Has somebody tried the Luke Function Hall of Christ the King Greenmeadows? 70-80 pax yung capacity niya so I have no idea how to spruce the place because it's small.

^^ around pasig area yung renaissance tower / prestige tower yata yun. Backread ka lang sis I think namention na yun dito.

I don't know the rates but i believe pwede for big parties ang PSE/Tektite Auditorium.

Along Ortigas/Greenhills naman, yung top floor ng BTTC Center, meron function halls. If i recall correctly, 50-300pax pwede, depends kung which halls irerent mo. Meron din open-air portion ng rooftop where you can serve cocktails or food carts, etc. Fees range from 50k-90k. Meron sila mga accredited reputable caterers. Nag-inquire kami doon before, namahalan lang ako kaya di namin tinuloy, haha! Nag-Corinthian Gardens clubhouse na lang kami.

I suggest Cafe Oley for those looking for an intimate place for a Baby/Bridal Shower. We had my friend's shower here, they have a private function room good for 20-30. Ang ganda ng place and service nila, we really had a stress-free party. Sarap ng food lalo na yung pasta and desserts nila! Walang bayad ang pag gamit ng venue, consumable rates lang sila, P5k for 3 hours. They even set up a small personalized dessert table for the bride, ang ganda, perfect sa pictures! Now I'm organizing our friend's baby shower there sa sobrang natuwa kami dun. It's at 76 Malakas St., Bgy. Pinyahan, Quezon City. Sa likod sya ng SSS/Heart Center area May projector pala sila, sayang di namin nagamit because we weren't ready with a video presentation.. pero siguro for the baby shower makakagawa na kami

^ Attended a birthday party in the Greenhills branch before. Good food.  The kiddie meal is good and I had to sneak in a few bites from my kids' plates.

Hello sisses. I've been scouting for a venue for my first born's baptismal celebration. Medyo napagod narin ako hehe. So far eto yung mga okay:


One Cafe - good feedbacks. good location din. maraming malapit na church. no corkage. no venue rental fee basta you meet the number of pax required for the venue. except sa lounge, may rental fee talaga siya. ang ayoko lang, nasa corporate building siya and low ceiling huhu

Valle Verde 6- fairly new. high ceiling. lamig ng aircon. pero booked na for my date

Hotels like:

Sofitel: okay yung package offered sakin. kaso function room lang binibigay sakin and since dito yung wedding namin ni hubby, alam kong strict sila sa decoration kaya medyo nagdadalawang isip pa ko.

Manila Hotel Champagne room: okay sana the price, but i can't handle the corkage, lahat na lang may fee!

Dusit Thani: okay rin ang rates but I am not sure sa food haha!

Hi sissies! meron ba kayong idea how much ang rent na ngayon sa Santurio de San Antonio sa Forbes Park? Kasi nagtanong ako thru phone ang sabi 9,500 daw ang rent then nung nagpunta na kami dun ang sabi sa amin nung maintenance 7,500. Wala kasi kanina yung in charge sa reservations eh kaya di namin nakausap. Please pahelp mga sissies. THANKS!

^^ ok naman food sa dusit pero dinner yung party, nagpa-add na lang ng japanese food para hindi lang yun 1 pork 1 beef 1 chicken at 1 seafood ang dating. May mga kasama lang sa package na ayaw ko tipong ice carving at floral arrangment. Bagong renovate ang ballroom nila maaliwas na.

@izabelle, sa chili's ang party ng anak ko nun 6th bday nya. May party menu na sila for adults at for kids pero pwede ka rin gumawa ng sarili mo sis. Maganda location nung sa GB5 pero if tag-ulan bday mahirap kasi sa outdoor dining ang binibigay nila na party area. Kumuha rin ako ng host nun, si alex lagula, kaya ok ang sound system kahit pa hindi enclosed ang place.

Sa greenhills mukhang ok ang chili's dun.

Village Patio here last weekend ako nakapagpaparty. Marami ang nasiyahan at nagandahan sa venue. Akala nga ng iba very expensive ng birthday baptismal ni baby. Photogenic ang place and ito yung garden type na worry free kasi may roof.

Kapag Village Patio ang venue mo then si Tarlaqueña ang kinuha mong caterer since sa kanila yun ang reservation and venue fee is just P8,000 pero kapag venue lang tapos iba caterer 40k na ang singil nila. I availed 500 per head for adults then 175 for kids

Sa 500 na yun customized yun bale

soup - pumpkin
vegetable - gratin
pork - porkloin with apple sauce
fish - fish with drills
rice - plain
pasta - putanesca
1 round of drinks

Dessert
2 kinds lang this is tiramisu and black forest cupcake

^Yes may corkage sila sa mga ganyan since sila mismo meron rin lechon and food carts. Ang pinayagan lang naman kami na magdala ng walang corkage yung for appetizer like biscuits and breadstix. Sinabi sa amin kung kami magdadala ng appetizer walang corkage yun like chips or kung gusto niyo gumawa ng sariling appetizer na parang may luto. Pero sa coffee and tea they will also charge. Depende naman sa pag-uusap niyo kung ano ang pwede nilang consider.


The food is great sa mga namention ko ang pinaka binabalik balikan ng mga tao yung porkloin apple sauce. Maganda naman ang feedback about Tarlaquena kahit sa ibang thread nabasa ko before na they like Tarlaquena. In fact sila ang official caterer sa Congress. Nagustuhan rin ng mga bisita ko ang pumpkin soup.

Sis bago lang ako dito. Naghahanap din ako ng venue para sa 1st birthday ng anak ko.

Nagbabasa basa ako ng thread pero medyo mahaba na at mahirap kasi malabo mata ko.

Gusto ko lang malaman kung makakahanap ako ng venue within MAKATI or PASIG or TAGUIG na pasok sa budget ko na 10k. Ang gusto ko sana clubhouse.

Sana matulungan nyo din ako, November na kasi ang birthday at wala pa akong nakikita na venue. Masakit na din sa ulo kasi yung mga suppliers sa party gusto na din malaman ang final venue.
