nagpurchase ko ng baggage allowance kanina and nadecline yung credit card, I don't know why so inulit ko ulit and declined pa rin. Impossible naman na may problem sa card kasi kakapuchase ko lang ng baggage sa cebupac. Naexperience niyo na ba?

how much ba 20kls kung hindi prebook ang baggage?

Will Air Asia require you to present a copy of the credit card you used to book the tickets if the passenger's name is not the same as the card holder?

Yan ang policy nila pero sa actual, di din nasusunod. Ako taga book sa family namin, minsan pati friends (yung katiwa-tiwala hehe), gamit ang CC ko, sila ang mag fly, di ako kasama, di ko na din pinapaxerox ekek, wala pa naman incident na ni-require sila to present the CC used in booking. And ang latest, last dec.28, sa PAL pa, di naman daw nagtanong ng copy etc. pati nga yung e-ticket di din nya ni-print, piankita lang yung email ng tiket sa iphone nya, ok naman daw.

Pero to be sure na din sa iba, kung makakaxerox naman kayo ng cc and ID ng cc holder, why not.

flew to Shanghai with AirAsia last christmas day. ang mura, since kakalaunch lang kasi.

tried Air Asia for the first time last December 17 for our BKK-Phuket flight. ok naman, no hassle (booked 3 weeks before the flight lang) and on time and smooth ang flight

Tried Air Asia last December 17 as well for our trip to Boracay. MNL to KLO flight was delayed for 2 hours while KLO to MNL was rescheduled an hour earlier (from 7AM to 6AM flight). We were informed about the changes thru text and email as well as thru customer support and it's really a good thing.

So far, everything went well except for the delay on our flight.

In fairness i am happy how good their call center is....very consistent, knowledgeable and helpful. Very much impressed how they handle inquiries and concerns...made more than a couple of transactions with different csr's and i get consistent service naman. Yun lang hopefully they don't change flight scheds na saka no delays

Was able to rebook our flight to an earlier date. Free of charge, kahit promo yung na-book namin. Not sure why, pero haka ko dahil chinange nila yung flight sched namin. Well, not complaining here since we wanted to rebook to an earlier date talaga than this happened. So blessing na rin siguro.

We flew AirAsia last year KL to Melbourne because of the cheap price. Service was good and plane is very big. No turbulence..we had a smooth flight and landing. I'll be flying again through Air Asia to Melbourne this April.

anybody tried flying Manila - KL? Booked through Air Asia website but flight number is z2 so is this still probably under Zest Air? We have a connecting flight upon arrival in KL with 3 hours to spare, is this lead time safe enough?

Flew Air Asia Zest for the first time last week, TAC-MNL flight. The flight was delayed pero thankful ako na nadelay kasi nakahabol ako. Palagi ako on time sa mga flights ko, first time ko ma-late sa boarding time kasi ang bagal nung van na nasakyan ko (from Borongan, about 4 hours away from Tacloban, nearest airport) took about six hours.

Okay naman yung airline, gusto ko yung suot ng mga attendants. And they offer meals onboard, very expensive, to be expected with airline food, pero at least may choices naman.

Super kabado ako during Sinulog cos Air Asia kami akala ko kasi Zest Air na plane yung sasakyan ko. But good thing, Red na plane yung sinakyan namin hehe! Sobrang smooth naman ng flight and hindi delayed. For the first time na sumakay ako ng Air Asia, maganda Parang uulitin ko ulit magbook don kung may promo sila.

^kahapon pa nagstart.. i mock-booked manila to palawan 4 kami 1 lang ang may baggage pumatak na 1,450 per person.. kahit piso fare may tax and fuel surcharge din sya sis..

^ooow. thanks sis! kaya pala wala na akong makitang piso base fare. hmmm. i tried booking sa boracay, it's PhP1665 per person. mejo namamahalan ako. hahaha. nasa 288 base fare kasi one way eh.

sino po nakapagbook ng piso fare pa-boracay? hm?
