In addition to sis mistiqshannen's tips, make sure na there's 1-2inch space from the walls of your oven to your pans para the hot air can circulate well for even cooking and browning. Safest talaga ang middle tray so if you are doing single batches lang, middle tray ka na lang maglagay. kung madami, rotate midway of baking time. ikot the pans ng 180 degrees, palit location (bottom tray to middle, middle tray to bottom, etc). happy baking!

Dun kay bake happy, she used best foods mayo daw kaya yun din binili ko.  For cocoa, valrhona daw but there's no valrhona in the supermarket near our place kaya i bought hershey's instead.  Sana ok.

Ako rin, have tried bake happy's recipe. Goya lang din ginamit ko kasi naintriga ko dun sa black packaging ng cocoa nila. Tapos Lady's choice Mayo. Okay naman sobrang moist as in ang lambot. LOL Na-amaze ako wala yung lasa ng Mayo.  ;D
