Allow to stand at room temperature to set for about 45 minutes to an hour or chill in the fridge.Best served at room temperature with good coffee.
I just want to know kung meron na nakagamit ng ordinary butter for frosting? I'm using anchor (unsalted butter) but I would like to try sana gumamit naman ng ordinary butter para mas cheaper. Ok naman ba yung texture ng frosting?
^why not?when you say normal/ordinary butter, are you pertaining to a specific brand, like what?nung nasa pinas ako, i only use baker's best or dairy creme kasi mahal ang anchor or magnolia.i'm questioning myself right now, kung yung baker's best and dairy creme ba ang sinasabi mong normal/ordinary butter here, because it's cheaper.my mil who bakes a lot (also accepting orders), used those for buttercream frosting. i, too, have used it for buttercream.
^that's why i always use chocolate frosting over any buttercream. you can never go wrong with chocolate. sure na masarap (depends on how you make it and the quality of the ingredients you will use).another frosting i regularly use is the marshmallow frosting. kids love it so much. even adults, hindi magdadalawang isip kainin yan. hindi kagaya ng sa buttercream, parang maaatake sila pag nalaman nilang butter pala yun.
sisses anybody here who can share a tried and tested vanilla cake recipe? I want to bake a rainbow cake and I think vanilla would be the safest flavor.
