May officemate ako na umattend ng bday party,queensland ang caterer.nung nagstart daw ng program ang host,lahat daw ng bisita nagumpukan sa harap.busy panonood/tawanan.sabi ng nagpaparty,may isang malaking box puno ng imported chocolates.pagbalik daw sa pwesto e limas yung mga chocolates.may guest na late dumating.naikwento e may nadatnan waiter na kumakain ng chocolate habang busy lahat panonood.alam na..

Kung yung anak ng mayari e ganyan lang ang sagot na kung talagang pangit ang service e di sana talaga puno ang weekly food tasting nila,hinding hindi ko sila gagawing option.sa halip na iaddress ang problema e iddeny nila.sa dami ba naman reklamo sa kanila,ano feeling nila,imbento/paninira lang lahat??

Hello mga sis, I had this very unfortunate experience with Queensland yesterday. First birthday ng anak ko at Santuario de San Antonio. 3pm ang start ng event but they arrived only 30 minutes before the event. Other suppliers were already in Santuario as early as 11am. I tried to call their office several times to make sure they would make it on time pero still they arrived late. Guests were already at the venue. It took them 90 minutes to setup the tables chairs and food. The linens used were still wet. Di na nilang nagawang I-setup ang table napkins dahil basa pa and even the floral centerpieces. Buti nalang I also ordered balloon centerpieces from other suppliers. Pero imagine ang kahihiyan na inabot ko sa mga bisita na naghihintay. The party host decided to start the program kahit hindi pa ready ang food para mabaling ang attention ng guests. Buti nalang din na we have photobooth. So we told the guests na magpa-picture muna. Spare yourself the trouble, headache and embarrassment. Look for other caterers.

Hi mga sissy!!

April 2014 ang target month namin for wedding and wala pa kaming napprepare kahit ano!  (though nakapagcheck na kami ng wedding ring...)

And my first choice is ysabel's garden/queensland for venue and catering.

Can you give me an idea? rates, package, etc! 80-100pax guests namin.

Grabe,. masyado kaming busy sa mga bagay2.. December na pala. more than 4mons to go na lang. nakakataranta pala! hahaha! Help, help, help!

hi Rinoa27! looks like you are a parañaque-based bride. marami pang caterer at venues sa paranaque. decide ka muna if you want to get queensland, but if not, there's Blue Petals, Alba, Kubiertos, Golden Veirinaz, etc. Along Doña Soledad there's a resto there that can accommodate mga 80 pax siguro na parang 40k lang consumable na.

ako, i didn't have a problem with Queensland (Madel and Michelle), twice ko na sila nakuha and so far all praises naman. Yun lang at that time, wala pa sila events styling, this December ko pa lang makikita sa Wedding ko.

So far, mabilis naman sila kausap. Ilan beses na rin ako papalit-palit ng contract pero they are able to assist me well naman. I guess, you just have to be more tutok and mas maganda siguro if si Madel (owner) ang diretsong kausapin..

Actually, From Imus kami ni h2b! Kaya lang isa to sa pinakamalapit na garden venue from Imus... aside sa bali garden.

i'll check queensland pa din.. sana ok sila for us. if not, hanap pa iba.

hi Rinoa27 queensland has food tasting every sunday  sa café ysabel. they usually accept more than 10 events in one day. you can check their office in cittadella and see for yourself their bookings. I have not been to the function hall near santuario de san Ezekiel Moreno. but you can check the place. bago and malinis.

hi von121713, sobrang tutok ako. neighbor nga namin sila sa las pinas that's why I got them thinking I won't have a hard time dealing with them being neighbors. mismong araw ng birthday anak ko  sobrang hirap na nila kausap. sobrang kahihiyan inabot ko sa mga bisita. if only DTI has jurisdiction over my complaint I would have filed a case against them.

I guess hit and miss si queensland, naswerte lang din siguro ako because I never had a problem with them. In fact, ngayon kahit sobrang busy nila at may mga changes pa rin ako sa contract, they ensured that I get the updated contract within 24hrs.. Madel even texted me that she's also excited sa wedding ko, which is on the 17th.. My otd coordinator worked with them 4x and said they never had a problem with Queensland.

To all brides-to-be, weigh your options pa rin sa pagkuha ng Caterers. Kunin nyo yung trusted suppliers, mahirap din kasi pag pumalpak ang event.. If you're getting Queensland, I strongly suggest you ask for Michelle Galdiano as your AE. She's very effective. Pag sinabi nya na mag-eemail or magtetext siya, gagawin nya.

Done with our wedding last Dec 27! I must say Queensland did a very great job!! Grabe, I got overwhelmed when I saw the set-up of my reception, there were details na dinagdag nya with no extra charge. Ang ganda ng venue ko. Masayang-saya ako sa naging set-up ng Queensland. 

Sobrang sarap din ng food! Lahat ng guests na nakakausap namin were praising the food. Everything they served was sumptuous. Baby back ribs, norwegian salmon, pasta, lemon chicken, etc..

Madel, the owner, was there to oversee everything. She finished the program for me.. Touched! 

Queensland was my saving grace kasi may mga lapses pa rin sa wedding ko. Importante sa akin ngayon na ang natatandaan ng guests ko is the food. Im sure they will forget about the little mishaps that happened along the way. Haha.

@von121713 wow! Ganda ng setup of your wedding. Best wishes!  Just want to ask lang your advice. I inquired the rates of Queensland and Arlyn (AE) emailed me the rates. I also asked for their styling rates but she just asked me to call Ms. Madel instead. Di ba dapat if she is the ae assigned to me since she replied to my inquiry, dapat binigay na nya or better she should have asked Madel then give it to me di ba? Ang hirap baman yata ng iba iba kausap and besides I am out of the country and costly tumawag or magtext always.

Should I just communicate na lang instead everything with Madel, what do you think?

Sis len, palit ka AE, si Michelle na lang. Oo, madalas kasi diretso ako kay Madel, naging friend ko na nga rin si Madel haha.

Ganun talaga sila sis, every galaw nila kinokonsulta nila kay Madel. Hands-on kasi si Madel. Pero importante dapat binabalikan ka nila for feedback.

^the lowest is 210/head, depending on the menu (up to 300+, 600+) , plus the usual additional charges (equipment, delivery charge, service charge, etc)

I had foodtasting at Ysabel's Garden.Okay naman, the food and all less lang ang expectation ko sa service that day sa dami ng nagfoodtasting i know the service is less than expected but i guess hindi naman dudumugin yung foodtasting kung 90% hindi satisfied.Based from my AE yung iba daw mga old client na at yung iba naka experience ng food and service and being recommended by family and friends.
But still looking forward for more feedback

We just had Queensland Catering last saturday for my brother in law's wedding.
Set up is so elegant and food  are really taste great especially the roast beef with mashed potato.
Service is very good , wala silang reklamo kahit napaka init sa venue , they are coordinating well sa client , lahat ng request ng brother at wifey nya nasunod.

Over all , Queensland catering is really recommendable.Guest asked for there contact numbers as well.
May naiuwi pa nga kami na food , yun ang kinain namin after party.
