Hi everyone! I joined mainly because of this reason: kids parties & preparations (medyo na side track lang ako sa shoes & bags forum hahaha!) but I really need help with the venue. Hopefully around Greenhills / Ortigas or Pasig area lang sana. I'm planning for my daughter's 1st birthday party this November pa naman but I really want to plan ahead because her baptism was so.... last minute preparations... it was so unplanned like bahala na si batman because I had like 1 week to plan everything lang so I ant to make it up sana for her 1st birthday by planning at least 6 months earlier.

Anyone who recently had their party at Andrea North clubhouse? I inquired kasi sa isang photographer about his rates and he asked me my date and venue. Sabi niya last time they had a party at Andrea North super init daw that the guests where really uncomfortable. Sira daw ata yung aircon or baka its really mahina. Hala gusto ko tuloy mag change ng venue.

Ayala Hillside Estate Clubhouse QC
Ayala Heights Pavilion QC

Yung first, may mga blogs ako nakita with sample photos and in case lang may naka experience na dito mag party sa venue na yan, if pwede pa post naman mga sis ng contact numer/person or email.

The next one, ang hirap makahanap online ng info or baka kulang pa searching skills ko lol. Wala ako makitang lead saan/kanino pwede mag inquire. I bumped into some party planners' pages na nagsetup dito then tagged ang Ayala Heights Pavilion, but once I click on the link, it's just an automated FB page. Di ko lang talaga mahanap ang official FB / site nito kung meron man at all if may nakapag try na din baka pwede makuha contact details ng AE/Admin ng facility na to. TIA!

My daughter's birthday is on July.
Nagpa reserve na kami sa J.Cuppacakes in SM Jazz.
Its going to be an intimate celerbation. gusto ko ibahin. No hosts, magician, balloons and the like.
Parang simple get together with immediate family and close friends lang.
Isa pa, takot kasi yung anak ko sa tao at ingay. hehe

Dapat dun kami sa Tom's World in Robinsons Galleria, kaso yun nga, napagisip ko na this time gawin ko muna intimate ang celerbation.

May nakapag try na ba dito mag birthdat sa marc 2000 or patio de manila? sila lang kase ang mura mura na venue sa bandang manila e.

How about oceana? alam nyo po ba rate nila?

Just in case may naghahanap ng venue in Mandaluyong area, Babyland store along Shaw Blvd has a venue for parties and other function. Its called Spaces by Babyland. Rental is P6,500 for 3hrs, kasama na basic sound system. I think its good for 80 persons max?

We were able to confirm na sira nga pa rin AC ni Andrea. Yung sa may entrance banda. We have changed our venue. We don't want to risk it. Now I want my depoait back because they didn't say before na sira ang AC.

Let me know please if you get your deposit back. Dapat nga they informed us super init pa naman ngayon. Change plans narin kami, will not have a party at Andrea North.

@astarte - Did you ever find out how much it costs to rent the Ayala Heights Pavilion? I think 25k na yata ang Ayala Hillside for non-residents. Sponsorship is required.

Anyone know how much yung rental sa Mahogany Place 3 Clubhouse?

I don't want to spend much on the venue so if we can't find a better one for cheap, we'll get VV5 Clubhouse or SSA Social Hall. Both of them cost P7,500 lang.

^ sis I asked around sa engagements & weddings thread about sa ayala heights pavilion but looks like sponsorship required din and may nagrecommend sakin to contact bouquets & tiaras coord team kasi they can assist on providing sponsorship or maybe tie up sila but I didn't push na kasi I have no plans of getting a coord team naman so even they may be able to assist, most probably dapat mag avail ako ng package kaya di na lang din ako nag inquire. :-P
