will it be possible that this girl can still find someone special?

i don't know why this post of mine is attracting incorrect interpretations. hindi po ako naghahanap kaya ko to pinost. i just got curious. i know you are all entitled to your opinions pero PLEASE don't treat me like para akong walang kwentang ina dahil lang sa itinanong ko to. i love my children more than anything or anyone else. as far as i know, i am a VERY GOOD MOTHER to them.

crazybeautiful_: aww. cute naman ng story nyo. i hope your relationship will go stronger. :)

rachi_01: nakakaawa nga yung mga kids ng sinasabi mo. hindi dapat pumayag yung mother na ganun maging set-up. para na rin nyang pinili yung guy over her kids. pero ako, i will not go there. pag sinabi ng guy na he accepts me and wanted to marry me, he'll have to accept my children too. and for accepting them, means treating them as their own. they will not be taken care of by other people just because anjan na siya sa buhay ko. if he can't accept and love my children, we don't need him in our lives. hindi ko ipagpapalit yung mga anak ko sa isang guy. and i know, if ganun ginawa ko, pumayag ako sa set-up na kagaya nung sinabi mo, all my loved ones will surely hate me as hell.

Even if both the man and woman are working, the guy would still be expected to shoulder the expenses of his partner's children.  Exactly how many guys are willing or capable to do that, eh?  How many are as gallant as babyboo's boyfriend?

Actually not necessarily. Dito lang sa forum, I have seen situations whereby single moms stay with their boyfriend with her kids but they end up also fending for their partner, or at the least for their kids.  Puede naman maging arrangement ninyo is ikaw parin bahala sa expenses ng mga anak mo kasi obvious naman na mga anak mo yun. If the guy wants to help, hindi naman siguro tatanggi yung single mom.

My take on this, I agree that any single mom's best action - is to take care of her children and her own well being.  That is the right way to move on.  By taking care of herself, she can improve on her career (magpayaman ka!) and her beauty (both inner and outer).  Men will come along the way, but the important thing is not to commit the same mistakes and one should be more wiser in terms of making life's decisions - kasi hindi lang ikaw ang involved dito, may mga bata din na involved.

Wow, I forgot about this thread.  So anong resolution?

Parang ang lumalabas, ang botohan ay "yes" or "no",  Pero ang gustong marinig ng TS ay "yes".  So nung may sumagot ng "it depends", aba'y biglang nagalit.  ;D

Well, by the way the votes rolled in, I'm sure TS is living her fairytale lovestory by now.  ;)

I know someone like this at work.  She once dated my hubby (nung hindi ko pa siya bf).

She's now in Australia with her Australian boyfriend who's like 20 years older than her.

Sis, yung kachurch ko ngayon ganyan sitwasyon nya dati. Ngayong she's happily married and she's one of the most wonderful woman I know. :) Ang bait bait pa ng asawa nya, at mahal na mahal din sya.

So yes, there is hope. Don't worry :)

Same here! Single mom w/two kids but w/the same father.. As of now, hindi na ako nag eexpect na may tatanggap pa sa akin dahil 2 na anak ko.. ang sabi ko kay GOD kung wala na siyang ibibigay sa akin salamat pero kung meron ulet akong makikilala wag muna sa ngayon hehe  ;D  :P  ;D maybe after 2 or 3 years kung maari.. maliliit pa kasi yung mga anak ko mas gusto ko na ibuhos yung time ko sa kanila ng wala silang kahati sa akin. I am also working and good thing nagbibigay naman ng gatas at diaper si SD.

I'm 24 years old and sabi ko sa sarili ko marami pa akong magagawa lalo na para sa welfare ng mga anak ko.. gusto kong pag ipunan yung pag aaral nila. Yun ang goal ko sa buhay!  ;)  :)

Allow me to give a different (and particularly no-bullsh!t) reply.

I will not lie.  I'm okay with a single mom who has 1 kid.  But it would take a lot for me to accept a girl who has been impregnated by 2 guys as a wife or lifetime partner.  Maybe never.  If the girl wants to spare herself a lifetime of disappointment, then she has to stop hoping that a guy will accept her situation (at least in this country).  She shoud instead concentrate on being a good mother to her children.

Any guy who tells her to keep her hopes up is either lying, or who just wants to sound good in front of everybody.  Madaling magsalita at magpapogi sa forum.

= = = = = = = = = =

Your best bet?  A foreigner (Americans, Europeans).  They generally don't treat that situation as a big deal, although there are exceptions too.

^ i like your brutally honest reply.  :D

i know someone in the same situation. 2 kids, 2 different fathers. at first, i was really scratching my head thinking how it happened because tahimik lang si girl, came from a good family. decent and educated. when she first got pregnant out of wedlock, we sort of raised an eyebrow. but then again, it happens. when she got pregnant the second time around, with a different guy, thats when we really started to question her morals. sorry but i guess we were judging her na that time..

pero her kids are really cute. and now she seems happy and she has found a new love. and from the looks of it, i think they will be tying the knot real soon.

so i guess yeah, depends on the situtation. useless to ask here and conduct a survey whether guys will still accept TS' situation kasi nga case to case basis pa rin in the end.

okey TS is not looking for love but just asking if she somewhat can still found love... the question not necessarily means na gusto nya agad hindi ba pwedeng she's just asking for the future? is it just answerable by yes or no

Let's just stick to her question and not judge her whether she can be a good mother or not...

^^ feeling ko di tayo makakapag generalize, the TS also asked for POV and opinion, saka di natin alam utak ng mga lalaki, pero posible naman talaga na maka meet siya ng guy na magmamahal sa kanya despite her past, kaya lang opinion ko very slim yung chance na yun, knowing na sa panahon ngayon mas maraming choices ang men when it comes to choosing lifetime partner. napakaswerte ni TS kung may guy pa na ganun sa panahon ngayon

Para sa akin, posible. I am with my college ex ngayon and I can say that he accepted me and my 2kids ng buong puso. I am not yet annulled (ang mahal!) Weve known each other for morethan 10yrs na. Its something unexpected, dumating na lang when I was 7mos pregnant with my youngest (hiwalay na kami ng tatay ng mga anak ko).

Lahat ng bagay, posible :)

Yes ofcourse! I got one though isa lang anak ko (sorry ot) and my husband was never a desperate kind of man. He's just one of the most eligible bachelor lang naman in his circle back then be it at work, group of friends and acquaintances etc. I hate to brag but my husband is gwapo, matangkad, tisoy, educated (with masters degree in Ateneo) and so needless to say that he has a very decent job thats also giving us a decent life.

And he had a very supportive and non judgemental family, they accepted me wholeheartedly, no questions asked. They even gave me a grand wedding in a 5 star hotel, a decent home, a condo unit and the whole family loves me and my daughter so much na parang talagang pagaari nila lalo na ang anak ko. I know the topic is about having 2 kids but Im sure kung naging 2 man ang sabit ko before we met nothing will change bec we all believe that we are really meant for each other. So dapat ang unang magreact is pamilya diba they have the right to give negative comments pero hindi nangyari kaya lalong walang karapatan ang kahit na sino dito to judge. Sa mga guys na kayang pumatol sa tulad namin nagkataon lang na they have the balls and they have the means to raise a family hindi sila desperate.

For all we know yung nagjajudge jan baka defense mechanism lang nila kasi siguro sa appearance at status nila sa buhay baka kahit single mom with 10 kids hindi sila papatulan. 😁😁😁 Sorry for my opinion, this is just me walang personalan. God bless everyone! ☺
