zestair lang ba me delays? We'll be flying to Melbourne thru AirAsia. I hope wala namang delays. 2 years ago, we went to KL by AirAsia and on time naman both papunta and pabalik.

^^better call them a few hours before your flight para hindi maghintay ng matagal sa airport. Yung return flight namen, we received a text na delayed yung flight and kung ano yung bagong ETD. At least nakatulog pa kame (early morning flight dapat).

They provide meals for flights delayed for more than 3hours.

talaga bang required ang insurance sa AirAsia? Hindi kasi ako makaproceed kapag i-uncheck ko.

O shucks! Ilang hours ang delay nyo? Naku, di kami pede ma-delay.. maiiwan kami ng next plane namin.

Hindi kaya pag me insurance purchased lang ang me meal kung me delay? Does it apply to all passengers? Di din kase ako kumuha ng insurance.

^the free meal is for all passengers. Pero don't expect anything fancy. Fried chicken, rice, bottled water.

May nakalagay na advisory sa airport, if the delay is at least 3hours, pwede ka magrequest
na matransfer sa ibang flight/airline. I'm not sure though kung ganun lang kadali na magrequest for such kung may hinahabol
ka pa na next flight.

mga sis gano katagal bago ma forward yung eticket sa email.  Nag book kasi ako using direct debit.

mga sis paano ba ang manage booking sa zestair/air asia?
parang hindi ko kasi maalala kung nag register ba ako sa website nila nung nagpabook ako,sinubukan kong mag sign up using my email address na pinangbook ko din pero kapag kiniclick ko na
yung manage booking bumabalik sa log in page tapos kapag nag nilalagay ko yung username and pass

Anong mode of payment ba ang walang extra charge? 1200 pag creditcard and P600 pag bayad center. Me iba pa bang option? Wala akong debit card, or is that the same as atm card? Thanks

^yes sis atm is debit card so dapat yung atm mo merong balance kasi automatic debit yun once transaction is complete

Sana ayusin na nila sa Zest air. We booked air asia for incheon sa April pero zest ata sasakyan namin.

Medyo nakakadala magbook ng ticket sa zest air/air asia They cancelled our flight and moved to the next flight which is 2 hours delayed from the original schedule without any text or email notification. Buti nalang tumitingin ako sa website mismo, so dun ko lang nakita ang changes. Nung tinawagan ko un customer service and asked for any other alternative since hindi namin maaabutan ang only boat na paalis ng caticlan to carabao island, wala silang binagay na option. Kailangan mu sumunod sa bagong schedule nila na ibinigay sayo. Hindi din daw pwede irefund. We opted na to go nalang, we have just wasted our ticket kesa mabad trip pa ng todo!

^saka sobrang nadala yong officemate ko nong zest air sinakyan nila. paglapag nila dito sa manila, 2 lang IO kaya uber haba ng pila plus may interview portion pa & inisa-isang tingnan page ng passport nya. parang timang lang, 2 hours daw silang nakapila

How could i get the e ticket from airasia? Is it the same as the itinerary in pdf format?

Our flight to hongkong from clark booked with airasia was without delay. The plane left at exactly 720am today and arrived in hkia 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. The flight was hassle free.
