Mommies, I?m planning my daughter?s first bday on April. I?m looking for affordable venues in Makati or BGC. I?m currently eyeing Warehouse 8 in Chino Roces or ASpace Manila.

Any mommy who has been there? Okay ba siya for kiddie party set up?

Hi mga sis,

Looking for a christening venue. So far ito mga napupusuan ko:

Mom & Tina's (Pasig Branch)
- I like their place. Very cozy and intimate. They offer styling sa dessert buffet nila.

Early Bird Breakfast Club (BGC)
- I love the interiors kahit wala na masyadong styling. Downside lang is set menu sila but I heard their food is good.

We booked Warehouse8 for my son's Bday party last year. Pero we backed out 1 month before the party. When my coordinators tried mag ocular, parang nahassle sila. I assume dun ka sa virtual office diba? Mejo hassle lang for the caterers kasi iaakyat baba [textspeak!] mga tables and chairs.

Another reason why we backout kasi may food carts kami. Nung una sabi ok lang raw pero nung nagclarify ulit kami sa kanila, they don't allow na.

If you do not have food carts, I think Ok lang. Pero check with your caterer about the fees sa stairs flight, medyo maraming steps eh. Just my two cents.

There?s a super new indoor playground in Ayala Malls Manila Bay and they?re now accepting birthday parties and other celebrations. It?s called Kiddie Funville - good for small gatherings (I think max 50 pax).

KICCA INTERACTIVE PLAYGROUND is located at Festival Mall Alabang. Super good for birthday parties! For as low as 7,200.00 you can celebrate your anak's birthday. They even allow you to DIY the place if you want pero they have the best birthday decorator. The staffs are very accommodating also, they're attentive kaya no problem if madami kang guest. For the food, they have 150/PAX for kids and 350/PAX for the adults. Pero if you don't want to avail their food package, they allow you to bring your own food with corkage fee of 100/Kid and 150/Adult. The 7,200 package includes 3hrs of playtime + Admission & use of Cafe + Party Programs & Games. For me, this is the BEST PLACE TO CELEBRATE YOUR KIDS BIRTHDAY!! Super babait ng staff which is very rare na today. You'll have no problem. Pag ang venue may pay parking, okay lang naman na magbayad ang guest no? Sa invite ba mini-mention niya na agad na need nila magbayad ng parking at kung magkano ang rate?

Sa tingin ko mas importante ma mention sa kanila saan sila pwede mag park. Pero yung cost kahit hindi na. Unless super expensive.

Hi All! I?m a first time mom and my baby will turn one on March. I?m looking for an affordable and decent venue for 50-80pax. Has anyone had their party at Flair Towers? How?s the experience?

Any other recommended venue near the area? Thank you!!

Hi! Helping out a friend. Baka may ma-suggest kayo na affotdable venue within San Juan, Mandaluyong and Marikina. For Christening reception sana na good for 80 pax. Their budget is 20K below.

Hello Mommies!

Been ages since I last posted here!

Anyways, I'm starting to plan for my daughter's 7th birthday party in October. First option ko is Kidzoona, kaya lang when I checked, mukhang kukulangin sa budget hehe... For the venue alone, 30K++ na for 60 guests.

May iba ba kayong masusuggest na party venue na mala Kidzoona? Yung may arcade, play area for the kids? Preferrably QC area.

Need lang po ng advice... wala akong makausap hahahaha!

I'm preparing for my daughter's 7th bday party. I'm torn between 2 venues:

Venue 1:
- new building / new function room (80-100pax)
- near our home
- with passenger elevator
- no service elevator
- function room is on the 3rd floor
- unli parking

Venue 2:
- old but good (up to 150pax)
- 2nd floor with no elevator
- limited parking

Mas gusto ko sana yung Venue #1, ang concern ko lang is baka sobrang mapagod sina caterer/event organizer gawa ng maghahagdan sila since hindi kasya ang ibang gamit sa passenger elevator lang Like buffet table, backdrop, couch. Though compensated naman (1,500/flr) medyo naawa din ako.

On the other hand, kapag yung Venue #2 ang pinili ko, maghahagdan ang mga visitors ko, kawawa naman mga oldies specially parents ko. Tapos sina caterer and stylist maghahagdan din naman pero 1 flr up lang.

As for the cost, pareho lang ang babayaran ko sa kanilang 2. As in same amount, factored in na ang additional floor charge.

Venue 1 ka na sis. The caterers will understand, and I'm sure they can adjust naman. I think mas priority talaga ang visitors. And pros of Venue 1 outweighs yung cons. Plus, unli parking pa. Yun yung isa sa mga considerations namin everytime na may party.
