Right now mapapayo ko is research ka about companies here sa Dubai para at least pagdating mo dito may gameplan ka na.

how much dapat ang salary para mag-live comfortably jan?

Kakabackread ko lang and mababa pala ang offer sa hospitals ngayon jan? Plan ko pa naman sana magabroad na ngayon as a Nurse/Midwife.

Sa nabasa ko, halos 1.5kAED ang sweldo? How about mga nurse? May idea ba kayo sis? Please share naman po your exp. 

Nagiisip kasi ako kung auh or dubai. Sa dubai naman sabi is mahal ang cost of living. 

Any insights mga sis? This will really help us a lot.

^ pag nurse sa Dubai, you need to take DHA exam. Pag sa Abu Dhabi naman, HAAD exam. Pag naipasa mo na yun, you have to apply for data flow. Eto yung iveverify nila mga documents mo kung authentic, once naapprove ito that's when you can apply for your license.

I don't think it's 1.5k aed lang. Even office work is around 3k eh. Pag nurses range could be 5k-7k pag hospital. Pag clinic and home health eto ata yung mga 3k-4k?

I am only basing this sa research ko sis ah and some friends na andun. Andito ako sa Pinas eh.

By the way, regarding data flow, paano nila ichecheck yung documents? They'll call ba yung hospital mismo? Wala naman prob dun kasi if incase.

Tinatawagan nila yung hospital for verification. Ang alam ko matagal na process yung data flow. Mga 6months.

Balita ko pa sa HAAD, may quota daw yung pumapasa per day kasi marami bagsasabi na madali lang, mas madali pa sa local board pero marami di pumapasa.

Anyway, un friend ko, ng haad, at nagrpocess sya ng data flow on her own. Hindi na siya dumaan ng agency. Tapos nagtourist visa sya sa auh then dun na nakahanap ng work.
Yung isa naman dumaan ng agency and uae is one of the best places to work in the middle east.

Yung sa damit, you mean abaya ba? If yun regular clothes ang alam ko bawal lang above the knee.

^I was hired directly from Pinas so wala ako nyan Sis.  But my brother and his friends nakita ko pano sila naghanap ng work dito sa Dubai.  Sipag at tiyaga, isama na ang lakas ng loob.  Use every way possible - apply online, go to offices and leave your CVs, ask for your friend's referral, etc.

Papunta ka na ba dito Sis? timing hindi na ganun kainit so hindi ka na mahihirapan kapag nag-aapply ka.

Oh and if you apply online, meron ka marereceive na mga emails like you need to go to Ajman... ignore that, I heard its a scam (maybe its legit din, parang agency tapos they will ask money from you para iprocess ang papeles mo)

I use to post my CV at Bayt, monstergulf (may mga tumawag sa akin but I never went to any interviews), yung bro ko even posted his CV at Dubizzle.com and he got several job interviews.

I have decided lang sa idea na mag abroad last Aug, been looking for jobs sa lahat ng sites na alam ko.... unfortunately wala pa din tumatawag but im not losing hope, i will still try my luck,
wala naman masama sa pag try hehe

BPO ang experience ko since na nag work ako... hehe If anyone can help or give ideas....

I want to try it abroad.

I know its hard pero lalakasan ko loob ko and trust in God.

I just hope may makapag share din ng experience dito na nag apply sa agency then interview on how was it and any ideas...

Gusto ko sana targetin mga oil and gas company since i have 3 years experience on oil and gas as Sap coordinator (procurement/warehouse department). Would it be easy for me to find similar job in UAE? Kahit medyo ayoko sanang iwan current job ko sa SG but for the sake of being with my husband and have a baby, i need to resign. Can you give me tips on finding a job in oil and gas industry? TIA!

Background lang, may sis is already in Dubai.. for 3 years.. may 2 siblings will go there as a tourist in February 2014.. ako naman if everything works out susunod ako in 2015.

I am in the multimedia/graphic design field, nakikita ko yung mga expected salary range and I am really tempted and syempre want a better life. Is 7K AED ok na to start? Minimum salary yan na nakita ko and can range up to 10K AED.. Also, plan to bring my son..

Ok kaya yung career na gusto ko? I have 6 years experience na.. I am researching now of good agencies/companies..

sobrang dameng jobless sa Dubai ngayon and comparing the salary expectation iba talaga ang panahon dati compared ngayon.

if you don't have any experience, as in newly grad ka i don't suggest na makipagsapalaran but IF you have ABROAD experience like yung nabasa ko sa taas na may SG mataas chances mo but if PH lang and mababa or call center involved it can be just 50/50 but if matataas then you have better chances..

Guys, how much ang average pay range ng hotel staff dyan? Like for front desk, guest services staff, would you know? TIA

Thanks Myealexis21, not bad for starters considering it's tax free with transpo/accom and I assume with meals on duty, perhaps laundry of uniforms too.

^Yes sorry forgot to mention that..

The hotels have a cafeteria (at least the one that I've worked with) and they are open 24/7 because some staffs are night shift.  Marami pagpipilian na food. Meron din cafeteria sa accommodation. So if you want to really save money dun ka kakain sa cafeteria. 

They also provide laundry service for uniforms only.  Ang systema is you drop your dirty uniform, then you get one clean.  We go to work na naka-uniform na.  I know some hotels na the staffs goes to the hotel in their own clothes, collect the clothes from the laundry, then dun na magbibihis.

Medical insurance din pala.  Pero I know that they don't cover dental and optical ata.  Certain medicine prescribed by the doctor are also covered in the insurance.  Merong hindi, pero sasabihin naman sa yo yun ng pharmacist.

How much is the housing sa Dubai? Ex. Bedspace? I think my sis pays mga 500 AED.. wondering how much kaya ang rent sa apartment? studio type? 1/2 bedroom? May idea kayo? I mentioned earlier that my siblings are planning to go.. I am actually looking at jobs there, salaries.. how much kaya ang pwde para maka survive ka?
