^^Ibang-iba ang lasa nya sa peanut butter sis. For one, it doesn't contain peanuts. Secondly, wala pa kong natikman na peanut butter na spiced or may cinnamon man lang. So i really don't think it's even comparable to peanut butter. Unless of course, you are referring to the texture or consistency only. Speculoos is an acquired taste for us, IMO. we are not used to using cinnamon and spices in our traditional cookies or even food here e. so i get that many people find the taste weird. But me, even before speculoos butter was invented, i really loved speculoos cookies already.
