Hi sis, overseas din ako kaya pinakiusapan ko lang yung sister/maid of honor ko na makipag usap kay Anj at mag food tasting on my behalf. Baka meron kang friend o relative na pwedeng makatulong sayo. Mabagal sila sumagot sa emails, kaya better talaga kung makausap mo sa phone or magpasched ka ng food tasting. Try mo din humingi ng tulong sa coordinator mo

nag food tasting kami ni WTB yesterday

nabadtrip ako, hindi ko nagustuhan yung service ng naka assign sa amin.

Queensland is my caterer for my wedding this December. Nakapag-finalize na rin kami ng contract and eversince I contacted them early this year, wala naman ako naging problema sa services nila. Diretso kasi communication ko kay Madel. I only coordinate with my AE na si Michelle pag may corrections or adjustments sa contract.

Kinuha na namin sila sa wedding ng sister ko and bestfriend ko pero at that time wala pa styling. Yung mga guests ng sis and bestfriend ko remembered how good the food was. Need lang that somebody should be assigned sa food para masubaybayan paglabas ng food.

Ngayon na Im getting her for my wedding, I ensure na all major discussions are coursed through Madel kasi siya naman boss nila. So far, madaling kausap si Madel and accommodating din si Michelle. Lahat ng pinag-usapan namin nasa contract lahat para malinaw. I am also assigning one of my OTD Coordinators sa food distribution, she has to ensure na lahat ng pagkain nailabas and lahat ng guests nakakain.

We compared their rate to the other caterers and Queensland talaga is by far the least expensive, kahit marami kami add-ons.

I suggest sisses, you contact Madel directly tapos siya na lang mag-assign ng AE. Ang AE ko si Michelle Gadiano, mabilis sumagot si Michelle.

Sis lakwatsa, pumapatak ang toal ko is around 700/ head, marami na add-ons yun and kasama a styling. Hehe.

Ms. von121713, same tyo ng AE si ms michelle very accomodating siya. We're booked for October wedding. So far wala namang naging problem.  Also attended an event na Queensland ang nagcater maayos ang serice =) and masarap ang food.

^^thanks sis! konti na lang yun 750/pax package na nila yun ha. =/ i'm only looking at their 395/pax na package kaso pag nag upgrade ako to tiffany, magigign doble daw yun OOT ko. huhu. ang weird no? bukod pa rin yun 50/chair na upgrade fee.

Hi sis detti! Good to hear that! Ok si Michelle, mabilis din naman mag-reply saka she relays everything agad sa boss nya then babalikan ka agad for a feedback.

Sis lakwatsa, michelle and madel are 2 different people. Si Madel yung anak ng may-ari ng Queensland, si Michelle is one of her account execs. Yes sis, lahat ng add-ons may additional charge talaga. Kung i-compare with other suppliers, mas mababa pa rin siya. Yung 395 naman nila is ok na e, if di naman need mag-upgrade sa ibang items, ok na kung basic lang.

Try mo rin muna sis i-compare yung rates with other caterers na nirerecommend din dito para makita mo pros and cons. do it side by side.

^hehe sis i know ibang tao pa si Madel. Yun question ko is if same person lang ba si Michelle at Mabhel. kasi yun AE na nakakausap ko dun e Mabhel Galdiano yun nakasulat sa calling card. ayun. di ko sure kung iisang tao lang ba yan o magkaiba din.

3 times na namin kinuha service ng queensland and everytime feeling ko mas bumababa ang quality ng food nila..i don't know if it just me pero the last time nagpa cater cousin ko sa kanila, parang punong puno ng asukal yung mga selection ng food, lahat katamis..

what really attracts me to get queensland is their setup on events... ganda eh... pero sana wag macompromise yung food...

^^ di ko na matandaan exactly yung menu, ok naman food, napansin ko lang puro matamis.  Siguro it is the combination of the menu selection itself na nakapag-paumay sa akin.

Yes sis, may tendency talaga na ganun but you're right nasa menu combination yun e. kami ang suggestion ni madel na combi ng menu are baby back, salmon (medyo creamy), and lemon grass chicken, among others. May variation yung taste para hindi nakakaumay. Nung nag-taste test kami, naumay din ako because of the food served pero overall, masarap naman.

I suggest na if you have a friend na Chef or Nutritionist or Food Tech grad, invite mo sa taste test or ipa-review mo yung menu. They would know the right combination. Dapat meron kasi sa menu na atleast pang-refresh or cleanse ng palate.

sis von, i hope you don't mind, namention mo kasi na pumapatak na 700/head ka sa queensland which includes styling na di ba? kasama na rin ba dito ang tiffany chairs for all the guests and OOT fee kung meron man..

and also, are you planning to get ba a dessert buffet from them if ever? thanks sorry dami ko tanong hehe.
