Hi sis, my OB is pro NSD. 40weeks 5days nung naschedule ako for induction of labor... 8 hours after, nothing happened, no pain, no dilatation of cervix with maximum dose and drips of oxytocin... But we failed... Since nag oligohydramnios nako (low amniotic fluid index), kailangan nako maCS... I was hoping na maKapag NSD ako since my son was only weighing 5.8lbs... Pero wala...
Within 24 hours post CS, pinilit ko na umupo kahit masakit... In 48hrs nakakalakad nako... I did that for faster recovery at para gumalaw intestines ko at makafart at makapoop nang sa ganun ay makauwi nako

But i stayed in the hospital for 4 days because of spinal headache dahil sa regional anesthesia, side effect (pero hindi lahat nagkakaganon)...
Why i like NSD, kase normal process siya...
For less chances na magkaepisiotomy, do kegels excercises to strengthen the perineal muscles...
I know the horrors sa labor and delivery rooms, im a witness kase nakapagpaanak na rin ako for more than 20 times...

To fight anxiety, nakakatulong ang knowledge about birth process...
If i was given the chance na makapagnormal, magnonormal ako
