantage this time. looks like nagdagdag sila ng flights and may flight na closer sa time ng original na binook ko.

Ask ko [textspeak!] kung may naka experience na nagpabook ng hotel 3 months before the flight. Then after that, nagchange ng schedule ng flight. Yung airasia? Plan ko kasi this coming dec. magpapabook na ko ng hotel kahit na nextyear march pa alis namin. Worry [textspeak!] ako baka magchange ng schedule or cancel yung flight. Boracay lang naman.

^That happened sa Macau-HK trip namin. Buti na lang I just adjusted our stay sa Macau kasi sa HongKong naka book na siya 3 months ahead.

The same scenario too girl. They extended our Macau trip, I already filed a vl and all. We'll to compensate me. I called them everyday not to reschedule my flight. Hanggang nakulitan I got free local tickets for two para sa damage ng extra day in macau

mga sis how do u know if na move ang flight nyo? does AA send a mail or text??

 kase first time namin magtry ng AA. ang flight namin from puerto princesa is 11:50 to manila. tapos need namin magfly to kalibo ng 5pm.  sa dami ng nababasa kong mga changes ng flights nila mejo na-aalarm nako. iniicip ko na tuloy ipacancel or refund nalang

anyone here who used Internet Banking (Direct Debit) option to pay the tix? kaka-enrol ko lang kasi ng Dragonpay sa BDO account ko. 2 days naman daw ang processing so I'll wait for that. Now, i want to use my Metrobank account din sana. kaso parang di sya same process sa BDO. paano ba yun? ieenroll pa ba? need help. asap. thanks.

was able to book MNL to BKI for 4 on July 2015. 2900 RT. hindi 0.01 base fare nung papunta. wala na mahanap eh. we pay through 7-11 kaya may additional 120 sa fare. hays.
