sis if your recipe yields 12 cupcakes then times three mo na lang yung ingridients para maging 36 cupcakes.

me too.. I'm starting to buy tools for baking din and paunti-unti pa lang. Since una ko tinry is cookies, bread and brownie, I got myself a mixer (hand mixer pa lang wala pa budget for KA :P ) mixing bowls, whisk, spatula, parchment paper, and baking pans. I wanted to buy sana ng one time ng lahat ng tools kaso di ko rin alam kung ano bibilhin, naoverwhelm ako pag dating ko sa store. so I checked the recipe first and see what I need muna. Baka next week or sa holy week I will try to make cupcakes na.. Question lang, I bought a cupcake mold (or pan?) standard size lang ba ang mga nasa mall?

http://bakehappy.net/2011/06/cupcake-baking-101-cupcake-pans.html#.UzzLJai8-rE

BTW, aside from baking equipment syempre mahalaga din ang all purpose flour, cake flour, bread flour, butter, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract (use pure, dati ayoko gumamit ng pure kasi ang mahal mahal, pero once nakagamit ka ng pure vanilla extract naku maaddict ka XD), confectionary sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda. Personally, I like to stock these ingredients kasi yan naman yung mga madalas na kelangan sa recipe. HTH  ;)

Hahaha. I see baking as my business in the future. Yung kagustuhan ko sa mga tinapay at cake yung nakapagpadesisyon saken na i want it as a business. Is it that reasonable or hindi ko naman gusto at ipinipilit ko lang? Hehe

I heard mura daw dun.

^oo nga sis, ang mahal pala ng hobby na to. but the mere idea of me doing my own designs of cupcakes and cakes and experimenting their flavors in the future excites me. well, we may all have the same products but iba iba yung lasa eh, you can add a twist in baking di ba?

i have a post on another thread which is similar to your idea, so kinopya ko na lang dun. eto yon:

I wanted to learn bread baking din kahit sa pinakasimpleng pandesal lang ok na kase from that, pasarapin mo lang pwede ka na magstart ng negosyo then eventually paunti unti at pag perfect na ang pandesal, you can now grow and make loaf bread, cinnamon, spanish, etc. Then from there, pastries na, cupcakes and of course yung cakes mismo. Well this is my plan for myself kaya i really wanted to learn and start from the basic. Sana me makapag share namam dito kahit simple pandesal recipe na natry nyo. Thank you!

If anyone of you also has a recommended mini oven which is the most important equipment in baking, pa-share po. Thank you soo much mga sis!

sana matupad ko yang pangarap ko! :)

Matutupad mo yan sis, malay mo in the future ikaw na pala bibilhan namin ng pandesal hahaha

Accdg to her

Quote
cream cheese in America is not the same consistency as cream cheese in other countries.
EVEN IF IT IS THE SAME BRAND PHILADELPHIA!!!!!! I have been told that it is very loose and soft to begin with

Meron syang sinuggest na different mixing method, i dont know kung magwork .. dko pa natry ulit.
