Actually I got it lang from someone who sells the same thing as mine. Difference is mahal sa kanya but free shipping, mura sa akin but excluding shipping. So it's the same thing. Hehe!
Nakaka-attract lang kase yun word na "free shipping" but then if you think of it, parang lugi yun seller nun if it's really free shipping kase sa dami ng customers niya, lahat yun sagot niya? Diba? Hehe. But kanya kanya tayo ng ways to get buyers so I respect that =) Wala din namang problema dun. Hehe!

I don't have DTI papers yet. I plan to register soon as soon as ma-ayos ko lahat when I get a shop. =) Though my products are BFAD approved

Sis reseller ako and my distributor has papers. Though iinquire ko kase if kelangan na separate papers din sakin if i get a shop. Medyo lito ako dun eh

nalilito nga din ako sis. kasi parng ang sabi, document lang from them na nagsasabing safe ang products ang maibibigay. pero sila ang signatory and hindi BFAD. i dunno.

Kaya nga sis.  But my supplier kase (direct ako kumukuha from the derma lab) is BFAD and FDA approved. May mga papers naman sila. So I guarantee my clients that they are safe since I also use them. hehe!

sis if you want to start your own online business .... you can start as a reseller po tapos eventually kapag naka -ipon ka na enough capital saka ka po bumili ng items na puwede mo i-sell

Hi! If you're operating at home lang, DTI is not required. But when you open a shop, that's when you have to apply for DTI, business permit, mayor's permit, baranggay clearance. Hahanapan din kayo kasi ng location ng place of business.

Regarding application for BFAD, if you're reseller or distributor lang and the products you sell are already BFAD approved, you don't have to apply for it. Unless you own the formulation or you manufacture it yourself, hindi ka naman hahanapan nun. And before ka din kasi ma-award ng BFAD approval, kailangan mayroon kang LTO (license to operate) and a licensed pharma (either ikaw or you hire someone).

So you can register your business as a retailer/distributor under single proprietorship. But if you're planning to manufacture or make one of your own formulation in the future, iba ang categorization ng application nun. Mas mura din and less requirements kung single proprietorship lang.

Correction lang po. Lahat ng business kailangan ng business permit. Kahit home-based. Misleading yung "hindi required". Maybe because DTI is not strict regarding home-based businesses. Or maybe you can get away with it (i.e. DTI registration) if you are home-based.

mga sis may nakaka alam ba kung san makakabili ng packing boxes? hinde balikbayan box, maliit ng konti. i plan to open up an online store and gusto ko sana may boxes para malagay ko yun stuff dun. thanks!
